Mental Information
Personality: Kiril is a tall character, which often brings him out into the open for scrutinization. What they get out of him is a seemingly stoic, nearly dead silent guy who's as uninteresting as a TPS report. He's definitely cast as an anti-social, and sometimes called ghastly due to his albinism and lankiness in combination with his sometimes depressingly absent emotions. When he does talk, most often it's a sort, simple statement or answer. The only times he seems to talk more than a sentence at a time is whenever he has to give a speech in front of class. Even then, it's short and bland due to his blunt voice and outward personality.
There is a little sister that seems to have a dramatic effect on his personality though. Though his mouth still tends to stay sealed shut, it's often curled slightly into the tiniest of smiles. He takes it upon himself to be a father figure for her, since there was no real father for her growing up. She's a hyper-active girl, who seems completely normal, and he goes to great lengths to make sure she stays that way. Though, he has been known to cause her some difficulties in her young love life by scaring away any overly forward boys. He's protective for sure, and would actually seem to be a good overall parental figure, which would seem odd for someone who acts so distant when among strangers. Mentality: Reserved and Protective Ideal: "I'll carry the weight of the world on my shoulders, as long as she never has to worry about our past."
Physical Information Kiril is damned tall, and still seems to be growing. Blame the pure Russian genes. Despite his height, he's also skinny and frail-looking in proportion to an "average" person. His body has some definition, about what one could expect from a track star. He is completely pale though, to the point of looking sickly due to his albinism. And due to that, his eyes have a reddish-pink tint, and his hair is as white as bleach. To try and give his hair some semblance of volume and shadow, he fashions it into long, thin spikes in a swept back style. His face is downright stern, with sharp, nearly jagged features. If one looks closely, his left eye has a vertical scar from above the brow to mid-cheek, and he always keeps that eye closed. A black stripe tattoo runs over the scar tough, turning a feature of his past into a defining part of his present self. The rest of his body is without further deformation or injury.
Apparel Information
Head Gear: None Jacket: Kiril's jacket is a black, single-breasted, leather contraption that resembles a straitjacket. Several belts lay along each sleeve, and the buttons on he right side blend in almost perfectly into the dull black leather. Shirts: Kiril wears tee-shirts almost exclusively. White or black. They're not often seen unless the temperature gets high. Pants: Resembling the jacket's sleeves, his pants are all black leather and have several belts on each leg, two around the calf, and two on the thigh. Underwear: Batman Boxers. Hell yeah. Footwear: Black work boots. Nothing special
Fighting Information
Fighting Style: Military Sambo Years Practiced: 9 Years Description of style: Military Sambo is a vicious, destructive, pain-inducing martial art practiced by the Russian military. It's philosophy is "break before broken" and focuses entirely on getting the immediate win through any means available. Like any martial art, it has it's patterns and preferences. Sambo often attack the victim's right leg first, attempting to break that location to constrict movement and make a stable defense impossible. Despite seeming like a purely powerhouse style of martial art, it requires a body that is well balanced and superior to the average person, as it utilizes mass, speed, and knowledge to it's full extent.
Overall Assessment
Strengths: Kiril works perfectly with his martial arts. His body is set up perfectly to take advantage of height, but his bones haven't overextended themselves to the point where they're weaker for being longer. He's sturdy, pain-resistant, and has the know-how to support the "kill or be killed" mindset of Sambo. His posture and size make him intimidating, working well for him in fights, and his clothes aren't hurting his image either. Though looking halfway between insane and emo, his emotions are well under control, and he's happy more often than he seems at school. Weaknesses: Kiril doesn't fit into small spaces. He could crawl through an air duct from one of the action movies thanks to being skinny, but being tall often makes him weary of door frames. It also presents a bigger target for any opponent to hit. His balance in body means he doesn't excel anywhere of course, which makes him seem weaker than he should be. Socially, he does come off as an emo kid with all the black leather, and that often doesn't get any love. Nobody likes emo kids since they went out of style. Still, it keeps him from being approached, which is nice for him, but damn if it hurts him trying to get a girlfriend.
History Information
History:
In Russia, there is a large town known as Alapayevsk. Currently, it is one of Russia's leading metallurgy centers. Several mines are found in the area and it started off as a mining town. It was the home of Kiril and his family; one mother, one father, and one little sister. In his region of the town, there was a group of pagan worshipers who deemed themselves as something that roughly translated to "The Order." Kiril's family was a part of that religious group.
