The $500 would be used, in an IC sense, to 'buy' the first 10 NPC's of the gang.

All other NPC's must be earned via attaining certain charisma quotas that we already set up in the rules.

Aye.. actually, Keith is making it so that the only way to have NPCs in a gang is to have people have their NPCs join it.. but, for 259, I kinda want to give a sense of 'bulk'.

I get what you're saying. I have no problem with NPC's just as long as they aren't overly powerful and aren't being abused.

I was thinking make them get a tatoo. They or the gang have to pay for it and it can up stats. They also can't get rid of it so if they leave the gang that always have the tatoo. Might make some good "running for the past" story or something.
