Arena Rules and Guidelines Wanna fight? Check this out! Welcome to the Arena. We all know why you're here: You want to fight. Here's the deal. Follow these guidelines, and you'll do just fine. - First, remember to put up your arena fight request up at the Arena Fight Request Board and notify a Moderator :P
- Follow all the set rules and guidelines of PHS #259
- The Arena is soley for PC versus PC fights only.
- All participants of a fight (regardless of loss or win) will gain +1 EXP for the fight. That doesn't count stat bonuses acquired from special conditions.
- By starting a fight, you agree to the condition of a 1-month grace period. The last person to post auto-wins if the thread hasn't been replied to for a month. However, if no such fight has occurred by that time, no EXP will be distributed to either party.
- Use "Special Conditions" with caution. These are the special conditions both of you have agreed on. If someone breaks these conditions for any reason (eg. Using Qi after 3 posts even though it had been disabled), that person will be voided of his/her EXP for that condition. We DO read your posts.
- Any disputes during a fight shall be left to the moderators.
- Play fair, and have fun.

About Match Types.
Because you clearly got no idea wtf this is. >_>;; Match type is what your fight is set out to be. Whether it is a fight to the knockout or just a spar, it is welcome in the Arena. Just define it. Match Type | Definition | To the knockout! | This fight will end when one of the fighters (or both, in rare cases) are incapacitated, unconscious, or yields. | Melee! | This fight is a 1 versus all fight. This is a test of strength and guts, for the most part. | Free for all! | There are no set limits on how many opponents there are. Form alliances, do group brawls. This could get confusing without a bit of control, so use with caution. | First Blood | First to bleed loses the fight. Simple as that. | Spar | A fight intended for IC training purposes only. "Special Conditions" do not exist here. |

About Special Rules
It can get quite confusing. <_<;; Special Rule | Definition | Winner Reward | Loser Reward | Fists only! | All fighters are restricted to using only their arms and hands to defend/attack. | +2 | +1 | Legs only! | All fighters are restricted to using only their legs and feet to defend/attack. | +2 | +1 | No Qi! | All fighters are prohibited to use Qi on any form while fighting. | -- | -- | No Items | All fighters are stripped of their items and will have to deal with their basic stats for the fight. No weapons allowed either. Improvised weaponry is alright. | -- | -- | RP only | The abilities of all fighters will no longer be restricted by stats as they are only used for mere reference. They may fight as they wish, as long as it is within Xin Physics and Realistic Physics. | +2 | +1 | Stat/RP Combo! | This is default, unless defined. Fighters are restricted by their stats, but their OoC Fighting skills are also put into consideration. | +1 | +1 | Special Conditions | Any additional conditions not mentioned that the two parties have agreed on. May wage cash rewards* or extra exp** when certain requirements are met. Does not apply to the "Spar" Match type. | +1 each | +1 each |
* - Limit of $500 per fighter ** - Limit of +3 exp per fighter.
