Alright, now that THAT got your attention, I want to say this: I REALLY REALLY REALLY do NOT want this thread to turn into a giant flame war between the christians and the nons, as that was not even CLOSE to this thread's intention. However, it's an OOC post, and I know from experience, that, in the OOC, all you can hope for is to post, and let the cards fall where they may.
Anyway, this actually has NOTHING to do with actual OOC beliefs. After scanning through a few bios before making my own, I noticed that there are a LOT of people on here whose characters claim agnostic, atheistic, or sometimes even a bit more obscure belief sets. I'd planned on my character being Catholic from the beginning, but it was interesting to not see a single Christian character in the bios I read.
Now, I don't really care, as I'd consider myself a Spiritual Agnostic OOC anyway, but I was curious... are there ANY other CHARACTERS on the board who would consider themselves Christian?

I was actually thinking about making a hard core Christian character. One I got a friend to make once but she stopped playing him. Judas Iscariot XD

Hah, while Adrian is a devout Catholic, he's not, by any standards, a super god-lover or anything of the sort. That WOULD be fun, though, I think.
We had a guy who was pretty hardcore Christian both IC and OOC back on Xin1, actually.

Aye, the reason I have Mathew Athiest is because I am Athiest OOC and I really don't want to butcher a religion by getting things wrong. Which is why I have yet to make Judas. XD

Not sure if this counts but whilst Arthur is something of an Agnostic/Athiest, his family is a god-fearing Christian family.

Malice believes him and the person who plays him are both going to hell. Does that count?
XD
But fo seriel this time.
I Dont know why most people who RP are not Christian, its just one of the qualities of RPers that I've noticed to be more or less playing characters that seems... Mysteriouse, or maybe even unknown to them which starts that way so they may play Athiest/Agnostic, either that or the amount of Agnostic/Athiest RPers just HEAVILY outweights Christian RPers. It's not strange though.
I saw one person on this board about 2 years ago who was hardcore christian and was trying to... Convert? Yeah convert all the hiethen 259ers to their salvation, quite funny to read actually.

Arim is Pagan. Not fond of Christianity for what it has done to her religion, but she tolerates it. Helter is Atheist. Go anywhere near her with that, she'll tear your beliefs apart. Letz Shake is.... don't ask. >____> The only reason none of my characters are Christian is because if I DO make one, she/he will end up being another Ms.Carmondy from The Mist. I am not fond of Christianity, I will say that. I cannot make one without it becoming a big insult or an over-exaggeration. I have my reasons. Either way, you shouldn't think like that. Just because you're the ONLY ONE with the belief on the board doesn't mean you shouldn't make it. I AIN'T SEEING MANY PAGANS. >:T If you want Hardcore christians, I can only think of Serj. He's a Calvinist. Mr. Kaar: HOLY SHIT! SERIOUSLY!? XDDD L-O-FUCKING-L! I wish I saw that!

Most people don't RP any bit of Religion, so what does it matter what they are? Seems most people's religion on here is either 'Bat-shit Insanity' or 'Punch-em-in-the-facity'.

My first character Farren was Southern Baptist, though I never RPed it as such because there was little reason to.
My Mugen Hall character Gabe Ember was Roman Catholic, though he was a non-practicing one. He did however pray to God on a number of occassions in the way a Catholic would.
Jericho has no organized faith. He does however believe God or something omniscient is real. He just sees no point in caring.

I do not follow any organized religion, so I dont see the point of having my character follow them. His family follows a sort of paganistic religion, but Christian does not.
My whole thing is, it is far, far, FAR too arrogant for me at least to assume I understand all of what is going on in the background, so Christian is the same way. He does not believe that god does not exist, nor that there is no place like heaven or hell, but he does not believe that science is wrong either and that there are signs of "both" parties I guess you could call them being involved along the road of time.
