-Christmas presents. Fair idea. It was fine. I wasn't around for it, but it was a fairly sound idea. But it doesn't take much for any mod to do this.
-Custom Titles? Again. Fine. That was alright. But again, as well, any mod can do this. We appreciate you being the one doing this. I give you that.
-Student Storyline? EVERYONE is trying to do this.
-Stat system changes? No. I didn't agree with it. It was making a move too quickly. You didn't convey yourself properly. Things like this need a little bit of time, not just impulsively putting them through.
-The thread-turn in? As mentioned above. Any mod with sound judgement can do this. Aureus and Asiv have been doing this fairly well, Aureus even correcting one of the teachers, because it was giving too much. You gave sound judgment as well.
-The God Quest? Dude. That's a given. Any mod, administrator is SUPPOSED to work for their people.
-The first tournament that failed? Meh. It takes time to learn to do things properly.
-The second tournament? That was definetely a step in the right direction. However, I still see a lack of detail, and some of the 'shard Qi's' are still strange, and sometimes a bit unclear. Clarification was the only fault that I saw that needed work on, for that tournament.
-Freelancing idea? Okay. That was weird. Did not understand that too well, and there were already many jobs that were like this. Except that none of them could take place in the 'Quest' area, like yours did.
-The Qi? Qi will always be a debated subject. You shouldn't be surprised at the reaction.
-The statistic lowering for quicker advancement? Again, that was your job, but, you need proper clarification with that as well. Did you look at all the faults, the advantages? How much did you discuss it? Mind you, like Qi, this is also going to be a ongoing topic, so, you should not be surprised at all.
-The closing of the spam threads? Okay. Never saw that. But no one fucks with the spam thread. That's just bull.
-Snapping at members for lack of feedback? DUDE. EXACTLY the problem we're having here.. I'll get into this more later on.
-Your ideology to Mr. Asiv's is different. You seek for a pristine, well-thought out topic, going all hard-core. There's nothing wrong with that, in actuality, but, honestly. Leon isn't being 'soft' on people. He's trying to teach the new generation about RPing. We have to set example, yes. But if we can't even draw them in, then every generation will become scarcer and scarcer, until only the veterans are left.
-EVERYONE was saying that transfers need more balanced statistics on the board. You weren't the only one. Some, like myself said nothing, because we were more nonchalant about it. Those more involved saw the issues and the errors on what this could do the the story, if juggernauts were walking around everywhere.
-'Saying' that blindly giving out prizes is an opinion. And a weak-ass one at that. YOU NEED DETAIL on that. Otherwise, you cannot persuade others. Are you starting to notice a pattern here?

Many times. Many times the aura of your posts is that of a person who 'doesn't' care'. Do you know how terrible a message that sends? Here... let's set an example:

Mr. Asiv owns more then those two shops, and thus have an unlimited amout of money at his disposal

Guns can't be use against most pc players in a fight unless the other player gives consent. If a player brings a gun into school the staff would most likely kill him/or her before he/or she can use it.

We don't really need pay because we can just create any items, and alter our stats anytime we want. of course if we are doing something bad (ex: I give Cliff uber items all of a sudden) then i can face severe punishment for it.
i would like to think that most of the staff want our characters to be balance with everyone else so there won't be to many issue

How you 'spoke' so freely for the other faculty members that you can 'just create any items', which gave the sound of a god-modder, pulling things out of mid-air. This is true, in terms of rewards, but to pull something out that is not on your profile and use it to arm yourself? It gives off bad vibes.
Do you listen to what you're saying sometimes? And do you read what everyone else is saying? I don't know if I'm speaking for everyone else. Maybe just me. Probably just me.
