Rei is a very interactive young female, she knows that making friends of whom have influence over others, maybe even herself, is very important and has tried her best over the years to obtain a healthy and friendly atmosphere. Succeeding in that, she believes strongly that if she just makes acquaintance with the right people, her dream of becoming a radio host might just come true, and as she is very devoted to that belief Rei personally doesn't take anything really serious. To her, she is living in the moment, so everything is funny, nothing is for real, and if it happens it does... which is one of her greatest flaws.

History Information
History:
Rei doesn't have much memory of her childhood. She was given away at an early age, far too early to remember the face of either her mother nor father, to an orphanage of where she had chosen a path and walked all the way down it; she made friends there, though year after year a random one of them was taken away to a new family's home and smothered in love and happiness.
Soon the entire population of the nicer kids that lived there with her had been completely diminished, and Rei found herself living with children whom only gave her the silent treatment, from time to time some made distasteful jokes about her, and others thought they were too old to even say hello.
Rei's fourteenth birthday came around shortly after her last best friend and acquaintance had left two months earlier, and she was shaken. In one year she would be old enough to leave the Orphanage, and seeing to it as giving away your kids had become quite a trend, or something, she would maybe be kicked out if she didn't go on her own. Rei was frightened, she'd either leave or be forced to leave, she'd never have a family again, she'd never have anyone take care of her... or so she thought, until the Rodney family came along.
She was ushered into the family of open arms and kisses - and wealth, which was one of the weaker ups of the situation, but it still counted. Rei was given a new life, unfortunately her new mother was a widow with a baby on the way and an eight-year-old son. No father, pregnant, and a additional mouth to feed? No wonder she adopted, and someone as old as Rei, but the orange-haired girl was satisfied. She hadn't ever asked anyone for the best, or near good, and she got it anyways.
There was nothing to be mad about.