His section of Alapayevsk was known for several disappearances and mysteries, lending a haunted legend to the whole area. It was with the birth of Kiril's sister that things got their worst. His mother had been entirely faithful, but fell to unfortunate circumstances that left her impregnated by an assailant. She recovered from the attack, but had the child a month early, putting her life at risk. The girl eventually was released from hospital care. Unfortunately, it was plainly evident that she wasn't the child of the father, due to her stark black hair and nearly black eyes. Speculation was tossed back and forth for years about the origin of the child. Since there was no biological father, she was deemed an outcast from the rather easily frightened members of the order. Add into it that Kiril, her older brother, was an albino, and the whispers intensified.
The two children stuck together like twins, and it was on more than one occasion that Kiril was punished for getting into fights with other children over his sister. She got blamed for every bad happening, from power outages to missing lunches. She was called a witch and a freak by the children, who were only taking cues from their paranoid parents. Kiril was more than ready to stand up for her and by the time he was seven, had punched every boy in the small school, as well as a few girls, at least once in the face for saying such things about his sister.
One night, after his eighth birthday, Kiril heard his parents having an argument. He sat listening to it as it raged on, until things went unnaturally silent. A single set of footsteps made its way to his room, where his little sister was sleeping. His father came into the room, carrying a rusty red dagger, and donned in deep black robes. When Kiril got up to see what was going on, his father's blade slashed him over the left eye, giving him the scar that he covers up now. He fell tot he floor, clutching his left eye and crying. As he rolled, he saw his father moving for his little sister.
Kiril tried to tackle his father that night, his young body not nearly capable of taking down the large miner turned executioner. Instead, he was thrown to the side, landing haphazardly in the closet with all his toys. As his father approached him, determined to finish his own son, Kiril picked up his baseball bat and bashed it into his father's knee. When his father fell, Kiril got up and slammed the bat repeatedly into his father's head, at the time not knowing how far he'd gone.
The event ended when Kiril picked up his still-sleeping sister and took her out of the house and into the streets, where they both were picked up by a late-night passer-by. While they were taken to the hospital, the police were called over to their house. When they got there, they found half the house collapsed, the framework of the house severely decayed, and the rest of the house in a horrible, aged and gritty condition. The whole ordeal was chalked up as a completely unsolved mystery, and the two children were put into an orphanage.
They both were adopted together by a retired Russian military family, the father of which was paraplegic from injuries sustained in combat that left everything below the waist practically dead. Things became normal again when they were adopted, though they moved to America when Kiril was twelve. His adoptive father had taught him his martial arts skills, as well as a soldier's mindset while his sister continued to show no recollection of the event. Thankfully, she'd been asleep during the whole ordeal, which suited Kiril just fine. The events haunted him enough for the both of them.
Though there was a father for them, Kiril never connected on that level with him, and his sister duplicated his feelings on the situation. When the father was hospitalized for complications with the damage he'd sustained long ago, the two didn't react heavily. The father figure was often in the hospital, and the family had to move into an apartment, selling their house to help pay for the health care. When they moved to the apartment, Kiril was moved to PHS 259, only a few days before PHS 260 itself re-opened. His sister is young enough that she still goes to the junior high school, but her unnatural intelligence could make her skip up to high school at any time she wanted.

Qi Data:[/u] Qi Name: Otherworld Infection Qi Ability: Sensory Qi General Qi Description: Kiril's Qi appears to infect the world around him, drawing out what's known to him as "The Otherworld." The Otherworld is a corrupted, decayed, and frightful reality in which Kiril is at his most powerful. His Qi flows out of his body into the environment, causing things to blacken, rust, and decay as seemingly appropriate for each item infected. While in the Otherworld, Kiril realizes his full capabilities, often frightful powers that cause it's victims to experience nightmares they only hoped to encounter in horror movies. Technically though, his Qi flows out into the area, breathed in though the skin. It seeps into the nervous system, infecting the senses and nerves. By redirecting, changing, or canceling the flow of electrical pulses, the body begins to experience the nightmare that Kiril tries to summon. But to do so much control over the body would require inhuman concentration, so his Qi works on something of an automatic drive, simulating what would be described as "a bad high." Qi Strengths: The Qi infects the air in a pre-defined radius that is impossible to see by normal means. Because of the air-based nature of the infection, Kiril's Qi is nigh impossible to stop. Though a nullifiable area may be achieved via other Qi, a larger, concentrated dose of Qi can be introduced without nullification via physical contact. Infected moving into a null zone are not cured of the infection. Qi Weaknesses: Qi operates in a limited area, defined by the circle of decay it appears to cause. By simply not stepping into it, one is immune to it's effects. It's also quite indiscriminate, attacking foes and allies when released. Though a single target could be initially targeted by touch infection, maintaining the effect requires him to fully release his Qi into the area. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Beginner Level: Terror in the Depths of the Fog - Decay Area: 5m radius
- Decay Duration: CHA/10 Posts, Rounded down.
