Rouji was Born in Japan/Tokyo in a winter night, his parnets where Niho Hiryuu and Miho Hiryuu.
Rouji was in his early age very smart and clever, he mostly knew things that 8th graders knew when he was young. He had a strong mide and he was mostly in to the human body and how it works.
Later when he started 3rd grade he got known as the smartets kid in school, he knew everything there was to know, and he knew alot about girls too, he was the casanova in his school, he wasn't like the normal player in his school, the thing was girls didn't have any problems that all wanted to be with him.
When Rouji was now 16 he wanted to try somthing new, he was tired of these calm schools that had no action at all, so he heard of the Public High School #259, he rapidly applied to go there and made it, he was smart enough to make it in this school, and strong enough too.
