Nerfing

Prior to the past 30-40 minutes ago, "Ambition" was overpowered in the sense that it would, without discrimination, power up all the statistics of "Unfettered's" allies. To nerf this, he can only select a small number of people to do this. While the effect lasts the entire thread as it previously was, Charisma is now consumed per target buffed. In conjunction with a Qi that will rapidly consume Charisma, this will optimistically be a heavy toll, though Charisma consumption per target can be increased if deemed too small as per its initial creation. There was also some description tweaking that was edited out, as it was a left-over from a previous custom item that was not "Ambition" as a prior-usage template.

The previous formation of "Ambition" did not have its upgrades preset-up. This opportunity to "nerf" also gave me the time and mindset to tend to this.

As this was for the sake of the clarity of the item, I leave it up to my fellow mods to see if I should pay anything additional in order to use it as it is now or if my actions was justly done and may be fairly used without pay.

To note, I have never had an opportunity to equip and use this item as a custom item, but solely as prior to the customization. I will not approve this for myself. Aside from further purchases for upgrades for this Post-Ex Facto item, this is the finished product of the item.

-All materials for this bokken was made and customized in Germany.

-A 5-shaku (59.65 inches) bokken, custom created and shipped from Germany, using its finest wood.

-Inside the wood is an actual (sharp) blade, composed of six pounds of Germany's finest sheet metal, permanently sealed within the bokken, used to give the otherwise very flexible blade an actual backbone to it. Potential as a grounder versus electricity.

-The hilt is covered very nicely with a custom leather grip, for maximum hold for the user.

-"Ambition" weighs about 17 lbs, making for a rather interesting tool to be used. As for its usefulness, in being so long, heavy, and a bit unwieldy, that has yet to be determined by the user. Beginners will need to use both hands.

-Resistant to weathering, potential as a grounder (strong when used properly against electrical users, or a potential weakness...).
