Oh, HELL yes.
Running through that stop light gave her a very nice lead. It wouldn't take long for her to get on the ramp onto the high way, and from there it was pretty much straight on. She had such a huge lead that she thought she had the game in the bag...until his car came flying out of no where and landed behind her, quite literally. Well, that was a surprise, but no more than him pulling up next to her and sending a wink her way. If her windows weren't already down, she wouldn't have seen it - but she was glad she did; made the game more fun, no?
She bit down on her lower lip before swiftly shifting the gear, hardly feeling the change as she pressed down on the gas pedal, keeping in check just exactly how fast she was going. She had to pull ahead in front of Andrew considering the ramp was only one lane - a wide lane, but still one - and she didn't want to be stuck behind him.
Or did she?
She started tail gating him once he got onto the ramp, hand slipping out her window as she waved at him. Once on the actual high way, she shifted, then set the gear to reverse before shifting again. Going backwards on a high way? It would definitely cause some trouble if there were a lot of cars, but it wasn't traffic time, there weren't too many people, and besides.
If she went forward, there was no bridge for miles and miles. If she went backwards...
Let's see how this goes, yeah?

Andrew smiled as she waved, looking back down to the highway as he flew, he checked his rear view, expecting to see mitsuki right there, when he realized she was driving backward away from him, taunting him as she continued waving.
"The hell you playing at?" Whatever the reason, he knew she wasn't stupid, and she sure as hell wasn't going to let him win, so there must be a reason she was driving backward in the middle of the highway.
He pushed the brake, slowing down, then pulled the e-brake, spinning in a 180 as he went the opposite direction as well. He would follow her, trying to see what game she was playing. He had his hand ready on his e-brake should she suddenly throw it back into first, so he could spin around and chase after her again. It was a good thing he had filled the tank before she met him in that alley, otherwise he probably wouldn't be doing so well. Thats when, behind her, he noticed it.
A bridge.
He played over the words in his head. She said first bridge. Didn't say which one. He smiled.
Sly move.
He pushed the gas all the way to the floor, the front end of the car picking up off the ground about two feet as he let it all out.
If she saw that bridge in her rearview and knew how to spin around like he had done, he was screwed.
If she kept in in reverse, he would take it.
He grinned.
Lets see those skills mitsuki, if you've got any.

He was catching up dangerously faster than she had calculated. Small frown on her face as she watched him do a complete turn around to catch up with her, eyes checking her rear view mirror and head turning every once in a while in case there were any incoming cars. There were very few, but still - never hurt to be more careful. What Mitsuki had to do is what Andrew did, but the problem was, she didn't know how to do it. But if she didn't, then he would win; if she tried and failed, he would win. So she then realized she had a slim chance of actually winning, but it was still a chance, and she took it.
She slammed on the brake and turned the wheel, but she had gone too far, and her car screeched as it spun out of control until it came to a complete stop. She groaned - the seat belt did its job, but the screech had been loud, and it seriously hurt her ears. Considering that she was on a highway, she turned on her hazard lights and unbuckled her seat belt, leaning back against her seat with her eyes closed.
Ears still ringing.
Seriously? That screech was hella loud.
If Andrew thought she was sly, he hasn't seen anything yet.

He grinned.
He slowed way down, coming in slowly, looking out his window with a smile on his face. He was crawling at a snails pace toward the bridge, going by her slower than he would've been walking. He looked her over, checking to see if she was injured. Her ears probably hurt from that extraordinary screeching noise that accompanied her near wreck. He didn't think she had any real damage done, so he decided to taunt her a little.
"Excuse me miss, are you having car trouble?" He grinned, then got a serious face.
"Are you okay?" He said, his face devoid of emotion but his voice holding concern. If she was injured or unwell, he would stop and make sure everything was okay. Winning a bet wasn't as important as her health. He wondered briefly what was to happen once he felt strong enough to become school captain. It was a thought that had slipped through, one he didn't really want to think about. He pushed it back into the back of his mind, not wanting anything to spoil his thoughts, which were on her since the moment they kissed.
He looked to the girl outside her car, ready to stop if she was injured or sick.

