She has very few necklaces, the one she treasures most being the wolf fang necklace Hiroko gave her for her 15 birthday. Plenty of hats of different kinds, skirts of all sizes, pants loose or tight, all kinds of shirts. Formal dresses, causal dresses. Personality
Kate use to be an all around happy person. The years at 552 changed her completely. She use to be able to cry freely, and smile mere moments later. Always smiling. Now though, McHallin tries to keep as calm, cool, and collected as she can be. This doesn't work 50% of the time, as she becomes very moody. Easy to anger, hard to forgive. She still won't give up, and will sink her teeth into anything she feels like. She'd give her all against a freshman or a teacher just the same. Kate believes you should stand up for yourself and not hide behind others. The only real thing that takes her away from all her emotions is being stuck in the middle of a dance floor, dancing with some stranger. Loosing herself in the beat of the music, and the rhythm of the crowd. It's like a rush for her.
Kate is a very flirty person. She's pretty and while sometimes she thinks she's the ugliest thing ever, Kate can sometimes act very...well, she'll use her looks to get her way sometimes. Why not right? If you got it, use it. If you get on her bad side, there is no end to the cruel things she'll think of doing to you, or sometimes even do. But to hurt someone without reason, people who make fun of a person who isn't even annoying, who make others cry, or who break rules in her home you'll get on her bad side. She's really got that death stare down now, her bright eyes narrowing and her pupils contracting. But if you're on her good side, if you are her friend, there isn't anything she wouldn't do for you. Jump into a fight were the two of you were outnumbered ten to one, and out skilled. It wouldn't matter. Friends are friends, and you don't just leave a friend.
Strengths
Kate's legs are her strongest part of her body (being a kick boxer/dancer and all). She can take pain pretty well, and has pretty good eye sight.

Kate tends to get emotional, and if she's emotional in a fight, it will mess her up. Also, she has a mercy problem. A weak point really, as she'll leave ya to get better and beat the crap out of her. History
Kate was born on a cold winter day, in sunny California! Her mother was an immigrant from Scotland, her father a business man working in downtown L.A. She grew up among other children, laughing and playing to her heart's content. When she came home she learned kick boxing from her father, what she thought was a game. When she was ten, her real mother died, and shortly after wards, her father remarried, wishing her to have a motherly influence. Her new mother was also an immigrant, from India this time though. She had been taught how to dance very well, and decided, in order to bond with Kate, to teach her as well. Kate grew up the next four years continuing kick boxing, and now her dancing. She never knew exactly what it was her father did for work, not how her real mother had died. She loves them both dearly, and thanks them for such a good childhood. She's hoping to make them both proud at school.
Kate started school with high hopes. She made a few friends, Jin, Kyr... and joined the cheer leading team. Her grades were decent, and she got into a few fights. But really, things were mild during her freshman year. At the end of the year, she began to date "smooth" Ghiste. It was the beginning of her sophomore year that things began to change. It started with her party, which was crashed by one named Mayoko. He changed her, ripping a friend's stomach open.
The party was saved by a man named Hiroko. He managed to chase Mayoko out, and save the day. Shortly after this she broke up with Ghiste, and began to flirt with Hiroko. After he...dissappeared, she continued on with life. Her grades were decent. Even started a band with Kyr, Kaianna, and Umbria, a few friends. Kissing Under Killer Karnage. There she met Xaier, another person who would change her life.
In a short friendship, Xaier became more of a brother to her than anything else by the end of her sophomore year. A very short, but interesting romance with Farren happened. Even going to prom with him... but another red head paint baller dated her. He left as well though, leaving her rather... lacking. Feeling empty. Xaier talked her into joining a gang, Colossai. And she was kidnapped! But her kidnapper, Karel, ended up saving her. And Kate ended up losing her virginity in the back of a hummer. A choice she regretted later. Why not a bed?
After all of that, she put her all into the gang. And rose through the ranks, becoming the leader's personal aide of sorts. She handled all the paperwork, meetings, and information. The Keeper of Secrets. But Xaier left, going to RoB. Shocked, and angry, Kate started to become a bitter person.
Once again her life began to change. She began to date a guy nick named Jester. Another man she'd share her bed with. Though she treated him with more respect, and trusted him a little more. Halfway through this, a gang member from RoB jumped her. One named...Mathew. Cut her hair, broke her arm, and carved RoB in her back.
Recovering from the hospital she quit Colossai, and quickly found out that Jester had not only cheated on her...but raped girls. Feeling disgusted with herself, she went on a self destructive path and slept with a total stranger. In the end, at the beginning of her senior year, she just let go. Forgave those who had not apologized... and just let go of her anger.
When she turned 18 she decided to transfer schools
to go back home. California would be good, home would be good. The blonde sold her father's company for enough money to live well for the rest of her life, and returned to what she hoped was a new beginning.
Fighting style
Kate grew up learning kick boxing from her father, and dancing from her step mother. But due to her years at 552, she has come to a decision. Fight anyway you damn well can. Use anything you damn well can. Kate would pick up a chunk of wood of the ground to beat you with. She'd use her fists, feet, knees, elbows, teeth and nails against you. All that matters is the win.

Also, staring at the things they like upon her body (if it is one of those things) tends to happen at this level.

At the ultimate level, this ability is at it's fullest. She doesn't need physical or eye contact, it's more of an aura around her. Not exactly turned on or off, it can also get her unwanted attention. The only thing she can control at this point is the degree of "heat" someone can feel. The light breath on her neck, or not. The problem now is that anyone within a simple ten foot radius feels the same thing as the intended person. After twenty minutes of hard core use leaves Kate rather drained, and unable to fully use her "power" for a full 48 hours.
