-Brief Explanation Of "Unfettered" As To His Goal (Gathering The Students And Moving Them), And His Reason Why.
-"Unfettered" Has The Last Line Of 4-7 Words.
Chapter 1
-Begin With A Sneak Peak On Two Characters (Charlie & Riley [Female]).
-Introduce Their Situation (Running/Fleeing From Police Officers).
-Reveal Why They Are Being Chased (259ers Without The Protection Of The Now Destroyed High School, Being Persecuted By The Law.
-Give An Example (In The Story) As To Why They Deserve To Be Persecuted.
-Show Contrasting Emotions Between The Two.
-End With Charlie Getting Caught So Riley May Flee.
Chapter 2
-A Continuation Of Riley's Current Plight (Fleeing From Police, Looking For A Place To Hide).

-Same Premises As Chapter 3, Except It Starts Out With Successes And Suddenly Turns Horribly Around With A Revealing Of The Police Who're Catching On. End With "Unfettered" Getting Into A Bind And In A Few Other Side-Stories Of Some Groups Getting Outright Captured.

-Begin Back At Deustche Kuche.
-Begin With A Revisement Plan.
-Show Current State Of Mind Of The Characters.
-Zero In On "Unfettered's" State Of Mind (Alludes), Transition To A Revision Plan:

I am not working on this immediatly, and yes, as alluded to, I am looking for some people to work on collaborative chapters for, since I do not want this to be focused solely on "Unfettered," especially since this IS not completely about "Unfettered." Volunteering your own characters/making NPC's and delving into their lives and mannerisms are recommended.
This will not be post-based. This is a full-on novella I'm calling for.
I'll not begin work until I have completed the outline, which I'm projecting to be about 15-20+ chapters. The chapters (excluding the prologue) will hopefully be around 5,000-10,000 words a chapter or so---More or less, pending on the actual average for actual story chapters (Yes, I will be looking this up).
Pending on how this goes, it may be a project for the summer/finished by the start of summer/other.
Interested? I'll be availble on March 28th. I hope.
