Ong Leather Chest Plate

[Materials: 2x Plastic (1 1/2 lbs), 1x Wire Metal (1/2 lb), 1x Leather (1 lb), 1x Sheet Metal (1 lb), Customization ($2500)]

-Fire-Resistant leather is used to cover up the user's torso, sides, and back. Spare leather is used to help tighten about the neck to keep snug. There are no sleeves, making for ample arm movement.
-Sheet metal is inlaid within the leather, punctured out in a painstakingly artistically 'stud' manner throughout the vest, thin enough to allow a smooth flexibility, but enough to absorb damage evenly throughout.
-A layer of fire-proof plastic covers the chest plate, and about, providing an even harder casing for the user.
-Wire metal is inlaid about and throughout, distributing damage about, allowing for flexibility, and insuring that the chest plate can't just fall/be pulled off. ...Could also be used for something a little more... 'internal'...
-Weighs 4 lbs. While providing ample protection, and 'relatively' light, there will have to be some personal adjustments made, by the user.
-Resistant to weathering, vulnerable to electricity, but all but immune to fire. Does not break down due to water, but softens.
-Money has been used to refine the the artifact, to allow for easier 'adaptability' to its new owner (30% Slash On All Penalties And 30% Increase On All Benefits, Powers Aside), while not taking away from its ability.
