Coat of the Infernal Dragon[ Materials: Cloth x10, Misc Electronics x1, Customization ($8000)]  A 5.5 lbs. Coat which has been electrically modified especially for recoiling damage to opponents. Also, while this baby is cloth, the technology embedded in it strengthens the defenses of the wearer, it is definitely nothing to scoff at. Not to mention how damn trendy it looks.

Coat of the Infernal Dragon[ Materials: Cloth x10, Miscellaneous Electronics x1, Customization ($8000)] -A comfortable and soft cloth is used as a means of insulation for the wearer, keeping them warm on cold days and cool on hot days. The soft, smooth feel and texture ensures that the wearer will only experience absolute lightness, open flexibility, and comfortable in the finely woven layers of cloth, constructed in such a way as to provide ventilation to even minimize the issues of sweating. The refined set of 10 very, very thin layers of cloth provide a surprising about of defense to the wearer. This coat is fit for all temperatures and retains high durability against wear and tear. Perfectly fine for washing in hot or cold water. Also, it is quite trendy looking, which, while at first may cause the reputation of a poser, if pulled off right, may gradually win people over, for the fact of how well it clings tightly and reveals the user's upper body.
-The bits of electronics that are embedded in the coat are interwoven and spread about so masterfully that unless the wearer was unaware, he/she could swear that he/she was wearing just a normal cloth coat. Resilient to water, the electronics embedded throughout the coat will not short-circuit when introduced to water.
-Because of the way the "Coat Of The Infernal Dragon" is designed, the user will need a certain amount of Strength in order to utilize it correctly, due to unnatural weight it has for such a coat. In the beginning, the lack of Strength may/will effect how much will power, the speed of the wearer naturally has, and will probably may the person look less... cool. In the beginning. However, if they can gain the necessary strength, the natural Constitution, Dexterity, and innate Charisma will return in time, and may even improve. This is, after all, quite the trendy looking coat.
-Wearing something that slows the wearer down, wears the wearer down, and that could potentially make the wearer the laughing stock for moving so sluggishly because of a coat would probably make people question the wearer's Intelligence and may even cause the wearer to question their own intelligence. However, with Strength and training, all of which can be carefully planned out and taken care of, provided the person studies up on as to how.
-Stating that someone's a "Dragon"? Possibly unwise. And its only natural that with a lacking amount of reaction time and getting hit and pestered all the time could wear on a person's abilities. If the wearer can stop getting hit so much, then of course the growth will naturally flow. It'll take a bit of street-smarts and/or Wisdom, though.
-"Coat Of The Infernal Dragon" weighs about 5.5 lbs, making it heavier then some other types of coats.
-No money has been used to refine the the artifact, to allow for easier 'adaptability' to its new owner (0% Slash On All Penalties And 0% Increase On All Benefits, Powers Aside), while not taking away from its ability.
-The electronics weaved into the coat are not just for extra weight-These electronics can be used to reflect physical damage back to the receiver. Very much capable of doing so, as long as the person activates the electronics with their Qi, this can be used once or twice, reflecting a certain amount of strength back out. However, if used on a projectile, the most that this ability will do is shoot it back out at whatever strength the projectile was fired/thrown, as opposed to damaging the firer/thrower him/herself. Otherwise, if it is physical contact via literal touch or via melee weapon, this "absolute defense" will make a wise attacker think twice before striking. *UNLOCKED* [Total Investment: $0/$1000/$2000/$3000]
-Aside from the specialized defense mechanism of the coat, the "Coat of the Infernal Dragon" is also naturally enhanced as a coat in regards to the defense it provides. The powers are "locked" since I performed a full refund... Please post which powers you would like to re-reactivate.
This has gone through several revisions and processed via staff suggestion of all, and if finalized, will retroactively affect all statistics, up to "Ambition," excluding older item system models. It is still subject to change depending on the main admin's final call.
