History Information
History:Michael Grew up in anout of the way town where he wasn't really hasseled by many people. He lived in the small town of Washougal Washington until he was 13 years old. Durring this time, he attended the local schools until he started getting into more and more fights with the local jocks who thought they were better than everyone else. He was quickly transfered to the local millitary accasemy by Mt. Vernon where he didn't make very many friends. He started studeying very hard and became one of the more prominent boys in his classes and advanced through his classes with relative ease. He liked his classes very much and focused more on his studies than he did making new friends. He usually didn't get along with the others anyways because he was always bigger than the rest of the students and never put up with anyones crap.
When he was 7, his father decided to teach him martial arts to help focus both his body and his mind. The reason for this is because Michael was hyperactive and his parents needed to figure out a way to calm him down and control his outbursts. His father started with Thai Chi to help slow him down and focus his energy. It helped to an extent, but it wasn't fast enough, bor aggresive enough for Michael's liking. His father, deciding that he had learned the basics of control and patience from Thai Chi, began teaching him Jujitsu. Michael liked Jujitsu much more than Thai Chi, so he started practicing every day after he was done studeying. After a year of rigoris practice, his father decided that it was time that he learned something new. This is where Michael started learning Kickboxing. His father started taking him to a fighting club in the local town of Vancouver and got him enroled in classes taught by a Rushen immigrant. Michael quickly learned the basics of the style and shortly afterwards started combining it with Jujitsu. He liked to combine them because they both worked well up close and got the opponent hurting early on.
When he was 12 years old (3 years after he started kickboxing) he got into a fight at school and he ended up putting 3 other kids into the hospital, thus gaining his nickname, Goremonger. He had to go through some counseling and community service and in the end, his parents decided to move out of the state. New York where Michael ended up going to a middleschool until he started attending Publi Highschool #552. He spent his first year of highschool there and got into many fights over that first year. His second year wasn't mutch better, but halfway through it, his family moved again to Long Beach Callifornia where he transfered to PHS #259 and started attending classes.
