Some days, some nights, Karel's first step into the campus was nothing new. For quite some time now he had been moving around, looking for a high school he could simply stay at and graduate in discretion. Life was never like that. The pillar system was but all to blame, for the life every teenager had and suffered, it merely made it worse. His bag, nothing special, slung over his shoulder, that trademark leather jacket of his on top of that white tank top was all that kept his skin from being brushed by the day's cold. A wind. Although he was certainly not the only student around, he felt eyes look upon him - stranger's glances stealing looks, gossiping girls doing their thing chatting it up about who's the hottest boy and of course the little punky freshmen thinking their all good and seeing if they could size up this senior. Some live, some die, Truth be told, none of them could. It felt like ages had passed, every minute, a year; every hour a decade - time was no longer relevant to him. Where he was once whole, a girl had made her impression, memories of the time he spent with Celeste now gone for the sake of her own safety. Theirs paths he knew could never cross again for fate had played a dirty trick - giving his enemy the Joker, pulling off the royal flush that trumped any game. He felt so powerless. Where he once fought bravely, a hero among his gang and the very symbol of power.... it was all gone. No. That was wrong. All that strength... all that skill... all of it had remained - but what of resolve? He no longer had none. She had brought him to life. In the way of the samurai, some fight, He could of broken down. Just stopped what he was doing and gotten down on his knees and begged for any omnipresent being to bless him, to grovel at some faith-built god's feet. But no - here he stood, still walking among the living - passing by the front doors of the first building, entering the hallways as more whispers from those gossip-folks who knew nothing about him. Nothing of the horrors of his situation - nor the burden he carried. Atlas - he, of Greece could not complain. The world was nothing to carry. To lug around. To drag. Some bleed, Sun up, Sun down, the sons of a Battlecry. ....this day was like every other new day. A morning. Another day that would probably suck. Suck. Such a plain word... yet like trash it deserved no honourable mentions. And as he stopped he looked at his time table, the corner of an unknown corridor...but somehow he felt someone approaching him...

Chihiro knew something was going on when the normal buzz of conversations changed basically in unison around where she stood by her locker. She'd been taking her books out one by one, and gently placing them in her casted arm when she felt the disturbance. Chocolate hues glanced around at the students, many of them seemed to be looking in the same direction, in quick glances as if spying something foreign or exotic. The freshman quirked an eyebrow, following their line of sight to a new student walking down the hall. Another new student? Interesting, though something told her she wouldn't be able to take as much advantage of this one as she had the last, he had practically fainted in front of her. All in all it was still promising, and besides she was curious. Closing her locker door, she approached the newcomer and spoke up in a curious tone.
"Looking for something?"

Ah yes, like Vetis before him he kept his voice unused as he turned his attention to her. Small. Just like most girls, but this one had actually gathered the courage to approach him - although, truly he felt different in this school. Whether or not he was welcome was something beyond his... well - not his perception, surely, but his care. That's right... he didn't really care what people thought of him. Although being the first day he seemed to be a bit lost. He could figure everything out within half a day but such things were always so troublesome, he'd rather not waste any time and make a good impression on his teachers. Again - he only cared for his grades, and sadly corrupt teachers did exist in the world.
He motioned over and offered a look at his time table - his left thumb pressed against the address for the science building.

Dark eyes blinked once at him before glancing down at the timetable in his hands where he'd pointed. A silent one, hmm? That was interesting. She wondered if he was capable of speech or whether he chose to or if he was mute.
"Science building, I'm actually on my way there now, so I can take you if you want."
So she was playing the role of guide once again. Maybe she would pry a bit to get to know this boy a bit more. He looked older than her, definetely not a freshman. She began walking down the hallway in the direction he'd already started in, slowly at first to give him the hint to come along.
"So..what year are you? Did you transfer?"

"Senior."
Of course, he answered her first question almost immediately - soldier like, and yet... with a sense of minimalism. He wasn't the sort to warm up this girl - or anyone for that matter. I mean, they had just met! But right now this senior-level transfer was following the lower classmen, he could tell she was definitely not in his grade. Anything more detailed than that would be pure speculation. At the same time he avoided her second question - why? It wasn't necessary to answer it. Wasn't it obvious?
Let me guess... she's going to ask for a name?

The freshman girl nodded, it was believable, and she ruled out the guess that he was mute. He just didn't feel like talking, which was fine. Wow, a senior, she decided not to try her charm on him just yet, she got the vibe that she didn't really want to try to mess with him. Oh well, if she got the opportunity, she might, but if not, it didn't matter to her. Boys were just puppets, no matter how old they were.
"Alright, science building..we have to go down this hall and out this door ahead.."
She continued down the hall, adjusting the books in her arms as they went on. Holding them in a casted arm was quite cumbersome, as they never wanted to stay where she held them. She ended up resting them in the bend in her right hip then supporting them with her arm, inadvertantly making her hips sway just a little bit more than usual beneath her miniskirt. Oh well, she had enough attention as it was, what was one more set of eyes?
She noticed that he hadn't introduced himself yet, nor she herself, but it wasn't her thing to be the first to do so. He was just a boy, a new kid, whether or not he was three years older than her. Chances were she probably wouldn't run into him again.

