PHS #260

Greetings students of PHS #259, as I am sure all of you have become aware of over the last few weeks due to the flood of transfers to your school, PHS #552 has been closed. Having failed it's examination for academic standards the school has been forced to close down for remodeling and possible restaffing. PHS #259 was kind enough to accept those transfers and in the process has become overcrowded.

I am here to offer you a chance for a better life and a better education. A fresh start. PHS #260 is reopened after two years of being remodeled. I am the new Headmaster of the school. It is an honor that the state of California have found my methods effective enough to grant me Headmastership over a new school.

For one week we will be allowing students to volunteer to transfer to our brand knew facilities. One week because that is when our opening ceremony will be held. I look forward to seeing many of your faces at our school, and I know that together we can forge ahead to a brighter tomorrow.

And can I voice my opinion that I think this is a reallyyyyy dumb idea?

Well if you don't like the idea then you don't have to transfer, as for what transfers get it is purely storyline. There will be no items or stats to bribe people to transfer. Though if you transfer you will of course get a shot at the titles of School Captain and the Pillars. But again, this is just pure plot.

Not exactly.

You see, from here, a lot of students have developed bonds with fellow students that fit their views. What would happen if they became separated? DRAAAAAMA! Plus, with differing ideologies in each school, you'll begin to see the separated stop caring about 552, and more about their quickly growing neighbor.

On one hand, you have a school full of students who have learned that their existence is to break everything and fight everyday amongst each other and those outside. And on the other, you have students who have a bit of unification in the fact that they chose a new school, chose for a better chance at their futures.

It's Superman vs Luthor. Beefy, strong, fast, physically destructive vs cunning, tactics, skill, and calculated efforts.

At least that's how I see it.

I just wanna say as well, that they're trying something exactly like this over at Hircine, and they've got the lowest population and site traffic they've had in at least 2 or 3 years.

Not saying that it's the actual reason, just pointing that out.

That, and I'm 100% that Leon mentioned that - in one of the quests - PHS#260 is a rival school from #259.

And I'm curious. What happened to the quest for those who were experimented on? I still feel a bit out of the loop.
