OOC((Asiv first))
A breeze crowed the school, whipping around the flag and surging downward, barreling toward the back of a returning student, a boy whose prowess was, at one time, unrivalled. Of course, David was getting older, and though he knew he was at his peak, he was also disheartened to know that the only place left to go now that he has reached his bodies potential is down. His lips parted, carrying away a whisper of intrigue and a small smile of peace. 259 was reopened, the earthquake having nearly shredded the building in two. He had returned as soon as this news had reached his ears, and now, setting foot on the property once again, he had a strong, steady calm about him, such as he had not seen since his last instance of contact.
His hair was blown forward, stringing across his face and causing his shirt to flail carelessly, sharply, wide cracks and snaps coming from it as it did so. His eyes came upward from the cement beneath his shoes to the doors, a slight smile inching its way into the corners of his mouth. He began to walk forward, passing students whom he had not seen in months, finding himself almost laughing. Though he knew that this subtle lack of violence and anger would not last, he also knew that people would step forward to take care of it. Someone would stake claim to the empty titles that were a constant topic to everyones mind. There was always someone wanting it, hungering for it. Power is the motivation, and kids would tear each other apart to have it.
Saying you are the School Captain was a matter of prestige and honor.
Saying you are the strongest- thats for pride.
David, unlike most, had no interest in the title of School Captain. Being one twice and being a pillar untold amounts of times took a toll on your body and mind, and he would leave that hellish responsibility to another individuals shoulders. Of course, there were others besides the pillars he had to think about- Malice resigning and Asiv taking over was strangely a shock for him- though he was not close to Malice he had always knwon that the guy was there, somewhere, handing out orders. Now that he was gone, he was unsure of what to expect from this new operator of 259.
He guessed he might as well find out.
Heading through the front doors, David made straight for the main office, leaning over the counter and speaking with the secretary.
"I'd like to see Mr. Asiv please."

"Yes, his door is open, his orders are to let anyone in who wants, so go right ahead."
The secretery who now that Asiv was back, seemed rather happy. She usually had nothing to do with him around.
As David would make his way back he would probably notice something. It may not have been obviouse, but it could probably unsettle normal people. Though for David it mite just cause a curiosity. He'd see the door open, and inside the two individuals who at one time each had complete control of this school and its activities.
One being the man behind the chair Zack Asiv himself. The green messy hair, the unlit cigeratte in his mouth and the ever present blue suit. His tie wasn't tied it was undone, the top button to his dress shirt was undone and he was leaning back in his chair with his feet on the desk. He seemed to be... Sleeping.
Malice was standing and looking through folders that seemed to be mostly student profiles of returning students and new students. Malice would be heard saying names to Asiv, if he was paying attention or actually sleeping would be hard to tell.
"Gabriel Seran, Deta Teyfor, John Ong, Kyle Katarn...."
Zack would stop as he opened a the next file to start reading.

Davids eyes flicked over the doorway, slightly confused at the prospect of going into the office of the Supervisor any time he damn well pleased. Regardless, he caught the man whom, rather comically, appeared to be sleeping, the former commander in cheif of 259 reading off a list of peoples files. David didnt know exactly who the people were as far as importance went- he supposed Malice was familiarizing asiv with the current student body. though he didnt wish to interfere, he was also too curious for his own good. Therefore, he leaned in, knocking a little on the door to try and signal the two that they had company.
"Excuse me...I didnt meant to interrupt. Are you Mr. Asiv?"
David would wait for the man to either wake up or move or something, in which David would walk into the room and hold out a hand.
"My name is David Blaze. I figured i'd come in and introduce myself." He looked to Malice, cocking an eyebrow. "Any particular reason your going through students files, Malice? As i recall, your no longer supervisor, and therefore what your doing is illegal."
Davids voice was calm, stoic. He wasnt threatening or trying to mock or anger anyone- just saying it how he saw it. He had a few questions he had to ask this new Supervisor, and hopefully the answers he recieved would be positive ones.