Unlucky for her, a woman's charm was to his knowledge a lethal weapon. In the past he had not only persuaded numerous female students to join his gang, but also used them to lure over potential males. With that said, his tactics oftenly involved the conversion of a female significant other for certain people. Heck, at one point he had even slept with the co-leader of one of the opposing gang - my, she was pissed when she found out who he truly was. But that was the past, and this was now. Although he looked down only naturally, he did watch her curves sway - even faking to be taken in by it.
Sure. Everyone was a puppet. But... this puppet had more strings than one could ever pull at any given time... and after all, a puppeteer's hands were always being controlled by the brain. But she didn't introduce herself... good. He didn't want anyone knowing who he was - just some cold enigmatic prick that wanted to graduate quietely. He could care less of what others thought. And so, he continued to follow - playing along with her little ploy~

She glanced over at him innocently enough, flashing a smile in his direction. He seemed to be following her ploy well enough, but then again, he could be weathered in this sort of girly seduction. It didn't take a rocket scientist to be physically attractive, but then again, few could pull it off like Chi did. Anyway, reaching the end of the hallway, she pushed open the door that led to outside. Along the path led directly to the science building, no brainer. She leaned her left free hip into pushing open the door, and then stepping outside she turned back to face the new boy.
"This way.."
Her voice was melodious and light, and she practically skipped off the little step off of the doorway onto the path. She loved being outdoors, it was like a breath of fresh air from being in a stuffy building all the time.

Oh, wasn't this lovely. Playing along like you're the one being dominated by someone's charm... yeah, sure he could do that. For what he had been trained for in the past, this was nothing. He even made sure to pretend to be looking at her behind when she turned to face him for a mere glance, face remained unchanged so as not to make it too cheesey. But in her short pause that she had opened the door, he took two steps toward her - following, and accidentally brushed his left index finger's knuckle from behind. Woops. But he acted like nothing was wrong... again pretending to be some sort of pervert.
But the fresh air was something he couldn't turn down. It was for this reason he loved lazing around in parks after his daily runs. This was his first day here, and still had yet to visit the local gardens. That can wait - right now, he had strings to pull.

Chi jumped slightly as the boy accidently touched her. Was it by accident? For his sake she hoped so, or he would end up with a few broken fingers. She let it slide this time, giving him the benefit of the new kid doubt. Either way she slowed down her pace a bit so she was walking beside him instead of a bit ahead of him. She twirled a piece of her long raven hair around her finger as they walked, and she glanced at him.
"Soo, where did you transfer from, if I may be so bold..?"
It was for the sake of conversation, but ti would be an intersting tidbit to know, even though she didn't know his name.

Now that was another question he really didn't want to answer. Of course it was his first day... but things he had done at 552, and in New York as well would probably get nation-wide attention. Luckily, he had a whole week before those undresired rumours would be around. But right now... he figured he could do with a lie. Well.... not a lie, but he had moved around the country before finally coming to 259, and he thought that he might as well give her the name of the last high school he went to.
"874."
But now she was walking beside him. Should he go for the shoulder brush against the breast? Even if he chose to do so, it was doubtful she could really do any damage to him...

874? She wasn't familiar with it, but she wasn't about to inquire because it was none of her business and she actually didn't care that much. Looking up ahead, they could see the science building looming in front of them.
"There it is."
Lifting her free hand, light fingers brushed his arm casually as she pointed ahead of them. True, it was a mild action but she was testing the waters before forming her plan of manipulative attack. Anyway, she had learned that sometimes the more subtle gestures were more effective than blatant...flirtyness? Whatever, she couldn't think of the word.

Ahh, but his acting was something to be admired. For when that soft brush came he momentarily shit his eyes, playing along as if he was about to be aroused. That in itself should of been more than enough than she would ever need. But ... a building wasn't very specific. He looked down on to his left hand and brought his schedule up, focusing on the room number as he moved slightly to his left. Oops. He just happened to brush it up against her unique woman-like chest feature. Of course, not the way where it was full-blown feel, but just the soft touch as if he had simply touched the fabric and not the skin. Very light.
He would ask for the guided tour... but he wasn't the sort to speak up in these situations.
"Know where this is?"
Like the first time 'round, he gestured to his timetable - this time, the thumb was over a number "07".

So the boy was a bit of a sucker afterall. Perfect. If anything he was trying to play her game. It was almost laughable. Almost, seeings that since he was older than her, he would indeed have more practice at this sort of thing, she might have finally met her match. That is, assuming he was playing along. If he was really mesmerized by her charm, she sort of felt bad for him. She normally targetted lower classman and new students, never bothering with the uppers, but whatever. It'll be a challenge, she'll just have to upgrade her material.
Stepping closer to him, she leaned in and took the schedule in one hand 'to see better,' her hand brushed his, manicured nails gracing skin.
"Room 07? That's on the first floor, at the end of the hallway through these doors."
She said as they came up to the entrance of the bulding. Chi stopped, looking to see whether the boy would open the door like a gentleman or if she would have to do it.

Yay! Since he was an apparent "sucker", he let her take his schedule as if he was mesmerised - going off his own ploy. In a normal situation, he would of cut her down... if he had a knife. But nah, we all need our forms of play... right now, this was his. Ah, but the door thing was clever... but Karel was even more so smarter. He even pretended to look downward and behind her, as if trying to steal a glance at her bottom half. He had even forgotten to reply to her! Oh my!
