Halloween Dance

Mystel only had one word for this... boring. He saw a few ladies dancing and having a good time... but, that was it. He really didn't have any reason what so ever upon staying here. He would have had more fun being with the boy in the park. He moved himself to the end of the table and leaned upon it, balancing himself with his feet. He moved his eyes upon the "food table", yes maybe he could have some type of nurishment since he is here. He gently stepped through the little portion of the dance floor. He kept his eyes straight as he saw two, count them... two senior girls head his way. He stopped in place as they sort of surround him. The first girl who was rather cute, spoke out to him. She was sporting a sexy Cleopatra costume with one of those little Egyptian crowns upon her head.

"Well, well... what might you be handsome?"

Mystel gracefully stood a small step back and gently bowed towards them as he spoke as loud as he could over the music.

"The phantom of the Opera, the man behind the scenes..."

The other girl who was dressed as sexy nurse, looked down at him and spoke in a fine, sexy tone.

"Well then, Aren't you character? I like that..."

Standing up, he looked up and down upon the costumes they threw on. He snickered lightly under his breath as he had thoughs upon their... choices of attire. He really didn't have to ask, but truly, they were going for the "Lets be sluts for one night look". He raised his chin lightly and spoke out, letting his tougue... Slip.

"Sorry, I feel that I can't entertain you both at this time, please, excuse me..."

He walked off, but that was a part of his plan. He didn't really denied them, but just playing away... if they really want him, they would come... to him again. As he reached the table, he got a drink and leaned upon the table as his eyes widen from the taste. He whispered to himself as he took another drink.

"Spiked?"

He closed his eyes, drowning out all music and distraction. Maybe if he comfirmed his reasoning of his "target" being here, maybe he would have some fun. Yeah... those girls... were, quite exquisite...

[Karel]

"...would you of ever imagined saying 'no'?"

Perhaps she was feeling regret...? Althought he didn't fully think that, it may as well of been something extra... something she couldn't understand, comprehend. Or maybe it was the fact that he of all people had entered her personal space without her noticing? Was it his skills at what he did that overwhelmed her? Was he... intimidating? That was a question that only Rasha could ever answer. Leaning back as he pushed off the wall, he looked to her with those same dead eyes...

[Rasha Sorel]

"..I suppose not.."

Her response was simple, quick and short still in that same soften tone. Intimidating? No he didn't really intimidate her - she would be too stubborn to even admit it to him, to herself or to anyone for that matter if he did. She was even too stubborn to admit that she had become a bit paranoid, and that she did fear them just a bit. Maybe it was that he had entered her personal bubble undetected... well a small portion of it to say the least. Her eyes turned away from his again as he pushed off the wall and her. Hazel orbs scanning over the party going over to where the drinks were; her eyes caught the figure of a familiar person.

...That stature... that fine combed hair... I can't mistake that figure... So he did come... Hmm I have to admit his costume is fitting, he looks..good..

A small smile returning to her face, as she kept her gaze on Mystel. Her lips parted as she spoke to Karel and started to walk over to Mystel's direction.

"...Follow me Karel... One of your new roommates is here.."

Once they would reach Mystel.. she would be standing behind him with her arms playfully crossed at her chest.

"Well now... the mystery shows up as another mystery... how fitting.."

OOC: Excuse the change... trying different colors...

"Well now... the mystery shows up as another mystery... how fitting.."

Mystel's ears perked up from a female's voice coming from his back. He knew, for a fact that no oe knew of that name, but this person had to be close enough to knew of its meaning. He smiled as he straighten his body as he spoke to himself.

Found you...

He stepped forwards and faced the woman who adressed him as "the mystery". He opened his eyes, letting the burn of the light enter them. He kept his smile cooly upon his face as he spoke.

"Well then, it seems like I have found... hm..."

He scanned the body his friend and counterpart, making a rather blunt and obvious discovery... She was a Sexy Devil. He held his tougue as his brain made an assumption of the sight in which is before him.

Well, A sexy devil... Rather fitting of you... Rasha, I do say you look rather, exquisite... my dear...

He cleared the silence from his neck as he began the speech from whince he stopped.

"Seems to me that I have found you... and with a male, I presume..."

[Karel]

Classy words were one thing, but trying to be cryptic was another. Cyncism was fine, mind you... but being from New York's 552 the senior had learned all about the wonderful world of Waldo's weirdoes. Fine. It seemed to him that Rasha was trying to introduce a room-mate...the reference in which she had used of him being a mystery was something he took note of. Perhaps it was an incharacter cosplay situation that so many people had gotten carried away with? Perhaps not - then again, assumptions were something he rarely ever made. Deviations... now that was his strong suit. But the fact that they were room mates and the way in which she seemed to refer to him clearly indicated to Karel that they were an odd pair of friends... or something.

Bah. Whatever.

It wasn't his business anyway, but if he was moving in then it would seem they'd be seeing more of each other by the day. Or night. Not saying a word, uninterested in the world's events, Karel kept quiet... after all, he had not been properly introduced.