She looked out her window and over at Andrew, nodding her head as she put her car into reverse to pull out, considering if she drove forward, she would hit the blocks of cement that separated the opposing lane. Once pulled out, she'd swiftly put the gear into drive and hit the pedal, shifting after she got the hang of it. But she had accepted the fact that she lost, so although she came behind Andrew when it came to the bridge, she still had a bit of fun. She grinned, pulling out her cell phone as she hit the send button twice - collar ID had it's perks now and then. Since Andrew was in front of her, she'd just follow wherever he'd go. But once he answered the phone, she'd speak before he'd even get a chance to greet her.
"So what is it that I owe you?"

Andrew drove on, not reviving any sort of answer besides the nod, letting him know that he had won. He looked down, picking up his cell phone as it rang. Please, not here, not right now. He wasn't interested in a job at this moment, so he would just ignore them. Then he noticed the ID said "mitsuki", and so he gladly picked it up. Before he could even say a word, she asked him what the favor she owed him would be. A few things came to mind, none of them really standing out as being good enough to ask her for. He was a guy, so he obviously had his run-through of graphically inappropriate ones, but he would never ask for any of those, not in seriousness at least. He thought for a moment. "I think ill save that favor. In the meantime, I want to show you something. Just keep following me." He in turn hung up. Picking up speed as he took her out of town. They drove for maybe ten minutes, when he went off the road on to a hardly visible dirt road. It was wet, so no dust was really kicked up as he drove along it. He pulled off into a small, slightly worn meadow, pulling in a little further so she would have room to park. He got out, walking over to her car as she parked it. He spoke. "Close your eyes, and hang on to me. I'll lead the way." He knew that in order for her to do that it would take trust in him, but he knew it was well placed. After she did those things, he would lead her up a small trail through the woods, and around to a large cliff. He kept climbing with her out in front of him, his hands on her sides, and her hands most likely over his. They walked for several minutes, until they reached the top of the cliff they had been climbing. He picked her up and stood her on a large boulder, coming up behind her and wrapping his arms around her waist and placing his head on her right shoulder. "Okay, open them." Atop that rock they stood, a view of the mountains off in the distance only adding to the effect of the city they saw across the small river port. The sun, rising up before them giving a bright, beautiful color to the image he was showing her. Behind them was a large glade, the area he came to almost every time he needed peace, and only he knew about. The road up here was difficult, and without previous knowledge nobody would really care to attempt the climb. "Welcome to my sanctuary" he would whisper in her ear lightly. He wasn't much one for theatrics, or for showing off, but he wanted so badly to share this one place with her. He would show her how to get here, so she too could come here for peace. So she can have another place of sanctuary/

She followed after his car, getting kind of curious as to why they were pulling off the main road. Just where exactly was he taking her? It was suspicious, but they were in a relationship - the last time she had seen his eyes, nothing seemed off, or at least, she didn't detect any trace or hint of him trying to kill her. But it was in her nature to question things; she would just have to learn how to not question him. She parked next to him, rolling up the windows before stepping out of the car - and locking it - her eyes curiously looking over at him, questioningly. Though hesitant, she closed them, his hands at her sides and like he had predicted - her own clasped on top of his. She had been so tempted to peek open her eyes, but she knew that whatever it was that Andrew wanted to surprise her with would be a good thing. Hopefully.
It was sudden when he had picked her up, grip on his hands slightly tightening for that one moment until her feet found solid ground. It was then when his arms slipped around her waist, and she allowed herself to lean back against him just a bit, his breath tickling her ear when he spoke.
She opened her eyes, letting them adjust properly to the light. She stared out into the scenery - beautiful scenery - before turning her head just slightly to look over at Andrew. Hand reached up and pulled off his glasses; they were alone, and she doubted that anyone was up here. This may have been a place of sanctuary for him, and it could be a place for her, but she didn't want to have to travel so far.
Not when his eyes worked just as well.
She smiled before brushing her lips on his cheek.
Not exactly a need for words when you're in her position.

