(ooc: David is also invited if he so chooses)
Gabriel sat in the student lounge, he'd booked it specifically for a pillar meeting however he had no pillars to consort with so for the time being he was left alone. He remembered specifically what was said to him after inheriting the title, it wasn't and honorable way as he imagined but at the time the ends justified the means. The thing now was to learn from that and take up David's ethical behavior and appoint the right people who will get the job done undoubtably so. Gabriel nodded looking through his old phone; Emily's number listed under Militia as well as Alex's.
Gabriel was still entirely unsure about calling himself Captain it didn't exactly fit right and he knew that. David Blaze was a true Captain however and the title would be returned soon enough but for now Gabriel remained empowered and he'd do with that power the actions to change the system.
He slouched back in his dark suit pulling out the phone again messaging David shortly.

"Yes, Captain?"
Davids voice came from the doorway, his arms crossed, his knuckles bloody. He had been on the other side of the school, breaking up a fight when he was called to see the new Captain of 259. His voice held a slightly, almost non-existant mockery to the word when he spoke it, though his face held nothing but mild disinterest. Gabriel asked for his help, and it was more than an amusing thought. He felt he had made himself clear throughout the past few weeks regarding Gabriel, and the recent transaction and passing of the title of School Captain from David to Gabriel only reconfirmed everything he ever thought about the boy. He knew his decision to hand over the title had caught many people unaware, save for his pillars, but it was one he knew was coming, and the only one that would end without rioting.
David now knew, beyond doubt and reason, that Gabriel was a manipulator, a liar, and a hypocrite.
He smiled.
Hell, the only reason he was here, answering his little "call" was because of his own curiosity as to what Gabriel wanted from him.

"What about my dismissal as a Pillar?" Alex's voice called out quietly as he stopped beside David, who was standing in the doorway of the student lounge, his black overcoat swishing slightly as he stopped. He had been at his locker to grab some books for English, only to hear his cellphone go off in his pocket. Blinking once, Alex looked around, seeing no one around besides him, he lowered his hand and reached into his jeans pocket, pulling his cellphone out, and slid the screen up, seeing that he had a message from Gabriel. He opened the text, and read it, as his eyes slid back and forth, his eyes growing slightly dark.
So the new School Captain was calling on the ex-Varsity Captain huh? David's passing of the title to Gabriel had not surprised Alex, seeing as he knew how much Gabriel had clashed with David, it was only a matter of time. After all, wouldn't one get tired of constantly butting heads with the same person over and over again? Sighing quietly, Alex slid his cellphone back into his pocket, slammed his locker door shut and locked it, before he picked his backpack up off the ground, and slung it over his shoulder, as he headed towards the student lounge. Alex folded his arms across his chest as he looked at Gabriel in mild curiosity. The only reason he was even here, was due to his own curiosity, nothing more, nothing less.

Now, Emily had been doing school work at the Library that afternoon. More or less studying for an exam that may more or less get her a higher mark, but then again, it wasn't as if she had a low mark in the first place.
Her phone vibrated, and of course - Emily promptly went to take a look. Interestingly, it wasn't anyone registered into her phone's address book. Not knowing who sent her the message, she opened it, only to have her eyebrows twitch in mild annoyance.
It was Gabriel.
Dismissal from the pillars? LOL. They quit. That was the word for that.
But she was asked to go, and after finishing the chapter she was reading she packed up her stuff and went on her way. Though she was a bit unsure of where Gabriel did want them to meet (considering he never mentioned it, stupid boy.) Emily had a hunch that he was somewhere predictable.
Like the Student Lounge.
And upon arriving, she mildly chuckled at how right she was. Though, it would've been nice if the much taller gentlemen did not obstruct her way inside. After poking them both once or twice from behind, Emily would squeeze her way in, which wasn't that hard considering her small frame. It was just her bag that was the problem.
"Ara~" She said, looking at the otherwise empty room. "Still no pillars of your own yet? Shame."

Gabriel forced out a weak smile, he knew well enough that everyone in the room now probably hated his guts for a multitude of resons. Abandoning Militia, starting riots at Moral Crest, and now taking their pillarship away from them and possibly damming the school to hell. But that was essentially the reason why they were summoned there because of their hatred for him.
"It would be if that were part of my agenda, now please take a seat I have much to discuss..."
Gabriel motioned towards the chairs but didn't suspect them to take them up. Trust was such a condemable thing these days.
"I asked you here for a particular reason and it does stem from your departure from the student hierarchy." Gabriel started off normally with a simple tone, "I would ask of each of you to retake a position in the student hierarchy for the time being."
Gabriel broke the news without a studder or implication of hesitation. He knew clear well what he was doing, the plan would come full circle soon enough and if all went to plan he'd free his hands of his own duty and the school could be at peace under a new system.
"I do this not to ask you to serve as my shields but rather my checks and balances, to serve the school as you once had not my own selfish purposes."
Many things were on his mind now, if they refused it would change nothing only a partial bit of dissappointment would fill Gabriel. He wanted to do the right thing essentially but still required guidence and while these people hated him, they'd had more experience as past pillars. The thing about this hierarchy is that Gabriel wanted the future.

