(((Gilgamesh interaction Get?)))
Masaru woke up to flickering lights and warped music. Was he really that drunk? He sat up and looked around. No, he wasn't that drunk, he only has one cup of spiked juice. He may be a light weight, but it was unlikely he would be hallucinating something this big.
Masaru looked around until he found the Sound Mix position. There he saw a man in an interesting Final fantasy costume fixing the wiring. He didn't look like he was having much fun, so Masaru decided to help him. It was a better alternative to sitting down doing nothing in a drunken haze. Masaru knew enough tech work from his family that he actually helped Sony produce some of their technologies.
He walked over to the sound mix position. It was theater etiquette to not enter the techies domain without position, so Masaru would stand just outside, and call to the man working on the wires.
"Need a hand?"
He was still slightly drunk, and it could be heard in his voice and seen in his instability, but you could hear he earnestly wanted to help, to be of some use to someone

Gilgamesh looked at Masaru.
Help? Gilgamesh needed all the help he could get.
"Thanks man, i could use some help." He smiled at Masaru.
"Would you mind using the sound board while i reset the lighting board?" Gilgamesh gave Masaru a weak smile.
Gilgamesh gave him a crash course in it.
Mixers and everything.
"Use the sliders on the bottom to modify the sounds. not the switchs on top." He said while pressing buttons on a keyboard for the lighting board
"You enjoying tonight?" He kept looking at Masaru, he didn't know his name.
Gilgamesh shook his head and smiled.
"I'm Gilgamesh, you can call me Gold." He smiled. "you are?"

David laughed easily, a small chuckle that would be calm and clear.
"Me? Blow it? I'm a Captain dressed up as a clown. What could possibly go wrong?" He laughed a little more, releasing his grip on her to see if her words were true. She could dance on her own, yes? TEH GRIND!? Hawt. He would, once it was over, take her gently by the hand (so if she wanted to she could pull away or she could follow on her words) and led her over to the snacks area. He poured some punch, handing her a drink before pouring one for himself.
"Here is to a good time, yes?" He pounded the drink back, knowing as soon as the liquid hit his mouth that someone had spiked it. Swallowing it (even though he didnt want to), he instantly felt its effects, his joints and his gaurd lowering as he let a smooth smile play across his cracked teeth. Oh...awesome... drinking.....He poured himself another glass, chugging it without inhibition. He crumpled it smoothely and cracked his neck, ready for dance number two. After she drank hers and possibly drank another depending on her reaction, he would lead her back out to the dance floor, and this time would take her hips in his hands, press her butt against his nether regions, and move rather...provacatively- such was the dance, yes?
'Head....fuzzy....drinks....hurting....brains....'

"Desist. Flesh. Fuckers." Arthur would call out to Gilgamesh and Masaru as they attempted to repair the electrical equipment. He slammed his hand back into the wiring and ignited the system with live electricity. Sure, they could attempt to repair it, only if they were willing to risk electrocution. And the longer Arthur kept the charge flowing, the more damaged and irreperable the system became.

Gilgamesh looked at Arthur.
"Come on man, just enjoy the damn dance, im not looking for any trouble." Gilgamesh sighed while talking to Arthur.
"All I'm Trying to do is make this place alot... more colorful, and more fun for other people, people are enjoying all the lights and everything." He shrugged.
Gilgamesh looked at Masaru.
Then he looked at Arthur.
"Live a little buddy." he patted Arthur on the back trying to get him to stop.

The funny thing about Arthurs electricity dispensing ability... was that it covers his entire body. Sure he was funneling it through his needle glove but the electricity was first cover his entire body before being channeled anywhere. Arthur ignored Gilgamesh who would've undoubtedly just recieved an electric shock from touching him as he focused on ensuring that he would not be able to cause any more nausiating headaches with light shows or bad taste in music.

Gilgamesh got the shock and shook his head.
"What the hell?" Gilgamesh was confused on what was going on.
He shrugged and sighed.
"What ever." He walked away from Arthur and went to look for people he knew, he saw Alexis and Gabriel. Gilgamesh didn't know if one of them saw him, he just walked by.
He went to the tables for a drink and started to chug water.