Chi thought for a moment. Prerequisites? She had simply been making a cute comment about his squire outfit, but now thinking about it...were there any prerequisites to being her one and only? Her knight in shining armour? The truth was he already was, he meant more to her than anyone else, even her own family who so detached either physically or mentally that she wasn't even sure if they knew about Aureus yet. Typical of them, though, so she didn't really dwell on it.

"I think you've met them already."

She said with a smirk, leaning in close and offering him another kiss. They never got old, no matter how many times she kissed him or would kiss him in the times ahead. Heh, look, she was already considering the future, just another of the many changes he'd evoked in the junior since he'd come into her life.

[Aureus]

I have? he wondered to no one in particular. So it was true, Chi had fully accepted him. Hearing that, something inside him released it's hold on him. It had been a while since he had trusted anyone, but she had finally done it. It was amazing how he had been caught off guard by the brown haired girl, and how she had so easily been able to fill the whole in his heart. He could only smile before accepting her kiss and tracing his tongue along her bottom lip. The sugar from the punch still lingered on her lips, making the kiss all the sweeter.

"Good, 'cause otherwise I might not have been able to give you this. " Aureus said while pulling the ring from his pocket, holding it out for her to see.

With a shorp intake of breath, Chi stopped breathing. She blinked, staring at the silver and diamondy beauty he held in his hand. Once the first phase of the shock wore off, and she realized that she had stopped breathing, she began doing so again, her chest rising and falling shallowly. Lips parted, and she tried to speak.

"A-Aureus, w-what is that..?"

She stammered, still captivated by the shiny token in his hand. She knew it was a ring, she wasn't that shocked, but everyone knew that rings had connotations...what exactly was he meaning? She blinked again, her eyes moist as she looked from the ring to him and back, searching his eyes for answers.

[Aureus]

After hearing Chi's response, the Pillar realized he had forgotten something rather important, and that was saying what exactly the ring was for. After all, he didn't want her to think he was proposing. No, that was still a long way off. He would wait until they both graduated at least, for that.

"Oh...uhh...haha, sorry about that. It's a promise ring." Aureus said nervously while scratching the back of his neck. Looking down into her eyes, he could already see the tears forming. She looks so beautiful... he thought before snapping back into reality. "How about you try it on?" He asked, still a bit nervous.

[chihiro]

A promise ring.. It was a relief and a surprise at the same time. She smiled, offering him her left hand nervously. She had known that she would love him no matter what, what Karel had done to her proved that. And now he wanted to show it to the world.

Brown eyes blinked again, a single line of wetness making its way down her cheek as she looked fmo the ring to him again. He was so amazing, and he never ceased to surprise her. Just when she thought things were perfect, he went above and beyond. It wasn't the ring that impressed her, she couldn't have cared any different had it been from a bubble gum machine. It was the thought behind it, the meaning. He loved her, and she him...it was a promise.

[Aureus]

Taking her left hand, he slipped the ring onto the designated finger. It fit nicely, and the Pillar was relieved as he hadn't been sure whether or not it would fit right. "It's a perfect match for you." he said softly before reaching up and brushing the tear from her cheek.

[chihiro]

She stared at the ring of her finger for a moment, it really did look nice. It was odd how he knew her tastes so well, odd but in a good way. A smile slowly crept across her face, and she closed her eyes briefly as he brushed her cheek. A tear? She hadn't even realized she had been crying.

"Thank you, Aureus.."

She said softly, brown eyes glancing up from her hand to catch his own chocolate gaze. Smile widening she wrapped her arms around his neck, hugging him close as she whispered in his ear.

"I love you."

[Aureus]

"You don't have..." Aureus said before getting cut off by her hug. To thank me... It was true; she had already done so much for him, he would forever be in her debt. She had saved him physically, mentally, and emotionally. No one had been able to do that, ever. Without her, who knew where he'd be.

Letting out a sigh of relief, or maybe it was just something else, the pillar wrapped his arms around her in return. "I love you too. Always and forever."

Releasing the hug, she gave him another quick kiss, cupping his cheek with her left hand, the metal from the ring on her finger cool on his skin. She smiled, her chocolate eyes shining.

"Compared to this, everything else tonight will be really anticlimatic."

She said with a giggle, her bottom lip finding its way between pearly whites as she looked at him.

Damn, she has a point. Maybe I should have waited a little longer. Aureus thought to himself. It probably would have been better if he had waited until the end of the night, closing it with a bang. Unfortunately he hadn't thought of that before hand. It was all kinda new to him though. Chi had been the first person to get that close to him, much less date him. Levi was kinda picky with his help as well. So the Pillar was left on his own to learn everything.

"Yeah, I guess that's true..." He replied with a look of slight disappointment. "Though we could always try to find something more exciting to do." The schizo continued after a moment of thought. Picking up the plastic cup, he drained the last of the spiked punch. Already he felt a tad buzzed.