Without being told Malice flipped through pulled David's file and threw it on the desk in front of Asiv, who still hadn't move, but once he spoke his question Asiv, spoke simple, quick, and easy. Some would probably say even lazily.
"Yep."
He would move to stand up and politely shake Davids hand. When he spoke to Malice, the mans eye brow twitched. Zack knew that meant Malice wasnt in a good mood so he stepped in.
"Well, I asked him to advise me on how things have been going in my absence, since he would be the leading expert it best be informed before making stupid choices, dont you agree?"
Asiv spoke again, but this time sounding more like he was talking to a bunch of people, as if he had this speech prepared for years. It was clasic Asiv.

David just stared at Malice, not blinking, as though through challenge yet his face presenting a total calm, like he honestly didnt care what kind of mood the old supervisor was in. Davids mood was beyond excellent, and he had no intention of letting the ire of a washed up school employee put him down.
"Hmmm. I see." He looked down at the table, gesturing lightly with one hand.
"Ah, my file. Nice to see its not too thick." He sat in the chair across from Asiv, assuming a nuetral positioning.
"Go ahead and take a peek, i don't mind. I just wanted to know how you plan on running the student body by yourself. Nothing too life-altering."
Of course, David was wondering about this mans plans for a possible pillarship, a SC, or hell, if he just wanted absolute rule.

Asiv smiled the boy seemed calm enough, and Asiv didnt feel like he had any ill intentions, prolly a few run ins with Malice, but who doesn't? He moved to sit and pulled the folder to him, opened it flat on his desk and began to read.
"Mr. David Blaze. 18 years of age. Good grades, known Qi user, multi time pillar of 259 Ex-School Captain of 259, alot of references to the Public High School 809. Went to Moral Crest High School while 259's rebuilding was under way."
Asiv looked up to make a second evaluation of David. He was a protector type, which meant he would probably be a problem for the multiple other problems that usually wreck havoc on the school. Asiv's old ways mad ehim want to test the boy, but putting rumors that he was attacking random students for no reason into the general public his first day back, wouldnt be his best option.
"How I planned to run the student body? I dont. I will have my select individuals to keep an eye on things. The student body has its own hierarchy, though none seem to be grabbing for the titles yet is alittle curiouse. As an ex-School Captain you must know the calm wont last. I will simply watch and help the student body develop what it can."
Asiv's face was normal, a smile and all the good stuff, but even with his posture being almost straight it was still a lazy straight. He thought to himself to finish what he was saying.
~Because there are still horrors... remnants left from last year.~

David listened politely through the mans explaination. He got irritated more and more as time went on. The guy was just as passive and non committal as Malice. David gestured to Malice. "Then why even take over for him? he was doing a whole lot of nothing anyway. If your just going to do the same then why let someone else do it?" Davids voice was, again, calm. He felt something needed to be done and all thsi supervisor was doing was telling him how much nothing he would do. David leaned back in the chair, a small displeased sigh escaping his lips. The mans announcement had him fooled. When he was registerring, the guy had come onto the speakers, stating that he would be returning to 259 and bringing something with him. He sounded cut, well rounded. Like he could be counted on. David, of course, saw he was just as much of a joke if not more of a joke than Malice was as Supervisor.
"I think i may have wasted my time in coming here. Your just as non- commital as the fool standing next to you. Two peas in a pod. go figure." He stood, and began walking towards the door before stopping and turning back.
"You keep up this attitude and business of letting the students run things, and youll lose your grip on the school. Then nobody will listen to you- Supervisor or not."
Then he would turn to leave, unless they had something more to say.

