History Information
History: Born in the Sioux Indian tribe in the northern Dakotas. His birth name was Tokala which meant Fox. His Mother gave him that name because when he was born his hair was the exact color of a red fox. His father was full blooded Sioux while his mother was a Irish journalist doing a story on the tribe. He was the third oldest child. He was always picked on by the children in the tribe calling him a half breed. Even the tribe elders would turn a blind eye to the harassment. One day as the children where throwing rocks at him. He lashed out in a display of rage and tears, he picked up a stick and stared to beat the children to a pulp. He gave both of the children a concussion and was ban from the tribe. He moved to New york with his family where his mother took a job as a teacher and his Father got involved with drugs. He became a drug runner for crime lord know as “Coyote. His father stole money and witnessed many murders by Coyote himself. His father ran to the FBI who promised to give him a full pardon if he testified against Coyote. They changed there name to Foxx and the young Tokala took the name Logan Owen. They moved to a broken down building hiding. A mole in the FBI leaked to Coyote the location of Logan and his parents. Coyote sent his best men over to Logan’s house and burnt it down. Killing his Father Mother and baby brother. Luckily for Logan he and his brothers and sisters where outside playing when it happened. They where sent to live with there Uncle Tobias O’Malley a retired cage fighter.
Logan grew up fast and tough he learned that only the strong survive something he learned after taking a beating from a local street gang,. Tobias refused to let one of his sister children be weak and helpless. He trained the young boy day and night. He home schooled Logan until he was strong enough to protect himself. He later crushed the street gang; he was enrolled in public high school 552 where he quickly learned he was not as strong as he thought. His freshman year consisted of him being beaten and battered by the older students. His sophomore year was not as different as his freshman; it was his junior year that defined his character. He formed his first gang “The Tribe” in honor of his Native American heritage. The tribe quickly became popular but Logan disbanded the gang. His senior year he reformed the gang again but it was full of lack luster after a year of nothing. Logan graduated he went to his first year in College in Long beach California. He rented a apartment and took a internship in public high school #259. He Then met Sara Sanders a local personal trainer. Foxx Trained with her for weeks at a time before asking her on the first date. They dated for a year when Foxx asked her to marry him. 6 months later David was born.
Foxx lived happily in Long Beach with his family he had a great job teaching. But when the event happened his wife and son where killed by rioters. Since their death he sworn off violence and has been wandering California ever since.

The Redd Riot
This Technique was created from all the frustration Foxx felt when he could not protect his friends. Foxx gains an increase in strength and durability. His muscles expand and become denser he looses a great deal of speed and after when the Technique wears off, Foxx is near death. He has a red glow around his body from the Qi escaping.
Pros: He gains inhuman strength and durability.
Cons: Loose speed, and is near fatal when it wears off.

Beginner level (str 40 dex 30 con 40)
The Redd Riot at this level only durability and strength is slightly increased. He can take direct hits and shrug them off. Speed is drastically cut off (70%), and with only durability helping it makes the technique useful.
Novice level: (str 45 dex 35 con 40 )
Like Beginner level expects for the Massive gain in strength to the point where he can punch threw some walls. His skin becomes like stone and feels like it when you strike it. His speed is cut in half, and after the technique he feels like rubber and is off balance. Speed it cut off by ( 60%)
(Pro: Like beginner the only upgrade is that the user gains increased body mass and stregth is increased to the point he can dent steel with his bar hands. )

Advanced level: (str 55 dex 45 con 50 )
His strength is increased to the point where he can punch threw almost any wall. His skin becomes like steel. Blades or anything with a normal point cannot pierce his skin. His speed is at a 50% lost. When the technique is done his whole body is numb for fixed time.
Master level: (str 60 dex 50 con 55 )
At the Redd Riots top level, the user gains beyond human strength to the point that he can lift a car above his head and toss it with ease. The users skin becomes hard as diamond and speed is cut to 35%. After the technique is done the user feels a pain all over his body from his muscles going back to normal.
