History: Science, and what would be best described as weird science, or sorcery, are two sides of the same coin. And there have been examples of both working in perfect unison. A master black smith in the East had designed a new weapon to utilise the strange abilities of artifact found all over the world. However in order to do this, he required a metal stronger then any forged already. In his travels of trying to discover this new form of metal, he uncovered the recipe of an experimental alloy deemed to inflexible by the space agencies to be employable once it hardened. This master took this recipe, and, with rare artifacts he... "borrowed" from all over the world, he forged a set of different weapons. One of them was the Bloody Lance, with at the core, an ancient greek artifact, the Coin of Hades. The weapon itself was rather harmless, a simple telescopic pole arm. However whenever one attempted to activate the abilities of it, they would instead be overwhemled by the coldness and by subjected to frost bite. The rumours surrounding such a weapon grew and eventually it was stolen. Passing through many hands in the black market, it eventually made its way into the hands of a local Californian Long Beach Arms Dealer. Due to the metal that the pole was forged from, it was nigh impossible for someone to extract the artifact, and instead it arms dealer decided it was near on useless trying to sell it. So at a discounted price it was bought by an anonymous buyer, who eventually turned the one of a kind weapon over to the hands of Joust. [Later part would be role played out]

Description: The Bloody Lance is a telescopic pole. In its smallest form, it is 50cm in length, with the ability to extend twice in each direction. Each extension is 25cm in length. 5lbs of special high tempurature resistant alloy sheet metal is rolled and tempered to create a strong, resilliant metal, that wont buckle no matter how hard it is beaten. On the central shaft, treated leather is applied to form a grip, to help prevent any loss of grip. The weapon, at its full length is 1.5m (4'11") long. It appears to be made of a mixture of steel with silver inlaid however this would be false. The metal used is a special light weight experimental alloy developed by the Space Frontier Exploration companies in an attempt to create a new metal to handle extreme tempuratures and conditions. The alloy however, whilst highly resistant to extreme tempuratures, was deemed to be insufficent due to the high inflexibility of the metal once it cooled into a solid state. The metal had to be made of this special alloy in order to survive the extreme tempuratures that the Crystal Oath would be capable of producing and putting it through. Deep inside it though, at the very core of the Bloody Lance lies the small medallion, fitting perfectly into the tube and resting between the extensions of the pole. This medallion is inscribed with greek words that translate roughly to "In Hades' relm, we bathe" encircling an image of the god of the greek underworld himself. This medallion seemed to have undergone strange rituals that make it cool to touch.

Power 1: Fang of the Cerberus - With a partial extension of the Bloody Lance, the hound of Hades seems to extend its power around the polearm. Ice grows out from the center of the pole and encases it to form the shape of a sword. Whilst the edge of the ice sword is blunt, it posseses a sinister bite. Anything the blade strikes, becomes encased in ice. The ice itself doesn't last long, however repeated strikes to the same area are capable of freezing for longer periods of time. The sword also has the ability to shift into a larger, great sword form through a further extension of the Bloody Lance polearm. The only difference is that the sword is able to hit harder causing more blunt damage.

Power 2: Blessed Lance - The true beauty and power of the Bloody Lance weapon comes in the form of the Blessed Lance. When fully extended, the true power of the Hades Medallion releases a form of a large ice lance, stylised after the old fashioned cavelry. Whilst this weapon doesn't have any particular edge, the lance tip ends in a rather sharp point. The form however has an underlying power of "burst". When the Blessed Lance forms, a series of pressured gas layers are created around the base of the handle. These gas layers are capable of exploding violently away from the lance itself. Capable of providing extreme acceleration to the user, enough to even allow the user to gain several metres of air if shot vertically.

That's the rough outline for the Bloody Lance weapon I'm wanting to create. I'm unsure if this is all permitted or what stat reqs would be awarded to this weapon.