Andrew smiled at sharing the scenery with her, only glancing down briefly as she took his glasses from him eyes. He had totally forgotten they were there, as he was so used to them being there it was almost as though they were a part of his body. He felt her lips brush against his cheek, his heart leaping back into that frenzied state. How? How the hell was she able to do that to him? He didn't want the answer. All he knew was that he liked it. He stared down at her for a moment, then took her hand as he walked her back into the lush grass that was surrounded by boulders. A truly isolated place. He leaned against his usual stone, sitting down as he did so. The rock had a naturally smooth side, the main reason it was his "usual" rock.
He would wait for her to sit down, his body positioning all depending on where she sat. He would then speak.
"Well, this place is as secluded as possible, and the ground soft as any you will ever feel." He looked at at her after glancing around his small glade. "I think this is as good a place as any to talk." His eyebrows furrowed as he thought. "I was wondering, why so much security around your apartment? Is someone after you and your brother?" He asked because he wanted her to be safe, and if he had to secure his safety by his way, then he would.
Even as he finished the question, his eyes were drawn to her lips. Every time he looked at her he got the most violent of urges to feel those mingle with his. He couldn't help it. With his glasses off, he would look away, knowing that if he stared too long she would see what he wanted to do, and he didn't want her to think that was all he wanted.
He leaned back against the stone, listening to her response.

He led her to an isolated area, where he sat down against a smooth looking stone. She took her seat next to him - sort of. She would lay down, her head on his leg as a cushion of some sort, so naturally she would always be looking up at Andrew or the sky in her position. He had questions, she realized, when he looked at her after glancing around. The security at her home were there for multiple reasons, none that Andrew had to worry about - or at least, she didn't want him to. She did not want to answer him, did not want to meet his gaze, but she loved his eyes - and she had made a promise, did she not? About being completely honest when it came to them being together - alone. She let out a soft sigh before sitting up, settling herself down next to him, legs outstretched in front of her.
"To start off with, I'm the school captain of #259. I've received threatening notes, had some vicious fights... Doesn't hurt to be too careful. My oldest brother was in a gang. Reita and I don't want to be recruited - the gang does not take the answer 'no' very lightly. I have trouble with a gang leader, who recently showed up a year ago. His whereabouts as of now are currently unknown. Reita is also into the black market, likes to play with gadgets, loves electronics and toys."
There were more.
But he didn't have to know that.
"Reita taught me nearly everything I know. I'm not at all worried of anyone breaking in, and Andrew is a close family friend. Taught me how to handle a gun."
She looked at him, a smile leaking through.
"You want to kiss me, don't you?"