Post by Drea on Oct 4, 2009 14:22:54 GMT -8
Drea could feel the bruises from her earlier punishment forming on her calves and thighs. She'd decided to attend the Halloween Ball in a show of school spirit, though she'd never attended such an event before. However, her parents had not wanted her to attend. She'd accidentally let it slip that she'd wanted to go during school, and had been persuaded to do so. She'd chosen a costume and everything. She'd thought her parents wouldn't mind since she'd done well on her most recent tests - a one hundred in mathematics, and a ninety-nine in English - but her parents had thought her English and math grades to be inferior to their expectations. "What about the extra credit?" her father had asked her sternly, an expectant look on his face. "I'm certain you got at least three extra points. See? This test says that -" her mother fell silent as she happened upon the single red mark that marred Drea's otherwise perfect test score. "You got number sixty-seven wrong." And suddenly, everything in the room was silent. The clock in the corner sounded abnormally loud, and Drea became nervous. She'd done something wrong. Again. She'd gotten something wrong on a test. On two tests, because she'd only gotten a ninety-nine percent in English. " I-I'm sorry...!" she was quick to beg pardon for her mistakes. " I didn't study as far ahead as I should have!" The teacher often included several questions that hadn't been covered in his tests so he could gauge how the students were doing. Those questions weren't usually included in the over all score, but in this test, they had been because the class had been unusually loud the day prior to the examination. "That is no excuse." her mother's voice was now rather cold. Drea shivered. "Did you not say you were attending a party of some sort tonight?" "Absolutely unacceptable." her father said. " I-I... I gave my word." Drea said quietly, looking at her feet. " A-and... I... I already have a c-costume." The room had felt several degrees colder as her parents stared down at her. Drea felt small. "Very well." her father finally said. Her mother looked as though she wanted to protest, but her father shook his head at her. "You may attend," he continued, "But only because no one in our family shall ever break a promise. However, because we cannot punish you by having you stay home tonight, I shall punish you in another way." He took off his suit jacket and hung it over the back of his chair. He asked his wife to bring forth the stool in the kitchen. "Roll up your pants." Drea did as she was told, a lump growing in the back of her throat. When her mother returned, he'd helped Drea stand on the stool, telling her to put her hands on the ceiling for balance. Then, he'd loosened his tie and took off his belt. He proceeded to whip her legs. He struck furiously and Drea bit the inside of her cheek so hard that it had bled. With the coppery taste of blood in her mouth and the painful blows against her legs to remind her of her failures, Drea didn't make a sound. She didn't cry, nor shout, and nor did she make any sound unbecoming a member of the Kim family. After half an hour of this - where did her father get his strength? - he'd helped her down from the stool, her legs the very image of a bright red flower. She was amazed that she hadn't bled from the bite of his belt. Still, she'd had some trouble standing, and it had hurt to walk, though the pain had lessened some as she'd adjusted to it. He fixed his tie and put his jacket back on as she tried not to cry out from the pain. "Now, you may go and prepare for your event." he said quietly as he and his wife left her room, taking the stool with them. Still, after they left her wing of their mansion - a servant came to check on her once they'd gone - she began to put her costume on. It was a very traditional dress. It was essentially in the form of the ancient Chinese, but she'd chosen it because of its use by the ancient Korean royalty. She'd done it as a tribute to her adoptive parents, choosing to wear a costume of their heritage as opposed to her own Filipino one. With the servant's help, she managed to get the entire dress on, headpiece and all. It had taken her some time to finally walk as though she weren't hurt - but she managed, though the muscles in her calves burned with each movement. She'd been helped into her limo - her parents had several, and had given her one a long time ago - and gave the destination to the driver. The school wasn't too far, so it took only a few minutes to get there. Her chauffeur helped her from the car, and walked her into the school before taking his leave, asking that she call him when she was ready to leave. Drea watched as he left, nervous. It was her first school event... And she wasn't sure what to do. As she looked around the main hall, she saw that the others - strangers - were already in full swing. Uncertain of what courtesy dictated at events such as this, Drea quietly moved towards a small table at the corner of the enormous room, wanting to hide away from the masses - a bit of a difficult thing to do with her enormous red dress.

Masaru, in a drunken haze, didn't notice all the things going on behind him. He just mentioned his name as he worked the sound board.
"I'm Masharu... Nice to meet'cha..."
He continued to work the soundboard... Until he got electrocuted, which just increased the effect of the drink, numbing him.
He continued to work the soundboard...
"Ish there already a shetlist? Or do I have to choosh the shongs?"
Even if the music wasn't playing, Masaru worked the soundboard, unaware.

