Whenever Keith was at the McHallin household for just those two weeks, he would confine himself to his room. He was a person that cherished his privacy. For the time being, he just wanted to be by himself and try to think and then forget his "past." He sat on the floor and leaned on the side of the bed with a headset listening to some techno music as they flooded his ears.
He was listening to VNV Nation's "Saviour." The song pretty much suited the mood Keith was in. Especially since Keith had a bottle of fine grain Stoli Vodka on hand next to him along with a shotglass. Next to the shotglass was a small bottle of pain medication. Keith wasn't in any physical pain, he just wanted to numb his mind.
Keith poured himself a shot of Vodka and popped one of the pills in his mouth. He would then wash the pill down with that shot of vodka and lean his head back a bit taking a few deep breaths. The senior closed his eyes a bit to let the alcohol and the pill take its effect. He repeated the process taking another pill and washing it down with another shot of vodka.
Keith wanted to numb the past away.