Wow, that was quite a bit.
Before he could reply, she asked him if he wanted to kiss her. How to respond to a question like that? With a "Yeah, for a few hours" or "yeah, for a few days"? Both were the truth, and he couldn't rightly just let the question hang in the air. So, instead of answering, he simply did it. His lips tingled again as they met hers. He was so happy they were alone. His face never went red, but it went red now. He felt breathless, like he needed air but he didn't want to pull away. Finally he did, taking a few deep breaths and smiling.
"Yes" was all he said. She obviously caught that glint he had been trying to hide. Not like he cared, he just hoped she didn't think he was the type to use her for one thing only. He put his hand in hers, stretching out his legs and crossing them as he intertwined they're fingers. She had such small hands he could hardly imagine the strength he knew resided in them. His brain finally kicked back in, the kiss having once more scrambled his mind and thoughts.
He thought about being school captain. It was what he had his eyes on from the moment he had set foot in the school, but now that he was with the person he had to take it from, it presented him with a torn problem. He dwelled on it for a bit, before realizing that he should talk to her about it. So he did.
"Mitsuki, i...im a little torn about something." He placed his other hand over hers. "Ever since arriving at 259 Ive had my eyes set on one thing. The School Captain position. It has been my dream, sort of...I'm not sure how to say it...it consumed me. Became something i longed to have. Now that I'm with you, i find something i want more than the title im not even strong enough to maintain-you." He looked at her, hand squeezing her gently.
"What...what do you think should i do?" He felt weak, inferior, childish. But that was one thing a girlfriend was there for- to confide in. It was difficult, since she was the captain he wanted the title from, and asking the person whose authority you wanted "what you should do" May seem a little redundant. But he truly had nobody else to speak of about it. He had a lot of thoughts he had nobody to speak to about, so he was more than relieved to trust her with them.
He looked down at his glasses, feeling slightly naked and exposed without them, yet at the same time a little less caged, more free. He brought his hand up and with his index finger stroked her face, burying himself in her eyes.

His kisses were just as great as his hugs, so near instantly she returned his kiss until he pulled away. Call it a silly beginner's infatuation, but Mitsuki was seriously beginning to like where this whole relationship was taking her. She smiled, entwining her fingers with his, feeling rather small in comparison. She loved how, even if he didn't have his shades on, that she was sure he'd still be honest with her. She loved how she could trust him without worrying - or at least, she could trust him without worrying, she just has to learn and accept it.
Then he spoke, and by the tone of his voice, she knew something was up - and she was right. He wanted her position, but now that they were going out, what does one do? She couldn't give it up to him just because he so longed for it. He had to fight her, and win. He also had her - but didn't think he was capable of maintaining her - this relationship - and it hurt to know that he thought that way. She was silent when he asked what he should do, and she could not help but lean in and brush her lips against his in a soft, yet blissful kiss. Slow, unlike their previous kiss, tender.
She pulled away, not too much - only enough for her to speak...which meant that she was still relatively close to him. But she wanted to know - for certain - if he truly aimed to get the title from her. His eyes were like an open book, and from close up, they were even more beautiful.
She didn't know the exact words of what her team leader in Tae Kwon Do said, but Mitsuki spoke, keeping in mind of what Tsunami had once told her.
"If you want something, go after it. If you want to keep it, hold on. To let go, you might lose it - but if you still want it, it might return."

Andrew's breathing quickened again as she kissed him. He wanted to pull her on top of him, to have her sit on his lap with her hair flowing down around his face. He wanted to go and lay with her in the grass and just stare up at the sky, never leaving the small sanctuary. He wanted-
Then she pulled away.
He bit back the gnawing hunger he had to lean back in and continue where she had left off. But he didn't. He listened to her words, but was slightly confused. They made sense, but only made him think harder on whether or not he was really cut out for the title he had so longed for.
He stared at her for a long time.
"I still want your title, and when I'm strong enough for it, even though we're together, we'll fight for it." He stared, his face a little blank though his eyes watched hers as he waited to gage her reaction. If she asked him to, and only if she asked him to, would he give it up and just be with her. If she didn't, he would grow stronger, and they would fight, and he would give it his all, and he hoped she would do the same. He smiled.
"But lets not think of that right now. That time is a long ways off and right now i just want it to be me and you. Nothing else." He gave her another tender kiss, loving the one she had given him just a few moments before. So affectionate, it made him feel...good. More than good. Great. Excellent.
Like he could fly.
He leaned back, thinking for a moment as his mind went through all the nights events.
He grinned.
"If you would have won, what would have been the favor i would have owed you. The truth, now."
He was more than just a little curious.