He quickly regained his mind.. kinda.
Gilgamesh awaited her response

Drea was surprised as well - she hadn't realized someone had come near her until he spoke.
"Oh! I'm sorry I didn't see you there." the male said. Drea privately wondered if his statement was supposed to be one or two. He continued speaking.
"I will leave if you wantz," - he shook his head - "Want... I mean."
Drea just kind of looked at him, unsure of what to do or say. This person was exhibiting the signs of intoxication. A quick glance around revealed to her than he wasn't the only one.
"No, no - " she certainly didn't want him moving around. What if he fell? "Please, take a seat somewhere. Er... I'll go on and see if there's anyone around that I know."
She was very confused. She wasn't sure if she wanted to stick around if there were going to be drunken students there. Especially if there were going to be violent, drunken students there. She supposed she could hide behind a table or something. Probably.
Drea hid a wince as she got to her feet. She sort of stumbled away from the table, having almost tripped over the ridiculously long skirts. She was wearing one of the traditional outfits of royalty - and they wore ridiculously long dresses!
Still, glancing about, she realized that one person's head stuck up above everyone else's.
She wasn't sure if he was the only person that was in the school at that height, but she sure as all hell hoped it was Katsuri.
She walked slowly towards him - and the young woman he was speaking with - ignoring the twinges of pain that her calves sent up her legs.
"Hello," she said as she approached. "K-Katsuri?"
Dear God, she hoped she didn't have the wrong person. Please let Katsuri be the one in the samurai outfit.

The large man was taken up with Jenna’s attention, unaware at first anyone was even nearby until he had heard his name faintly, and at that shaking slightly. Brow cocked from under the shadow of that mask and he’d have turned his head, glancing back to see who it was. A smile perked across his lips, not that she could see it through that mask, and he’d have moved, his free arm scooping down and wrapping his forearm against her ass.
A heft and she’d be up in the air, braced against his arm and held close to his suit so she was no longer leaning on her own two feet, it looked like the poor girl was going to fall over. “Mm. Rea. I was wondering if you were going to show up. Jenna, this is Rea, Rea, this is Jenna.” He’d have said this in such a matter of fact way that it did not matter to him what they thought of one another, particularly since he felt protective of them both. That is, until he glanced up from where he was, the flickering of the lights getting his attention.. It seemed Arthur had caused more damage then he had thought
THIS EVENT IS NOW STARTING! PREPARE!
You now may each make one, and only one post. This will determine the post order from here on out, always starting with me as the event people and ending with me.
Almost all of the lights cut out, the entire room was left in a black that seemed to stick to the walls and ooze around the floor, the single halogen bulb that was left had created a very faint circle near the corner of the room closest to the doors. It was a refuge, a place where people could hide from the incoming shadows, and yet, even it seemed to be waning. This was not your normal darkness, the moon being hidden by clouds in passing could not cause this, the stars, even in what people often considered pitch black, without one truly discernable in the sky, even gave shapes, blobs in the distance.
This was true darkness. It was the absence of light.. and it should have caused those hearts to race, as the sounds that began to sound around them was not of the mortal realm, nor was it something these students should have ever had any fear of. The boogeyman was not real right? There was no giant bed in here for him to creep out of, no closet to slowly slip from at night, yet what lay beneath all of those myths was far worse.
The emergency lights kicked on, of course they did, painting the gym in a deep red. It seemed to leak from every orifice of this place with each slow rotation of those red LED’s, coating every surface. The light glow that seemed to float throughout the room would have allowed people to see, but it did not stop the sounds that were coming from every corner of the place, with no visible origin. There was a loud shrill scream coming from outside of the gym in the hallway, right near the door, the sort of scream that indicated someone being dismembered, and the distinct sounds of liquids and other organic matter splattering against a solid surface would have been enough to reinforce this idea. The low growl that followed it could not even be compared to a wild animal loose in the school.
What the hell had taken over 259?...

Arthur withdrew his hand from the wiring, but he kept his body coursing with electricity as a defensive measure. Staring at the door, where the noise came from. Arthur would slowly back off from the walls of the structure towards the middle of the room. Holding out the needle glove slightly in front of him as a weapon. He waited to see what would happen next before he would make any actual move.