Asiv tilted his head to a side for a moment when David went about his small frustration, seemed Malice's way of going about things wasn't up to par with his expectations, but Asiv, was different. Much different. Asiv would chuckle a bit to himself before speaking.
"Now, now mister Blaze. Please come sit down. You miss interpret what I say."
Asiv wouldhold his hand out to the chair infront of the desk, Malice seemed more interested in Asiv's behavior now than the insults being thrown his way from David. Once Davidmoved away from the door Asivwould speak again.
"See, I'm no fool. I've passed my prime, the students are too strong for me to have any sort of control. Which means controlling the School Captain - the strongest and most netoriouse fighter in this school would be impossible for me. So I will get my own, select group together to keep an eye on things. I've recruited two already which I believe you have heard of. Leon Sudeki, and the Ex-Captain of PHS 552 Areon Fury."
He would wait for this to sink in.
"They both have their own special abilities which are essential to what I need. Leons raw and uncontrollable power is the muscle, and Areon's... Techniques and technology are the brain network. Both of which exceed my abilities. So I ask for their help. I wouldn't mind if I could ask for your help as well, David. All that would entail, is doing what you usually do as you would. Defend the students from any harm that may come."
Malice would slam his hand on the desk.
"Zack, its too soon, the students aren't-"
Being cut off by Asiv to finish what he was saying.
"Prepared? I know. David, there where people... Things that escaped the correctional Fascility... Alot of them hell bent of either revenge, or destruction. Alot of people where sent there wrongly, but some of them needed to be corrected. Far more dangerouse than anything you students may have encountered. Their abilities are not natural. Even as far as you and Leon go, they have abilities far exceeding yours and his."
Asiv looked down now, which was very uncharacteristic of him.
"Which is why I must ask you keep Mitsuki Park safe. Her abilities should the abilities of my own fighters not be enough, may be the only one who can defeat these things. But... Some like Leon's may effect her mind. Should she come in contact with too many of them she could... Change. For the worse."
((OoC: Sorry I had to fit alot in there so you had something to work with till I got permanent internet.))

David turned, his blank face nigh expressionless. He listened to the short sentence, pondering whether he should just turn his back and walk. Though he would admit he had no fondness for Malice, he couldnt ourightly judge this newcomer based on the small explaination. Malice he disliked because he made it obvious he intended to sit on his ass and do nothing. This new character, Asiv, acted like he was different. David decided to hear him out. He walked back slowly, keeping the same face as the new supervisor began to explain what he intended and wanted. He spoke of Leon- who, in Davids opinion, was nothing more than a brute. He was, just as Asiv said, nothing but a ball of muscle, and all he did was pick a fight. Areon, on the other hand, was an interesting choice. The boy was a good fighter, and he had a head on his shoulders.
The only thing wrong with what asiv said was that he would let them do his work. Then he spoke, as though David would be interested in joining his team.
Before he could reply to this, the man spoke of people who had left the correctional facility, individuals of unrivalled strength and a deep hunger for revenge. David folded his arms, leaning back and pondering for a moment. If, as this man said, both he and Leon would not be able to fight them, then it was cause for great concern on his part. He wished to know all this man knew- but he guessed that, being who he was, he would keep most of it to himself until he saw fit to release that information. So, David didnt press it, instead speaking bluntly.
"Again, i say you are foolish." He took a deep breath.
"And i'll tell you why. See, you are the supervisor. Your what most would consider the headmaster, the head honcho. You have control over what goes on here. You talk like you cant have control over the pillars when, in fact, the pillarship was invented and created for the sole purpose of serving the individual in charge. You have, currently, the strongest individual in this school on your side. Leon Sudeki." He leaned forward. "I'm not an idiot blinded by pride and i fell no need to dick measure about it- though i am strong, probably the second strongest on Campus, Leon Sudeki is, by far, my better." He shrugged. "Use him. Tell the Captain he or she serves you, and if they refuse, Leon can beat them. You, personally, don'y have to be stronger than the person, because you have student servitude."
He smiled.
"Now, i hate that you need students to serve you because you cant deal with it yourself, but life is what it is."
His smile deflated.
"Now, as for me serving you, it won't happen, not until i see proof that you make changes. If you, like Malice, simply let the school be run by a bunch of teenagers, i'll go about my business as usual. I'll protect those who are being hurt and i'll defend the weak, but i wont see a need to come when you call, or even show you the slightest respect. If you prove that you are the best thing for this school and that you are in control and ready to have order, well-"
He smirked.
"We'll just cross that bridge when it comes."

