I love HELPFUL hints tips and tricks to encourage growth as a designer. But I honestly don't need to hear if they're too big- small cavas is ebil unless it's used to a sig like the one current set to this profile. Try limiting your sigs and restricting yourself to a set dimension... get yourself use to it, then change dimensions when you think you've gotten the hang of it. Also, might wanna spend more time when cutting the renders - a rough erasing around it then blurring the edges is usually the best way to go.
Lastly. KEEP AWAY FROM GAIA ZOMG.
