Rules for The Syndicate
-------------------------------
1. Upon entering, you will enter a fold where your comrades are obligated to protect you as best they can and you them.
2. Should you decide to leave, you are no longer within our protection.
3. Should you betray us, we will kick your ass. Because we were dumb enough to think you were bad ass enough for our gang. We can be real dumb fucks sometimes.
4. Don’t start fights thinking we will “back you up” if its not related to gang affairs. We will only protect you should you fall prey to harm
because of our goals.
5. Respect Higher-ups (REGARDLESS OF SIZE BITCHES!) and they will respect you.
6. No bad blood between gang members.

Gang Ranks
-------------------------------
Leader
There is only one leader. The only way to gain this rank is to have it passed on unto you. The Leader needs no protection unless he wishes it. He has control over all the gang. In other words, he is THE bad-ass of the gang. No questions asked.
Co-Leader
Co-Leaders are appointed. He is second to none except the Leader. He may call upon protection more often than the Leader, but more than the likely does not need any. He has earned this rank through showing the Leader the might of his fist. This rank is not available to fight over.
Over Seer
A rank that is gained through much fighting. It is attainable in a requested match from a warrior or higher against the current Over Seer. The Over Seer sees to it that the gang is in order, moves his respective unit around the city to claim new territory, and crushes all opposition in the name of The Syndicate . Over Seers only have control of their assigned unit, BUT may inspect other units. The number of Over Seers correlates to the number of members in the gang. One Over Seer to each Unit.
Enforcer
Enforcers can be assigned to units or go solo. They can be used as spies, scouts, decoys, and the like on their own. When assigned to a unit, the Enforcer is the only one with the right to argue with the Over Seer on his decision. Should any other members have complaints on Unit Orders, they are to be given to the Enforcer who will pass it on to the Over Seer anonymously. There is no limit to Enforcers and the position is not fought over. There may be as many Enforcers in a unit as needed. Enforcers only have the power to boss those under them in their own unit. Should they be alone they have no authority over lower ranks.
Warrior
A step above henchman. They are more respectable and trust worthy. They can replace Enforcers as the Unit’s scout or decoy, but are not expected to do their part as efficiently. You must be promoted to this rank by an Overseer and Enforcer in your unit.
Henchman
A rank acquired through joining us. You are lowly, you have no authority over others. But your comrades, whether of equal rank or higher, will try protect you as best they can.
