Riley slowed down his pace to a casual walk as he finished his morning run, sweat visible on his face, as a bead of sweat ran down his face, which he promptly wiped away with the towel hanging around his neck. It was Saturday, and Riley, every morning, did his morning run, to keep himself in shape, back in Alaska, he didn't have the luxury of running outside, and ended having to run in the gym, but now that he was in California, he could run outside as freely as he pleased. He wore a white t-shirt, black long shorts, and his worn down Adidas shoes, a water bottle in his hand. He walked along the sidewalk beside the various apartment buildings, going nowhere in particular, just wherever he felt like going. He would walk straight, stopping only at junctions until the road was safe to walk through, and if he reached a dead end, he would turn right, it was always right. Why right? Riley really had no idea or understood why, he just did it rather unconsciously.
His throat suddenly felt dry, and it really wasn't surprising, it was another hot day today. Riley brought his water bottle up, uncapping it with his left hand as he brought it to his lips. But just as he did however, he heard a loud splash behind him. His eyes flashing in surprise, he turned on his heels, his mind racing at what just went down. However, as he took in what happened, he could only stare blankly. A girl, probably his age, had been hit by a water balloon coming from the kids who lived in the apartment building beside them. Riley looked up at the open window above him. The kids had hidden themselves. Bunch of smart asses. Clever, but asses nonetheless.
Riley then looked back at the victim. Only then did he realize how messed up the scene was. She had been surprised attacked by water, and she did not know who had attacked her, while Riley was there, the same guy who had just walked past her, holding a half-filled open bottle of water. His eyes widened. Ah crap. This was not looking good for Riley.
What a drag...

Sara kept her eyes on the ground as she walked. She was on her way home from the store, and she was kind of pissed. She had gone, but they had not had what she needed. She had made the trip for nothing. Now she would have to go out again later and try to buy it. People might ask why she didn't do it now, but she was on a time limit. She had needed to get to the store and back home in half an hour. Well about 25 minutes had passed now. And she was still 15 or 20 minutes from home. Where the hell was the logic in that?! Either way... She felt like a nerd. She had been so eager to get what she wanted she hadn't even bothered to change, so she was currently wearing her pajamas, her hair tied in a loose ponytail. A loose pair of comfortable pants and a white t-shirt. Yes ladies and gentleman... white~ And all this because her favorite movie was on t.v.
She didn't bother to even glance at the guy she passed, one of the few people she had seen outside today. She was to pissed. Well maybe not pissed... More... Ok, ya pissed. On a good day, she was a nice person, but today... You really didn't want to mess with her today. Which only managed to piss her off more, because she wanted people to like her. She passed him, without any sort of greeting, not even taking note of the color of his shoes. Normally she noticed things like that. And then it happened~
Sara stopped dead. Staring into the space in front of her, water dripping into her eyes from her hair. She shivered as the cold air hit her now wet arms and back. Her t-shirt clung to her figure. What ever it had been it had hit her in the back of the head. It could have come from above or behind. She looked up. Nothing. She turned her head to look behind her, wet hair dripping down her back. She noted the guy she had passed standing there... With a half empty water bottle. An open half empty bottle of water.
She turned to face him fully, cocking her hip, placing her hands on them. In all her 5'2" glory. This guy was going to get it. "What the hell man?! You got a bloody problem?!" She walked right up to him, getting in his face. "Did you do this?!" She gestured to her wet hair and shirt.

Riley just kind of froze, like deer caught in the headlights kind of freeze, as he saw the girl that had been drenched by the water balloon stop dead in her tracks. He could see the water drip down from her hair, as she began to shiver from the cold air of the light breeze that came through. He could see her t-shirt, her white t-shirt of all colors, stick to her figure, making him freeze even more, even though he had a blank stare on his face. He saw her look up, and then behind her, as he nearly flinched, because he knew how bad this situation was going to get, but thankfully, managed to restrain himself from making himself look guilty, even though he was as innocent as a baby. He then saw her turn to fully face him, her hip was cocked, as her hands were placed on her hips, and since Riley was much taller than her, he was forced to look down at her. "What the hell man?! You got a bloody problem?!" Riley slowly shifted his gaze to look down at the water bottle in his hand, like it was betraying him, and felt tempted to toss it away, but that would only further reinforce the misinterpreted notion that it was he, in fact, that drenched her, not the little two-bit asses living in the apartment beside them.
So instead, he calmly capped his bottle, and looked back at the girl. "I don't have any problem, especially not towards a stranger that I've never met before." he replied calmly, yeah, sure, like that'll convince her he didn't do it. He saw her walk right up to him, getting into his face, as he craned his neck back a bit, continuing to look calmly at her, after getting a few minutes to calm himself down, he knew he was innocent, despite the evidence that was working against him. "Did you do this?!" He saw her gesture to her wet hair and shirt, as he sighed inwardly. "Of course not," he replied calmly, "What possible reason could I possibly have or want in drenching you with water?" he asked as calmly as he possibly could while having a screaming, raging, pissed off girl staring right into his face, well, not right into his face per say, more like right into his stomach. Would this convince her he didn't do it? He sure hoped so. Because if a fight broke out, he had no control over what could happen.
"I didn't drench you with water, nor do I have any possible reason to want to do so, alright?"
Man, this day was just getting better and better wasn't it?