- Kiril's decay area produces strong, persistent fog. Everyone in the area except him loses Kiril's CHA/2, Rounded down, from their INT and WIS scores due to heavily impaired vision and dampened sounds. The first area the Qi infects is the senses, making defense and attacks a bit "dumbed down". The fog cannot be pushed away for long enough to make a difference.
- Angel's Wings: Kiril makes no sounds in the decay area. He also levitates two inches above the surface of the ground, eliminating the need for footsteps, but otherwise he operates as if on ground. That is because he IS on the ground, but appears not to be. It also makes him look a bit faded, as if he were a ghost. This effect is primarily for intimidation purposes, but the silent noise is beneficial for sneaking.
Beginner Statistic Requirements: Intelligence: 20 Wisdom: 20 Charisma: 30 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Novice Level: Ashes and Ghosts - Decay Area: 10m radius
- Decay Duration: CHA/8 Posts, Rounded Down
- Kiril can appear to be somewhere he isn't. The infected mind sees him as somewhere else from where he really is. In effect, this allows him to make a sneak attack or easily dodge a blow he'd otherwise be troubled to get away from. In essence, he can auto-dodge a person's attack, or add 25% extra INT and DEX to his own attack. This can be done CHA/10, rounded down, times before the effect fades.
Novice Statistic Requirements: Intelligence: 30 Wisdom: 30 Charisma: 35 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pro Level: Insecticide - Decay Area: 15m radius
- Decay Duration: CHA/6 Posts, Rounded Down
- Everyone caught in the area except Kiril is attacked by a swarm of beetle-like insects with stinger tails and sharp mandibles. The damage is minor, but they often attack the legs. Unless the effected person spend a portion of their post dodging the insects, they take a 5 STR hit to the legs that also causes a -5 DEX penalty. This must be done every round while within the decay. The DEX penalty stacks. If the person does dodge the insects, they take a 50% penalty to WIS and DEX for dodging things other than the insects. Realistically, this is sharp nerve pain in the ankles, tendons, and knees, causing twitching and instability. Dodging the insects causes so much nervous system activity in the legs that causing the DEX reducing twitch effect is impossible.
Pro Statistic Requirements: Intelligence: 40 Wisdom: 35 Charisma: 45 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Advanced Level: Drowning - Decay Area: 20m radius
- Decay Duration: CHA/4 Posts, Rounded Down
- Those initially caught in the decay area are surrounded by Kiril's infectious Qi. It follows them, corrupting any area that they move into. If the infected moves out of the decay area, 5 meters around them also decay. In other words, once you're in, there is no true escape. Anybody who moves into that 5 meter area will also be drawn in and infected by the Qi.
- Choking Fog: The fog in the decay area now is thicker still, and a rain of ash falls from the skies, or from the burnt ceilings. Everyone except Kiril who is caught in the decay area loses 5 CON and STR every post that they're inside a decay area.
Advanced Statistic Requirements: Intelligence: 45 Wisdom: 40 Charisma: 55 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Master Level: The Wicked End - Decay Area: 25m radius
- Decay Duration: CHA/2 Posts, Rounded Down
- Displacement increased to CHA/5, rounded down, uses.
- Executioner Angel: Once activated, Kiril's body is covered in jet black veins originating from his eye. His left eye opens as well, the pupil white and the rest as black as the veins. The horrific appearance may or may not unsettle people, but it does signal Kiril becoming the strongest he can be. Any stat points lost due to The Otherworld's effects are added to Kiril's own stats in accordance to which stat they came from. This does not include the situational 50% DEX and WIS penalty incurred by dodging the insects, but does include the -5 DEX penalties. (Example: Leon loses 30 WIS and INT from the fog, Kiril gains 30 WIS and INT.) This effect only lasts 5 posts, period. Kiril's Qi in fact infects him, but in a positive light, allowing him to benefit in the opposite way that his enemies are debilitated.
Pro Statistic Requirements: Intelligence: 55 Wisdom: 55 Charisma: 60[/color]

Everything seems good. Tell me when you're done with your Qi. Needs level requirements... but yeah, you're good to go RP-wise. Approved.
