I stole this napkin from the mess hall, or whatever it is the four walls are called where they feed us. The food is rather disgusting. I miss Mom's cooking so much it hurts my stomach. I sweet talked one of the guards, asking for a drink of water when I saw the pencil in his pocket. I swiped it as he turned away. This is all I have.
Lilah should be back from the guitar shop by now, I'm sure she's good as new.
I'm sure my parents family is missing me terribly.
I'm sure that Emily and I will find a way out of here. I would like to help rescue as many of the people here as I can. I've counted 6 so far, including myself. There has to be something we can do,
I won't be turned into a monster.