Although they were in a relationship, he wanted what she had, though wouldn't be able to get it without a fight. So until he got stronger, until he was sure that he'd be able to win against her, she would be his significant other. But on the day he decides he wants to fight, she isn't his girlfriend, but his rival. Responsibilities came before anything else in her opinion, and as much as she liked Andrew, who her title is passed onto next affects one too many people. She couldn't live with herself if her title had gone into the wrong hands. She nodded, completely understanding his situation. And before she knew it, she was drawn into another kiss, so tender and... Was it just her, or were her hormones going out of control?
When he asked that question, she didn't know how to answer. She merely looked up at him, an eye brow arching. Did he think that she was thinking of some sort of sexual favors, now? Naughty. But it would be a lie if she didn't think of them. However. If she had won, her favor would be something that she was sure he'd be willing to do.
On his chest, she spelled out...
X O X O
Or in other words.
Hugs and kisses.
"So what's your favor, anyway...?"
Unless he still didn't think of one.

He smiled. Of course it crossed his mind if she was meaning sexual favors, but he was sure she wouldn't actually ask him for something like that. When she told him it was hugs and kisses, he knew he would be willing.
He was more than willing.
His thoughts lingered on the title he had spoken of. While it was true, they would be together (he hoped) when the time to fight came around, he would give it his all, and as much as it would hurt him afterward, would beat her into unconsciousness if he had to. It sounded brutal and bloodthirsty, but such was the fight going to be. Once it was over, he would die inside, but would take her to the nurse within a few seconds flat, and hope theyre relationship wouldnt change.
All assuming he won, which in his opinion seemed a little unlikely.
He would try nonetheless.
Her next question caused him to think for a bit longer than he had before. What was his favor? There could be any number of favors he could ask for her. How was he supposed to think of just one thing? He wanted to know things, that was true, but all he needed to do was ask. He decided that his favor would be more of a request of sorts, something he wasn't sure if she would do or if she would try to slip out of it by finding some loop hole. He knew that he couldn't just ask the question, and since he would be asking it in the form of a favor it should make it a little different.
"Okay, my favor is this." He looked down at her, his feelings for her more than apparent in his eyes. He looked at her often;he couldn't help it. He loved the way she stared into him without shying away. He wanted....no, we're not going down the road of wants again. He stared at her for a moment, thinking about how to phrase it.
"Id like for you to show me one thing nobody else has seen. One thing you have never trusted to another person. One thing you've always kept inside. That would be my favor." He wanted to see a piece of her past, something only she truly had a connection to. Something she had never, ever trusted anyone else with in her entire life, whether it be on her physically or in her mind mentally.

His favor was extremely difficult for her to fill out. While she continued to gaze into his eyes, she could feel the events unfolding in her mind as she desperately tried to put them back into place. Though by then, it was probably too late - by then, he probably saw the fear and sadness of that single event that led to many others. The reason why she stopped talking, the reason why she thought she wouldn't make a good mother - the reason why she disliked having her personal space invaded. She pulled away, slightly, as she stripped off her black sweater. She had on a black beater underneath, but that covered up what she wanted to show him - so she pulled down the strap past her shoulder, back facing him, her left shoulder blade now visible. He would see a scar in the shape of a rose.
"I had a miscarriage."
She uttered quietly. She had been raped. It was dark, and she couldn't see who it was, but she had an idea - though would dare not ask. It was after Andrew and Mitsuki had broken off their friendship. She missed her period, took a pregnancy test, kept silent, and one morning she woke up with cold sweat to find blood all over the bed. Miscarriage.
Reita did not know. Reita still has no idea.
She pulled her strap back on before pulling her sweater.
"Twelve."
Twelve what? Twelve years old.
There were some people who thought of her to be 'pure'. Well. Is she still considered pure now? Or is she filthy, like she thinks to be?
She could not find herself to look at Andrew, nor could she find herself to say more.
It hurt, you know? When you think about what could have been if some certain events carried out.
Though she did not explain where she got the rose shaped scar from, she was pretty sure he'd get the idea that the one who abused her body was the one who carved it in.
