[OOC: I don't mind if anyone joins. It is open. And I wouldn't mind a fight if someone can think of a way to start it off.. Up to you, the people!]
A rather odd pair of steel-toed boots clicked lightly against the tiled floor of the school as this new student made his way toward lunchroom. He was hungry, but he was in no real rush to get there. His bare arms swinging by his side as he made his way casually to the place that he would be spending the next forty minutes or so. A pair of black and silver goggles rested against his forehead as his right arm lifted and he ran the fingers of his right hand through his slightly lengthened orangeish red hair. Vivid blue eyes stared about the hallway as he went. Passing from student to student. Male to female. Most students didn't really stick out. The same slew of crappy cloths and bad hairstyles. Though a few did stick out. The few that wanted to set themselves apart. To be different. To Travis, it didn't matter if he stuck out. What he looked like made no difference. It was what he did that made who he was. He did what ever the hell he wanted to do. No matter what it was. No matter the outcome. He did what he wanted.
After a few minutes of walking, he finally came to the cafeteria. A rather large, brightly lit room. There was a mass amount of students already there. But that was to be expected. The school was large. So there would be a large number of people. It was only logical. It made perfect sense. What didn't make sense, was the fact that there were so many people, yet there were still many, many empty tables. Maybe it was the fact that the students of this school were separated into groups. All of them having a specific clique that they belonged to. Maybe it was the fact that they just seemed to love squeezing twelve people onto a table meant for 8. Or maybe it was the fact that it was a rather nice day, and many students would probably take their lunch outside today. No matter. Travis did not care. He would find an empty table, and enjoy a nice lunch. What exactly did he have to eat you ask? Well, it was really a simple meal. An apple, a ham & cheese sandwich and bottle of water. Just enough for him. The meal would be a good one indeed.
He took his time finding a table. He did not want to sit with anyone he did not know. He wouldn't feel comfortable. So instead he searched for a bit until he could find his own empty table. He would sit down once he did, and begin to eat his rather plain lunch. He blocked out most of anything that was going on around him. He was never one to try and over-hear other peoples conversations. He didn't care about most peoples problems. He just worried about himself. If it didn't have anything to do with him, he probably wouldn't care. Unless of course it benefited him in some way. Then he would look into it a bit more. So there he was, a sandwich in one hand, a bottle of water int he other and an apple resting upon the clean table top. He wouldn't stick around too much longer. Unless of course something interesting happened..
