Let's see...

Generally, even if you've maxed out a statistic to its cap by fighting, or gaining experiance in a legit way, I believe our systems are similar (as someone already said, 259 is based on 552, but of course we've jumped in our own direction, based on Leon's beliefs), and that items allow a person to exceed their statistic capacities, yes?

Here are the items, then:

Brimstone Delta V.1: (+2 All Statistics)
Details: This drink heightens the physical and mental capabilities of the user, though extremely addictive, and the withdrawals of such being very painful, its a hard habit to kick. It also makes the person a tad bit more obedient to the supplier, due to need open need of the supply, once addicted. +2 to all statistics only applies IC if the drink is drank in the thread or mentioned.

Here's our situation with this drink: It's HIGHLY addictive, causes massive withdrawals, if you miss even a single day, and is supplied daily (generally, it's implied that the Supervisor/Headmaster has eyes and ears, and gets information fairly easily.. so these drinks pop up in front of doors, in our lockers on a daily basis). Pretty much for addicts such as myself, this is used to give us a little bit of an edge, over normal students... however, if you dislike the existence of Brimstone on this board, we can.. for your board, 'pretend it never existed', much like Jonathan instructed us to eliminate it when we were venturing onto Hiricine a little, and during the failed 'Inter-School-Relations Easter Dance', between 259 and 552, that was attempted earlier this year. Apparently, however, this originates from #499, and has been experimented with, here. With a lack of a headmaster on this board to distribute them, though, not certain if Brimstone would survive on this board for too long.

Aye. Wouldn't be surprised if you decided to reject this item.. would be more surprised if you accepted it. In which case, perhaps we can even discuss 'distribution' of this drug on 552, which, I already think is unlikely..

This drug, however, correlates with a new strain of drugs, including a stronger strain of Brimstone (which currently, only are Varsity Captain/Pillar is using, which gives +5 str, dex, con, and +3 int, wis, chr), and a new brand of unlabeled drugs. These are generally just 'canisters' that are injected into the neck, for immediate effect. They are as thus:

Red: Increases Str +5 for one thread.
Blue: Increases Dex +5 for one thread.
Green: Increases Con +5 for one thread.
White: Increase Wis +5 for one thread.
Yellow: Increase all stats +2 for one thread.

As well as some 'rarer' counterparts:
Black Canister: Doubles Qi and Physical Stats For Thread When In Use w/Automatic OD afterwards
Purple Canister: Cancels out OD

Direct Quote From Leon: Take more than three per thread and risk being hospitalized, and if you use Yellow and somethign else in the same thread you WILL be hospitalized. Think of it like a "Short Circuit" the body will go into over-drive, then over-load, and then crash.

The difference is that while Brimstone (both strains) is constantly supplied, these 'canisters' are not, and are not addictive (perhaps like the 'Reaper' pills that I heard that originate from here, that are also being tested before they are.. 'integrated' into our school's growing drug problem..)

That's basically it, thus far, in regards to 'consumable' items on our board, which is currently made 100% of drugs. Next.. 'God Items'. As you may have read on the updates Xin Tuesdays, we've had a 'God' quest, going on, for a few months now. ..Unfortunetly, activity died, and Leon decided to have Mr. Kazahana close it, so now, a few students at our school are very super-charged.. but, unless John Ong comes here as well, only 'Thrush', Jonathan's MPD counterpart would be the only transferring member who would possess such a high quantity of these 'God Items'. (Quick summary on this quest.. a bunch of insane gangsters, who think they become Gods, like Zeus, Hera, etcetera.. we beat the shit out of only about 15-20%, before the quest became 3-5 months stale, and it was closed recently..):

Thrush you get the extra item because IC if it wasn't for your actions Hades would of been able to take Mitsuki on with full concentration.

Obviously, some effects are oddities, and I would not be suprised if there was a large disagreement with porting these things over at ALL, but, I'm happy to say there are no statistic multipliers, except for the inactive Yzal/Ian on our board, who has 'Hermes Shoes', multiplying dex by 2, and multiplying str by 1/2.

Those, however, are the ONLY quest-related items that I am aware of.. so aye.

That's the essential list we have thus far, of our 'active' members, who could possibly come over here as well, but, I can give a 'full list' of these God items (12), if necessary.

The other items are more of just 'prizes', things that we bought, and other things that I'm not sure we'd need a.. 'full-run-through' with, unless you'd like it (I'm fine going over it or no, either way, but not trying to waste your time either).

