===PCCR Workshop [Private/Provisional Custom Creation and Restorations Workshop]===
Motto: "From metal works to carpentry - to restorations and herbology, we do it all."
Person In Charge: Karel Soresu in charge - funded by state and sponsors.
Location Of Contact: Shoreline Park Cape
Price Range: Pay is based per job - its nature and product cost. It can range from $100 to $10 millions dollars - in the end, the profit is decided by a percentage.
Production-line orders - [10%] Cost is per item - the amount of effort is low, and the small percentage combined with a naturally low cost means the profit is usually sub-standard, but it makes up for it as most orders are done by the masses - is a production line order if it uses an existing schematic/plan. Can be done by any member.
Restorations - [20%] Usually done for museums and collectors, only those with experience are allowed to work on these assignments. Due to the profile of clients being usually high-class, this medium percentage is made up for with a medium to high price range. Member must have experience or a high prestige.
Custom orders - [45%] With an extremely high commission, the price range is absolutely random. The whole point is for an original creation of unique design for special occasions and scenarios. Varies on the job.
Majority of workshop/industrial jobs are accepted - be it herbology and cigar rolling to antique restoration, furnishings; the only restriction is military grade firearms.

===[Locale]===
The cape of Shoreline Park was chosen as it is removed from the city and surrounded by earthen life - originally just a glasshouse, a small complex was built around it after negotiation with local and state councils. It is aimed to be an institute that will not only apprentice hopefuls looking to work in the trade, but to pilot a new general-purpose workshop. It contains most forms of machinery and hand tools, workstation types seperated into rooms - orders are usually taken away by couriers/movers through the road and footpath, or in some cases where larger projects need to be moved, a boat is used.
===[Requests]===
Deal approved by Asiv.
Contact myself (through PM preferably), and we can make an item for you at a 20% discount - this includes both materials and stats. The money will go directly to the person doing the job.
No member of this job can create their own item at a discounted price - they must have another member within do it for them or buy materials and stats at its original price.
This counts as a player-to-player transaction, and does not count in the "one job turn in per month".
