Vincent was dying now. After ten dry minutes without finding a single working water fountain Vincent wasn't feeling up to search for very much longer. He was starting to smell wierd and his backpack was starting to stick to his sweat drenched shirt. Vincents hair was also frizzy beyond belief at this point. The humidity inside the school was so thick Vincent could wave his hand and grab and hold the air.
'Whats wrong with this school?! Just opened up and there are two water fountains that already don't work! Mabey I should try my luck outside!' Vincent said to himself as he ran around the halls to the door leading leading out to the courtyard.
Finally! Vincent had found the door. bursting through as fast as he could and almost knocking a girl with a leather jacket onto the ground Vincent made a mad dash for the fountain. Throwing his backpack over towards a tree with his shoes and socks, Vincent jumped into the fountain, hoping that the water would cool him down.

OOC: You did say "anyone" and Ghiste so I hope you don't mind me joining as well.
Ah...the joy. Summer! A very hot season which was quite a challenege for actually everyone, a battle of the smartest on who would actually have the guts to take off all their clothes first in return for survival in the scorching heat. And though she wasn't taking any clothes off today, Elora reserved her place for a victory in this battle. She wasn't going to soak her head in ice cubes or walk around school faculty wearing a bikini, but perhaps sitting underneath a tree with long branches and plenty of leaves would produce some shade for her and protection from the sun? Perhaps it would, and that was exactly where Elora planned to spend a few good minutes, underneath some leaves on a warm summer day.
Well, warm to herself, probably blazing to other people. Some idiot had come and jumped into the water fountain outside making a awful large splash of thick drops onto the surface around the fountain, that was something that Elora didn't mind though. It was "public property" after all, eheh. People will just treat it how they feel like treating it and paying some attention to treating it gently will come later on in the process. Yes. Elora didn't mind the diving, the noise, the splashes, what she did mind though was having a sock land in her face shortly after the kid had launched.
*Sigh* If there was one thing unpleasent about school that Elora found completley annoying, it was how all the students thought they could do whatever they wanted in any type of crazy way they cared to and it would just fly. But no. Not with Elora it wouldn't, and why was that? ... because she was very uncomfortable with having people's nasty garments thrown into her face! And a sock was rather tempting to her and a good reason to break bones just about now, not losing her calm though, Elora stood and advanced towards the fountain and dropped the sock inside the cool blue water where the kid was bathing. She stood five feet, teen inches on her 1/2 inch heels and stared down at her fellow-schoolmate who was sinking in the warm water.
"I believe that sock belongs to you, and it'd probably be in your best interest in keep track of where it ends up when your throwing it all over the place." She said, quietly. She wasn't threatening the boy or saying do it again and things will get a lot noiser, she was just saying exactly what she was. "Don't want anything to go missing, right?"

OOC: Sorry for the late response, but I had some issues yesterday.
SPLASH!
"OUCH!"
Looking over at one of the girl's near the water fountain he noticed that she got hit by a sock. Talk about horrible! This guy had the manners of some sort of pig, still, Ghiste didn't matter too much about that, here was a good opportunity to hear some sort of funny conversation or something. Running his right hand through his brown hair, a bunch of sweat coming off it, and gathering into his hand, when Ghiste took it out of his hair and looked at he twitched from how gross it was. This was Ghiste's hair! All the time he spent trying to make it good, and due to this extremely hot day, he was sweating like there was no tomorrow! Not cool, sure Ghiste didn't mind being hot, but that was figuratively, so not literally like it was being right now! This was just plain horrible!
Shaking his hand out by his side, and then letting both hands hang by his sides, due to him not being dumb enough to wear his leather jacket on a day this hot, he began to walk over to the other two people to see if he could join in on what looked to be a very exciting conversation! Now, Ghiste was wearing quite casual clothes for once, just a gray t-shirt, dog tags which he had hanging around his neck, and none other than his handy dandy baggy blue jeans! Not baggy enough to wear you could see his boxers though, ewww, so not cool!
When he got there was around the time the girl was saying something about not wanting anything to go missing. Obviously Ghiste missed out on a good part of the conversation, but now it was his turn to talk, y'know!? With that being said Ghiste let out a friendly smile then directed the conversation toward the guy.
"Yeah man, you might want to watch where you're jumping, there is other people who attend this school to, and some of them don't want to get wet or anything, y'know?"
Looking over at the girl he gave a simple nod of his head deciding it would be best to talk to her as well. It would be kind of rude if he just ignored it, especially if it was for the opportunity to talk to a guy! That's gross! Ghiste talks to everyone, oh and to clear things up, he wasn't looking to get laid, he was just a friendly guy, something wrong with that!?
"Sorry if I'm interrupting anything."

