A great place to conduct business meetings with special clients, really good and competent restaurants are highly impertinent for major corporate businesses, to give off a more casual feel, and thus are kept quite busy, in spite of traffic and the busyness of life.

- OOC: If you want to work over 25 hours... try lying. You must RP well, for your lie to succeed, however.
- Racial stigma is quite real. White people may earn as much as 5% more on their tips on some occasions.
- Because this is a German restaurant, and services will be (hopefully) very good, if not beyond excellent, tips will generally be consistent.
Absent Days/Vacations
To overwork our employees would be the worst. But, much energy is needed, so much to that point that this will either make you or break you. This is why we have morning shifts (First eight hours of the day, mandatory break following), or the night shifts (last eight hours of the day, mandatory break also following, if you're helping close up shop). Employees who choose to work both shifts must take a one hour break for every eight hours they work, as prior obligation to the law. But, if you need an extra day:
- Sick Days: You get 5 days tops, per month. If it's a serious case, please send a doctor's note, or at least inform you. I will give you a house call, if need be, to check up on you, if it's severe. Though you will not get paid, we can tend to you, if need be, as part of our employee benefits.
- Vacations: You get 2 weeks a year that you can spend your vacation, and you can split the days any way you want. Vacation days do accumulate, but you will not get paid for them. Holidays do not count as vacation days.
- Massive Simeltaneous Vacations: Please don't go on vacations together that tug away over half the employees. If you want to work something out, for a special event, however. If many of the employees go on vacation, this will force the other employees to work their shifts for them. Likewise, when you return from your vacation, expect to be working their shift. Fair is fair, unless under special notification.
*Please do not abuse these policies. We need you to make our team complete! Also, do not forget that if you work over 40 hours, you will receive overtime pay, which is 1.5x normal pay per hour!
*Please also note that 1-2 week vacations will be allowed only after 6 months of employment. You may be given an occasional day off every odd week, provided there is someone to cover you.
*Any other questions? Please discuss it with Mr. Winters.
Delivery Information:
*All the following factors are taken into account:
- Distance: Every mile adds $3.
- Time: Demanding that it comes in less then an hour will add $5, if distance exceeds 7 miles.
- Amount: For every 5 dishes, get 10% off. Cannot exceed 25% discount.
