Calm Interior and Exterior Shugo is a well balanced Japanese American with a somewhat also lazy exterior and a very calm demeanor,not the one to get into trouble always watching his opponents from afar and analyzing the movements with his eyes then breaking it down to his own unique style. Hates to hear lectures of any kind told to him for a long period and always having a dull expression his his face with his glasses on he has a devilish knack for copying movements as I said and making them his own with his own skills and training himself to perform the moves perfectively. Also always having his CD player on no matter what he loves to listen to beats and lyrics and is a freestyle rapper all on his own.

History Information
History:
At a young age,Shugo has trained himself in the arts of break dancing to use for his own self he uses this to study upon copying opponents movements in battle and although was young learned at a early age how to break dance. Always one to be a dreamer and a philosopher at a place and time at seven years old started to learn how to DJ learning quickly how to use his skills to entertain and growing quickly after a year and at eight years old knew just how to use this to make people happy and dance and also knew how strong he was in dancing in the first place developed in the skill to use it to protect himself as well.
As he grew he also learned how to rap as well slowly bringing his skills and strengthening his rapping abilities so he would be able to free style rap at anytime. He got older he developed abilities on his own he knew that if he would miss anything that would happen he would not do the technique at its full potential so he tried to develop his focus more and more to try and copy break dancing techniques and use them for his own usage and skill and to mostly perfect his skills and make his own moves. He was always around the high School and saw a few fights from the school and saw them as rhythmical movements and powerful techniques that he loved to see. He could not wait to come to #259 and use his skills to battle everyone he would see as a strong opponent.

Focus/Memorization Eyes
Qi Ability:
This ability actually comes from the eyes by placing ki into them at a slow rising energy and then focus it in the eyes. With this ability Shugo can literally stay on the opponents movements and quickly follow them with every move they make and copy it though it cannot copy Qi abilities or attacks it can still copy the physical movements. Also he uses this technique to follow and memorize attacks of opponents and then train to use the technique with his own strength and even make variations to the techniques used.
Qi Strengths:
His mind is like a storage for movements and he can use this to copy the movements but he must have the ability to use it and also must have quickness and agility as well. He can also use this to literally see the incoming attacks of the opponent and then dodge them if he has the speed and agility to do so.
Qi Weaknesses:
He cannot use Qi abilities because they are unique to that user and he cannot copy it. The most important weakness of this technique is that the more he uses this the more stress it causes on both his eyes and brain(In battle or watching) which is why he only uses it once he needs to memorize or he is going up against opponents with more strength then himself,but again he must have the ability to dodge the technique as well. Also cannot use the attacks of that person unless seen by himself.[/center]