Asiv allowed David to say what he believed to be again what he was asking, and again he was mistakin, but he would not disregaurd Davids opinion. Asiv looked at the man and smiled. He would fold his hands on his desk and think on his words, he wasnt sure if he could be any more forward with his thoughts.
"I do not ask for servitude, nor do I ask people to jump when I ask it. I consider Leon a close friend of mine. The man saved my life once even. He helps me as a friend. Areon helps me because he doesnt want involvement with administrative problems. He stopped fighting."
Asiv would let this sit before making his own inquiry.
"You dont have too much good experiences with people in charge do you? Though I can't blame you with the system thats in place."
Asiv would stand up and walk over to one of his book shelves. Peering at the titles before turning to look at David.
"Look, I know nothing I say will change your mind about me without any actions to prove it to you. But I still want to ask you. Please, think of this as a request. Mitsuki Park must be protected. If not by you I'd have to ask Leon and we both know he wouldnt jump at that oppertunity. He'd more than likely sit by and watch until he figured it would be fun to help her."

'What was your first clue?'
Davids thought was flicked to the back of his mind, the response to asivs question regarding individuals in charge seeming unimportant at that point in time. He sighed, leaning forward and folding his hands on the desk in a similiar manner to what the Supervisor had done, looking him in the eye.
"Say what you want. I've had far too many people tell me things that turned up to be false or empty words." He glanced away for a moment, leaning back in the chair once again as he stared into the eyes of Malice. He didnt say anything to the man, just stared for a short period in time, as if to give a small challenge yet appearing utterly calm and complacent. He turned back to look at Asiv once again.
"You don't need to tell me what Leon might or might not do- using him as a plausible reason to get me to care for someone is nearly laughable." He gave a short laugh as he finished the sentence, appearing totally at ease with what he said.
Before Asive could speak and continue on with his insistance that David protect her, he spoke openly. "If you want me to be honest, i don't trust either of you. You both seem to be a constant image behind everything thats going on. Though i don't know you personally, i've heard about you. Everything about both you and Malice doesnt seem to add up-" He stared straight into Asivs eyes this time, his eyes boring into his. "-and if i find out that it has something to do with these new super-fighters, or with the further destruction of this school and its students, you'll find me ready to break your neck. Thats a promise you can count on."
He pulled his eyes from asivs to speak about the Ex-captain.
"Now, as for Mitsuki-You needn't worry about it. I'll protect her- but not because you asked me to. I'll protect her because, a long time ago, i made her a promise to keep her safe."
He looked between the two of them.
"And i always keep my promises."
He was, obviously, reffering to both the one made to mitsuki and the one just made to them.
Would they pick up on that? Probably. He sure hoped so, anyway.

"Well, thank you anyways Mr. Blaze. I hope we do see each other in the future, I seem to have gained a liking for our conversations."
Asiv's smile never left, though he was dissapointed he couldnt change David's mind about himself, it was really too bad. Malice was doing his best to ignore David, which was obviouse by the grinding of teeth as he got another bunch of folders out of the filing cabinets. It was always unsure or not if Asiv's intentions where ever what he said they where, but he did always give some ideas as to what he means, its just hard to decypher.
"Though from what Areon tells me there are some people on the way that may cause some trouble. If your up to it, he said they would be here... Tomorrow."

"I look forward to welcoming them to 259."
David stood, sliding the chair from under him slowly as he came to his feet. He, in truth, had nothing more to say, though he was slightly interested in these new individuals, he guessed he would have to meet them when they arrived. He was afraid of no one, regardless of strength or stature. That included asiv, Leon, Mitsuki, and these so-called powerhouses. He turned, walking from the room without another word.
He had some interesting tidbits to think on- though not the visited he wanted, it was still...
Enlightening.
