Personality: Astral is a mellow and calm person who often floats by life and does whatever comes to him at the moment. He is usually oblivious to people because he remains so silent and still. Though under his cool demeanor he has a hyper child inside of him. He only tends to act that way when hes around people he feels comfortable with. Otherwise he is simply like the air ans passing where ever the tide pulls him. He is never really angry. Only on rare occasion does his temper gets the best of him.
Mentality: Though he tends not to show it Astral is extremely intelligent. He prefers mental stability over anything. He thinks that if you are not calm and willing to accept whatever comes to you then you can't achieve true mental stability and therefor cannot achieve inner peace with yourself.
Ideal: That life is what you make of it.

Description of style:
Phoenix fist
The phoenix fist is simply a fighting style that integrates capoeira and an open palm fighting style. By using capoeira's water like maneuvers and dodging ability the user is allowed to attack with swift open palm attacks, usually slowly damaging a specific body part. When using the palms the user is allowed to shape their fist using the dragon style to send bone breaking strikes. The same can be said for usage of the legs. By striking with the shins and edge of the foot the user can also bruise or even crack bones. The actual technique in itself is incomplete but the main objective behind the phoenix fist is to use it in combination with a swift and balanced fighting style.
Capoeira
The basic breakdown of this fighting style is to use dance maneuvers and ginga or the art of swaying back and forth to confuse opponents and attack when least expected. While using capoeira instead of trying to beat the opponent down the primary objective is to slow the enemy's striking ability and slowly damage the body. When using this style when going on the defensive the user becomes extremely difficult to strike. Usually the users of the style has a flexible body and using that body the user is allow to stretch, bend and balance themselves in a way that makes getting hit almost imposable.
The integration
Infusing phoenix fist and capoeira this simply allows the capoeira fighting style to become more dangerous, allowing strikes to crack or break bones. Because the phoenix fist uses so much power behind it's strikes it causes the capoeira style to become less flexable and makes the user easier to hit. Because the balance of power is concentrated near the ground when striking it doesn't allow much maneuverability. Regardless of the integration Phoenix is capable of equally using speed, balance and power with these styles.
History Information
History:
Astral "Soutaichou" Phoenix was born of an American man and Japanese mother. Both of whom are fighting champions. At a young age his father tried to get him to fight but because of his calm demeanor he usually refused. In his hometown of LA, California Astral spent his time messing around with girls and watching the waves go by. It was a passtime for him. Skateboarding and hanging out with friends was all he wished to do.
In attempts to make his father happy a year before he entered high school he trained with his mother. She taught him the basics of capoeira and he improved on it greatly. However he was never able to truly master the fighting style. He did however integrate his own half finished fighting style, the phoenix fist into the mix and created an incredibly unique fighting style of his own. Soon after entering high school both his parents passed away. His father was murdered by street thugs and mother from heart failure.
Deciding to take his life and make it what he could he entered school and lived on his own.