((OOC: Yup! Its all cool. And Ghiste, theres no problem just as long as you fixed your problems.)) When Vincent jumped into the fountain he was expecting nothing over one and a half feet of water. Instead of bumping his butt just after he jumped in Vincent was fully submerged in water! The water was ice cold which would of made Vincent think 'why is it so cold? What is keeping it so cold??' but today was way too hot for Vincent to really care. Vincent stayed under for a good three seconds before coming up to breath. With Vincent standing up on his toes the water came up just below his chin. When he surfaced, he found a sock on his head of all things. His sock to be exact. That was very odd, seeing how he threw it over by the tree. There were only two explainations to how it got back to him. The first was a very strong wind was blowing just as Vincent threw his sock which made the sock blow over into the fountain. The other reason, which is the more likely, was the girl standing over Vincent put it there. She started to speak as he went up. "I believe that sock belongs to you, and it'd probably be in your best interest in keep track of where it ends up when your throwing it all over the place. Don't want anything to go missing, right?"Vincent was at a loss for words. Not a single person other than 'Sir' and Jamie have really spoken to Vincent and used more than one hundred fifty-three words. Back in school in New York all the kids stayed away from Vincent because of the weird things he said sometimes for which he now blames Lucky Charms and A.D.D. for. He has since then 'chilled out'. People don't really like that kind of odd behavior. Taking the sock off his head Vincent simply said "I'm reall sorry about that, I didn't see you at all... I'll be more aware of my surroundings so this doesn't happen again... Is there anything I could do to like help you out or anything? I feel really bad about what I did." "Yeah man, you might want to watch where you're jumping, there is other people who attend this school to, and some of them don't want to get wet or anything, y'know?"Taking two steps to his right Vincent searched for the body from which the voice belongs to. There was a crowd of about seven to nine girls behind a guy standing around three feet away from the fountain. Vincent thought to himself with loads of sarcasm in it although there was only himself to hear it. 'One guess who the voice might belong to.'Sure enough the boy spoke again shortly after Vincent finished his thought. "Sorry if I'm interrupting anything."((OCC: and i'll have you know that Lucky charms and A.D.D. is a REALLY bad combo.... I should know... o.O; )

"Well-" Elora was slow to speak, for another voice had come dancing into the conversation it seemed. A slight turn of the head gave her a view of the student who had just stepped into the conversation. "Yeah man, you might want to watch where you're jumping, there is other people who attend this school to, and some of them don't want to get wet or anything, y'know?" Eheh... Elora had a thought that this guy probably didn't overhear the whole conversation, since she wasn't really saying anything about his jumping, her comments were mostly focused on his sock but his little advice was good enough.
Turned and nodded his head at her, Elora only blinked and then turned back to the boy in the fountain, addresing him with a friendly smile this time. "I'm actually going to be doing some things by myself today, and maybe some other time you can eh...repay me. Just -- try and keep an eye out for your socks, would you?" Elora smiled at him, sure enough that it was an accident now, she was just going to back to the tree and rest for a bit under the cool shade after she returned the sock but then she noticed something really interesting.
The guy who had just walked into the conversation was almost exactly her height! She didn't really care how people were or how short they were, matteroffact, physical appearences were just optionary to Elora when she was judging a person, but when she was younger most girls' at school said she was pretty tall for a lady. She was even taller then some of the boys' at school, and now in her teen-ages, 5'10, a pretty good height. She's still same-height if not shorter then someone else. "Wouldn't have thought of it but these americans sure grow fast..." So to speak they did.
OOC: I apologize for the short post, having writer's block here.
