["Mitsuki, are you avoiding me?"]
"No."
["Where have you been lately?"]
The morning she left Andrew's house without saying goodbye, she headed straight home feeling a bit uneasy. She made sure she took all of her belongings, cleaned the place up, so it would seem as if Mitsuki had never stepped foot in his house to begin with. Call it a mere infatuation, or beginner's love - whatever it was, she was starting to wish she never had it. If she never had it, she wouldn't be in a situation where she has to pretend she doesn't know this one person. If she never had it, things wouldn't be as complicating as they already were. With Andrew and Andrew.
She wondered.
Did she like Mr. Black for who he was? Did she like him because he shared a similar past as she did? A physical attraction, maybe? Emotionally attached?
Or was she using him to get rid of this...feeling she had for Andrew Choi.
She had to figure out and sort her emotions soon. If she was using him, she would let Black know. If not, then Choi had to get out of her life, or else she'd never get over him. And yes, she will admit that she still has these deep feelings for Andrew Choi, but Mitsuki's excuse is that he was her best friend, first love, childhood memory and so much more. It wasn't that she simply liked Andrew Choi. Mitsuki Park was still in love with that kid. Don't get me wrong. She won't admit it - not to either Andrew's, but it was true. She didn't think she'd ever be able to get over him, and at one point in her life, she did think that he would be the one she would spend the rest of her life with. Grow old, have kids. You know? But he broke her trust, and once you break it? Hard to gain back.
But there was a problem.
He was gaining it back - with ease. A slow process, but although Mitsuki herself did not actually realize this then, he was creeping back into her heart - openly.
["Mitsuki, look at me."]
"What do you want."
She thought of Black, his words he had said the night before. How they broke up and got back together. How hot it was in his bedroom, the music.
["Mitsuki... Please, look at me."]
There were two people in the world that could always read her like an open book. It's not that they were great at reading her facial expressions, it was that she simply could not hide it to them. She could hide it if others were around, but if it was one on one... She couldn't. Unless it would effect other people.
...does that mean I like Andrew more than Andrew? Or is it only because I've known Andrew longer...
["Where have you been disappearing off to lately? You won't answer your phone, you won't reply to your texts..."]
"It's a secret."
He gave her a 'look'.
"It's a secret-"
{"You're meeting someone. You come home smelling like someone else."}
Mitsuki turned to face Reita, a frown on her face.
{"She either made a friend, or she's dating."}
Trapped.
It was like someone was pulling on her arm in one direction - Choi - and someone else pulling on her other arm - Black.
She had to figure out her emotions. Fast. And it didn't help that Andrew Black asked for some space. Not him, anyway.[/color]