..However... there is a matter of two particular types of items I'd like to discuss with you. The 'newest types' of 'purchasable items', that I am personally running on 259. If you have a profile, here's a link to the 4 I've gone over, thus far:

If not, here's an example of one:

Panzer-Hand Gauntlets
[Materials: 8x Studs, 2x Leather, 2x Sheet Metal, Customization ($1500)]

-Leather encompasses the whole hands, a little over the wrists to provide protection and grip.
-Rounded metal studs are added over the knuckles, to provide further protection and more blunt damage upon contact, protuding out about .8 centimeters.
-Sheet metal has been finely pounded and engraved into the back of the gauntlet, providing perfect protection against all but the sharpest of objects.
-There are basic pentagrams engraved onto the back of each gauntlet's metal backhand, with little skulls in the middle of each pentagram, with rubied eyes. The slight cuttings permit for the slight carrying of fluids, such as blood.
-If aforesaid liquid, such as 'blood' is caught in the pentagram, it will add to the weight and possibly a pack a smidgen more of strength, in every punch. Additionally, pentagrams will turn into an outlined crimson pentagram.
-The leather has been refined for six years, softening it over and over again until it provided the softest feeling.
-Both gauntlets weight 2.4 pounds each, requiring some 'training' to get used to them.
-Extra $500 has been used to refine the product, to allow for easier 'adaptability' to its new owner (15% Slash On All Penalties And 15% Increase On All Benefits, Powers Aside).
-German Satanists prayed over the gauntlets for the six years it took to create in production. It is said that this gauntlet may in fact have some special power to it... *LOCKED, Costs $500-$1000 Additional Payment For Further Customization.*

-Beginner Level: Default

• Wielder receives a 1.1x bonus to Strength in punching. *LOCKED*
  
• Wielder receives -4 -3 Constitution, -5 -4 Strength, -12 -10 Dexterity.
  
• Wielder must get adjusted to them, and must become stronger to advance to higher levels, as this will effect the endurance, forcing a lot more energy to be exerted with every punch.

-Novice Level: Requires 26 Constitution, 21 Intelligence, 22 Wisdom.

• Wielder receives a 1.2x bonus to Strength in punching. *LOCKED*
  
• Wielder receives -2 -1 Constitution, -2 -1 Strength, -9 -8 Dexterity.
  
• Wielder is still getting used to the gauntlets, but at this level, can use it a little more effectively.

-Pro Level: Requires 27 Constitution, 23 Intelligence, 24 Wisdom.

• Wielder receives a 1.3x bonus to Strength in punching. *LOCKED*
  
• Wielder receives +1 +2 Strength, -6 -5 Dexterity.
  
• Wielder has come to the point where, while it still may slow him down, he is beginning to reap the rewards of the fruits of his labor.
  
• Wielder is now able to punch into wooden materials and not suffer damage to his bones from shock.

-Advanced Level: Requires 26 Intelligence, 27 Wisdom.

• Wielder receives a 1.4x bonus to Strength in punching. *LOCKED*
  
• Wielder receives +4 +5 Strength, -3 -2 Dexterity.
  
• The Wielder can now pull out the potential of his gauntlets, and use it with little impediment.

-Master Level: Requires 33 Wisdom, 34 Intelligence.

• Wielder receives a 1.5x bonus to Strength in punching. *LOCKED*
  
• Wielder receives +7 +8 Strength, -0 +1 Dexterity.
  
• Having unlocked the full potential of the gauntlets, the user can now move with absolute freedom.
  
• Wielder is now able to punch into concrete and not suffer damage to his fists.

I'd show you Hiroko's (it shows a full representation of what one would look like), but this is generally how it would look. Obviously, unless you think it'd be okay, the 'powers' that these items would have would be 'sealed' during their stay here in 552, but these are the only 'multipliers' I have ever seen on 259 in general, and this guy/Valekin, didn't even pay enough to have his gauntlet's powers unlocked.

..As to why it costs money is then going into the.. 'second' thing I'd like to talk about.

If a person does not pay for 'customization', their item is completely statless. ...And... well, on a less professional note, I've been trying to see if I could port over a mass of statless items (things like bats, football suits, boxing gloves, etcetera), and.. well.. 'feed' a gang effort here, by supplying a Gang's NPC's with these items. The only thing these items 'better' then an 'enviroment' weapon, like a chair and whatnot, would be the fact that these can be 'brought into' the enviroment by the user.. but yeah. Basically, it's a 'yes' or a 'no'..