Sara ignored what ever it was he said. Just like she planned to ignore everything else he said. She was going to regret it later of course. This was just going to be another "Russian Kid" incident. She would start a very pointless fight because she was having a shitty day, and then she would lose the chance at a friend because of it. She hated that. But it was just to perfect to pass up. How could she watch her show without her favorite type of popcorn anyways? So spending a little bit of extra time doing something enjoyable like fighting wasn't going to be that big of a deal. But it didn't matter, she had bigger things to worry about. Like how she was going to kick his ass for getting her all wet in the middle of the street (completely ignoring the fact that he may not have done it).
She looked up at him. God, she hated having to look up at people. She mentally cursed the gods and her parents for making her so short. She didn't know what she had done to deserve that hand in life. But it wouldn't be so bad if he just wasn't so tall. That was another thing she was going to have to hit him for.
"Of course not, What possible reason could I possibly have or want in drenching you with water? I didn't drench you with water, nor do I have any possible reason to want to do so, alright?"
While he spoke, she remained silent, listening and watching to see his reactions. He seemed suspicious but then again, that may actually be the proof that he didn't do it. Well, just because she felt there might be a possibility he didn't do it, she was going to have to come up with another reason to beat him. Great...
She thrust her chest out and looked down at it, and then back up to him, gesturing with her hand again at the outline of her bra showing through her shirt. She had made a bad choice considering what had happened and was wearing a rainbow, multi-colored bra. But that was ok, better for her. Now here was the beauty of her plan. Whether he looked or not, she could take offense to it. If he looked, well then he had looked at her chest and she could hit him. If he didn't... It was a stretch, but it worked... He found her unattractive and therefore she could hit him. Wasn't she smart~?
So after she had done that, and he either looked or didn't, she would turn drop the anger from her face. "Ok, fine. That's fine, I believe you." She would start to turn her head from him, mumbling under her breath. "This sucks, now I'm all wet." Then she would attack. She would reach out with her hands, grabbing a hold of the front of his shirt, with her two hands, pulling him close to her. She would bring her right leg up, bending it at the knee and throw it into his side, tilting her body so that he would be hit by either the knee itself or her thigh. Either way, she damn well intended this to hurt.

Riley's expression turned from calm to puzzled as he saw the girl thrust her chest out and look down at it, as he stared at her utterly clueless. He had absolutely no idea what she was doing, and he continued to stare at her absolutely bewildered as he saw her gesture with her hand at the outline of her bra, while colorful, was also very much visible to Riley, much to his utter chagrin, because if he looked, it meant he looked at her chest. If he didn't look, it meant he thought she was attractive. Either way, Riley was screwed royally, and in for a hit or two, or three, or four, or, never mind, you get the idea. After he raised an eyebrow at the gesturing, it was a brief glance, mostly because Riley had no idea what she was gesturing at until he saw it, as he looked back at her face, still utterly bewildered. What did he do to deserve this? He was innocent, he hadn't done anything, except being at the wrong place at the wrong time.
He saw the girl turn, the anger dropping from her face. "Ok, fine. That's fine, I believe you." While Riley sighed inwardly with relief, he still had a hard time believing that, partly because a few minutes ago, the girl had been raging and screaming at him. He wasn't entirely convinced just yet. He then saw her start to turn her head away from him, mumbling under her breath. "This sucks, now I'm all wet." "Uh, do you want to use my dry..." Riley never got to finish his sentence, because at that precise moment, the girl reached out and grabbed hold of the front of his shirt with her hands, yanking him forward. "!?" was Riley's reaction, his eyes flashing in surprise, as she pulled him close. Ahhh! Gimme a break! What a pain! He then saw her bring her right leg up, bending her knee, and threw it at his side, tilting her body a bit so that either her knee or her thigh would hit him. But Riley reacted immediately. Riley's right arm shot out, wrapping it around her quad or the upper part of her leg, while his left arm wrapped around her calf or the lower part of her leg, resting her knee on his chest bone.
Riley then tucked his head down so his face or throat would not be exposed, he knew his ribcage and the back of his head was exposed, but right now, the only appendages the girl had to use were her arms, and Riley's neck nor face could be hit in this position. Now was the perfect time to execute his move. Riley's eyes flashed, and he flexed his two arms up as he arched his back and expanded his chest bone up against the girl's knee. The vice grip Riley had the girl in, she would most likely not be able to escape. All that was left was for Riley to hear the sound of breaking. The question was, could she escape in time? Riley didn't want to injure her badly, but she had attacked him first, even though he was completely innocent. Please... Don't make me do this... I don't want to injure you terribly, so just give up, before it's too late...please...

Sara threw her knee at him, her body bending slightly to the left to get a better shot at him. She could envision what was going to happen, and she had been quick about it, catching him off guard. So she was very surprised when she felt him grab a hold of her leg. He was quick... Crap... She felt him pull her leg up, resting it against his chest bone. This wasn't good. She tilted her head until she could see him, and noticed that he had tucked in his head, protecting his face and neck, but leaving his ribcage exposed. She could work with that.
She knew she needed to act quickly in order to stop him from breaking her leg. She hissed in pain as he pulled her leg. She thought back to a previous fight she had had with Mathew Amtrum. His attack had been swift and deadly, an attack that when executed properly, was quick and efficient. Now she needed to try to do this right. She brought her left hand up, forming it into a claw shape, her fingers locked in place, and pushed them into his ribs.
Her aim was to dig her fingers between his ribs and squeeze. She may not be strong enough to break them, but it wouldn't hurt to try. She hadn't been planning on breaking any bones, but it was obvious that he was going to fight her hard, and not hold back. So neither would she. At the same time that she pushed her hand into his side, she would lift her left leg off the ground, bringing it up closer to her right leg. If he dropped her, she still hand a hand digging into his side that she could use to break the fall, and the drop would add strength to her attack on his side. But if he didn't, then she would at least hopefully avoid a broken leg by bringing her other leg up.