The lights shut off. Only then did Masaru truly pay attention to his surroundings. He may be drunk, but he could still tell if there was going to be danger. In fact, you could say that him being drunk, his animal instincts kicked in. He stopped messing with the soundboard, only then realizing his hands had been fried. He rubbed off the charred skin. He couldn't see anything... That is, he shouldn't have been able to.
If any organic matter came within a certain distance of him, he was able to see a trail of images before and after that thing. When his eyes didn't work, the images that were past and present were fainter. It wasn't his sight that was the problem, but his eyes were what was truly the problem. His eyes couldn't distinguish past from present, and so each image was solid, nothing was faint.
Now that he was blind from the darkness, Masaru truly realized that he had Qi. Yes, he had heard of it in books and from other people, but Masaru didn't truly understand the fact that he had that kind of Qi until this moment. Everything made sense.
The first time his Qi had been unlocked was at the Correctional Facility, after the blinding light from the enforcer beating the cake man altered Masaru's vision. It wasn't vision altering, it had awakened something inside Masaru. Now everything made perfect sense! His eyes were a hindrance, they were perfectly fine eyes, yet they were what made his Qi so unrefined.
Masaru took a step back, and looked, truly looked around for the first time. Yes he couldn't see that far, but this was the first time he could actually look at people without getting an upset stomach since the correctional facility incident where his eyes began acting haywire.
A drunken laugh escaped Masaru's lips. Unfortunately for him, most of what his revelation had revealed would be lost the next morning with his hangover. He would probably remember the fact about his Qi being unlocked, yes, but the fact that his Qi was true sight, and was hindered by his physical eyes, would probably be forgotten.
Masaru's happiness was short lived, though, when the emergency lights went on. Everything became unclear again, and Masaru felt dizzy yet again, more so that he was still drunk. Masaru tried to look around, his eyes barely showing behind squinting eyelids. People were huddled around.
It seemed those who didn't see were seeking comfort in groups. A drunk smile escaped Masaru's lips. He felt on top of the world, everything was figured out. Or so it seemed...
A loud scream came from outside the gym. Distinct and rather gruesome sounds followed. Masaru's stomach, already uneasy from the Spiked drink, heaved. Luckily, Masaru missed most of the expensive equipment in the sound mix position. He wiped his mouth with his trench coat.
A growl could be heard echoing in the gym. This gym had some pretty nice acoustics. That's besides the point. Throwing up made Masaru more conscious of his surroundings, he seemed to be sobering up. The common headache followed.
Masaru assumed a defensive stance. He slowly edged toward a random group of people. If this thing were truly a beast it would probably go after the loners first. Hopefully this was just a Halloween prank though. Masaru wouldn't let his guard go down though. There was no telling what was happening, and Masaru's drunkenness didn't help the situation at all.

Sara laughed lightly at Matrim as her head swam sweetly. It was so nice to feel like this again. How she had missed it. "I don't know about the doors, but I'm sure there's somewhere here we can find to hide out. But I'm hungry to... Did they have food set out here? That would have been smart --" The room suddenly plunged into darkness. Sara could have sworn her heart stopped for a moment. Every muscle in her body locked in fear, here eyes wide. Strangely, it was impossible to see through the darkness. She couldn't even make out Matrims outline directly in front of her. Her eyes flicked to the single source of light on the other side of the room as her hands tried to tighten around Matrim. "What's going on?" She whispered. Sara let out a small scream, clinging to Matrim as the emergency lights flicked on. Her mind fought hard against the fuzziness in her head. She hadn't had much to drink, but her body was shot when it came to any sort of drug, making it nearly impossible for her to drink at all without getting smashed. Thankfully, the fear and shock hitting her system, filling her with adrenaline and giving her body what it wanted from the alcohol helped to slowly sober her and clear her mind. Matrim was probably in no better condition, but she would rather stay close to him anyways, knowing he was stronger. The doors were locked though. Meaning no one could get out. Sara's eyes scanned the crowd as she attempted to move back towards a wall, tugging on Matrims hand letting go as she tried picking her way through the people. She didn't want to be in the crowd if they started to run and riot, her fear of crowds and being trampled or pushed somewhere she didn't want to go kicking in. She felt she would have a better chance near a wall. Screw everyone else. Her first thought and reaction was to help herself. Selfish yes, but if something happened to her, she would be no use later. Reaching it, she would turn, making sure that Matrim had kept up with her. It was then that she heard the scream. Her head turned quickly towards the sounds coming from outside the gym. O__________O What the hell...?! Sounds like fun!Oh god.... And then the thought hit her that made her breath a small sigh of relief. The locked doors also meant nothing could get in right? And then she felt silly.... This was just some prank. Some very unfunny prank. She was over reacting. Right? God, she hoped Matrim had sobered up from the shock. WHY THE HELL WERE THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS RED!? They were only distracting her, making it harder for her to think.
