Fifteen years ago an April Fools came along that the Sandoval family would never forget. For while you might think when your wife calls and tells you she is in labor that it is just a joke. Because of the day you are adamant not to believe her but sure enough, Candace Sandoval was indeed in labor. The twins had made her go bed ridden she had been a slight framed woman to begin with and carrying twins was hard on the woman. She was more than ready to have her children and get on with her life and get out of the bed she had been stuck in for the last three months. Rushed to the hospital she was immediately taken into the operating room and given a C-section effectively giving birth to the two twins. Lilith Amelia Sandoval was born first only two minutes head of her brother Warren. They both had full heads of Blond hair and bright endearing personalities. For reasons Warren could never realize nor understand, their father left some years later leaving their mother alone to care for her twins. Warren and Lilith were close immediately. Finishing each other's sentences, knowing each other's thoughts without having to speak, being able to understand each other's pain even if it wasn't obvious to the other people around them.
His Mother Struggled to Raise both Warren and Lilith, Secretly Blaming them for her husband and their father leaving them. Warren would spend doing his best to keep his dearest sister happy. Eventually after a year or so, their Mother began to date again and found herself being courted by a man named Richard. Though their Mother seemed to feel something for the man, Warren couldn't help but to not trust him right from the start although there was no apparent reason why. The man seemed nice. But every time Warren spoke with his step-father, it was as if he could feel a dozen snakes rear up around him. Threatening to strike him down, Only waiting for Richards word. There was also something about the look in the mans eyes whenever they were locked onto his sister Lilith that made Warren shudder.
What was worse though, was how as the months went by, Warren began to detect Shock and Sorrow welling up inside his Sister. She began to change before his eyes. The once happy and Carefree girl he always knew became sullen and quite. Reserved and still. It didn't take long for Warren to begin to suspect Daddy dearest for Liliths troubles. Though he never knew for sure. He had tried talking to his sister about it, But she would push him away. This above all was what hurt him the most. Causing him to vow to get to the bottom of things once and for all.
Warren saw the signs and managed to figure out that whatever his step father was up to, he was doing it at night. So one night Warren laid awake in his bed, Waiting for his 'Father' To come out. Eventually he heard the Parents door open and close and his sisters room door open. Making his move, Warren snuck out and walked down the hall. Half angry, Half Curious, half afraid. When he finally got to his sisters door, what he saw made him freeze in shock. Rage then gripped him hard and he Flew at the man who called himself his father. Running across the room, he pounced on Richard and pummeled him with his small young fists. He was Pushed off Numerous times but Warren would Persist. Unleashing everything he could on the older man. Which unfortunately wasn't much at his young age.
Then his Mother came to the door. After Their father leaving her, Warren and Liliths mother was desperate for the perfect family. Which was the reason she hooked up with Richard in the first place. Her Obsession for the perfect family was mostly the reason she forced herself to Ignore the Dangers put on Lilith while in the mans Care. But Warrens assault forced her to deal with the terrible truth. The Realization drove her mad, and in her Mania she focused her own rage on the very two people she believed was the reason her life was in ruin. Her own children. Warren and Lilith. Running down and grabbing a Kitchen Knife, Their mother came up and rushed Warren with the knife. Surprised and Dismayed by his Mothers own betrayal, Warren could only bring up his right arm to defend himself. His forearm was cut three times by the Knife before Warren began to wrestle with the Knife and after taking the struggle out into the hallway, Inadvertantly pushed his mother down the stairs, Knocking her ou. He then Drove his Step Fathers head into the wall while he was Dazed, Knocking him out as well. With a wild look in his eyes, Warren stole whatever money was left in Richards wallet, Grabbed his sister by the hand, Packed whatever they could and Ran off into the night.
Despising with a Passion both thier Parents, It was Warren who came up with the idea of changing thier last name and Lilith who chose the name itself. The peaceful and beautiful bird to signify their new peaceful and wonderful life. And so Warren and Lilith Sandoval became Warren and Lilith Crane.
They finally lucked out when they hit 14 years old. With Liliths Pop Singing Career and Warren playing Guitar for her, Thier Lives were set financialy. This should have made them happy, they had everything they needed. A Small Mansion, Financial Stability, Cars and a variety of other things. Even with all of those things, Something was wrong. Warren had begun to undergo the same transformation His Sister had years ago, Becomming Isolated, Reserved and nearly emotionless. He even began to push his own sister away in an attempt to hide the pain of Everything that had happened to the two of them. This had damaged and almost broken the once powerful soul bond between the two twins. Fortunatly for Warren, His sister had become the exact opposite. She slowly became the Happy go lucky Carefree sister he new and loved dearly. Taking on the Name 'Tiger Lily' as her Stage name. Warren himself isnt as Famous as his sister, but to him this is a matter of little concern. He would rather stay out of the limelight.