"It would be if that were part of my agenda, now please take a seat I have much to discuss..."
Emily rose an eyebrow but shook her head. She had a feeling this would be quick. After all, she had no intention of being a pillar again, at least not for Him.
What? With what he did to her and Ryuu long, long ago...? With what he did back at San Francisco? Probably not.
"I asked you here for a particular reason and it does stem from your departure from the student hierarchy. I would ask of each of you to retake a position in the student hierarchy for the time being."
Emily's raised eyebrow can't help but twitch. What did this guy have in mind, really? What? Taking them out of being pillars and now suddenly telling them that he wants them as his pillars? He can't be serious, can he?
"I do this not to ask you to serve as my shields but rather my checks and balances, to serve the school as you once had not my own selfish purposes."
...
"Sorry, but I'll pass." Emily said, "We don't need to be your pillars, or pillars at all for the matter, to keep an eye on you. First off, with what I've seen and experienced, your beliefs and mine don't work out; I don't think we can work together at all." Her expression was calm, and yet she was smiling. Maybe Layla had rubbed off on her for being so stoic about things?
Or maybe the smile was the mask for something else?
"Secondly, I don't believe I need to be a pillar to serve the school. I'll do it the way I believe should be done; the way I believe is right."
Should at this point any of the two ex-pillars decide to leave, Emily would follow shortly after. There was little else to say here as she was someone who does not change her mind very easily.

Alex shifted his head slightly to look behind him as he felt a poke from behind, and saw Emily standing behind him. Giving her a small smile, he stepped aside to let her through, once she was inside, he would return to his position, his arms still folded across his chest. He shook his head in polite decline, he was fine where he was, and if his intuition was right, this was going to be a quick meeting. Alex had no intention of working under Gabriel as a Pillar, not after what he did to Alex, what he did to Emily back at San Francisco. Alex nearly palmed his face once he heard Gabriel's proposal, instead settling for sighing quietly. He was right. Gabriel did want the three of them to become his Pillars. First he took them out of being Pillars under David, now he wants them to work under him as his Pillars?
This situation was so ridiculous, it was almost hilarious."I'm afraid I'll have to decline your offer." Alex said simply, as he looked at Gabriel calmly, no emotion crossing his face. "The way you achieve your goals and how I achieve mine differ greatly from each other. It pains me to say this, but you and I would not be able to work well with each other. We are just too different." Alex uncrossed his arms, and shoved his hands into the pockets of his overcoat, shrugging casually. "That's all I have to say regarding the manner." He then turned to leave, the edges of his coat swishing slightly as he did so, as he waited for David and Emily, before leaving first. He had nothing else to say regarding the situation.

David would wait for both his former Pillars to speak, the two politely declining the offer. He would nod to them each with a small smile of admiration, stepping aside ad allowing them to pass him by. After they left, he would talk with Gabriel alone, giving a small, if somewhat one-handed speech.
"Im going to say a few things, and if you don't want to listen, i suggest you say so now." If Gabriel said he didnt want to hear it, David would nod curtly and leave. If, however, he accepted, David would continue.
"It's strange for me, to see you sitting there holding a title that once belonged to me. Not that i didn't expect it or make it so, but still, its strange." He smiled, looking at the ground. "You made several mistakes Gabriel. First, you challenged while calling on your gang with the hopes that, should things turn messy, they would be there. You say you didn't intend to fight me, but if that was not the intent then why did Katsuri say it was? Why did you bring your gang when you could have just challenged me yourself?" He shrugged. "It was a cowards move. Had you challenged me for the title yourself, i would have given it to you anyway- not out of fear, but because im tired of arguing with you over a perspective."
He leaned against the door frame, not pausing to give time for response.
"Your second mistake was calling us here. I pick my pillars well, Gabriel, and i myself have been Captain long enough to know the tricks of the trade. You have always thought of me as blind in one eye, but im not as blind as you might think. You called us here far too soon after your challenge, for doing it now only made it seem as though you wanted to show off for the school by putting the old pillars to work as your subordinates- but i know the truth. Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer, right Gabe?" He look Gabriel square in the eye.
"Your title as School Captain is a disgusting perversion of what a School Captain is. Your gang is based off violence- protect you and the school is thier new mission, im sure, but the roots of your group goes deep into nothing but Destruction. They are to be your driving force, i know. Now, by using them openly to show your own strength and might, you have exposed all the previous plans you mentioned to me as false. A student Council? Perhaps you will make one, but we both know the Black Knights will be the true force behind the school, with Gabriel Seran at its head. Its...sickening."
He would turn to go, again not giving Gabriel a chance to respond. If gabriel tried to interrupt at all, David would just keep talking right through it, and if the boy left, David would move on undetered. But if he stayed, David would stop and turn back.
"You want to know why they wont follow you?" He was obviously meaning Alex and Emily.
"Because they don't respect you."
He had a totally blank face.
"You may hold the title Gabe..."
"But your no Captain."
And he would walk away, ignoring the expected outburst from the new "Captain" of 259.

Gabriel sat there with an all too calm expression it was almost like back in middle school when the girls used to gather around and deny the poor guy making fun of him. Though Gabriel could have suspected as much they were all so blind to the goal though it was his fault for doing it as such. All of their judgment based upon pretext. Then Blaze began his speech just as expected it was about his disgust and horrible leadership of Gabriel and the power behind the Black Knights. Essentially he was right on that facet, they were but a means to an end and surely as soon as Gabriel had gotten into this position and established the new order. He wasn't establishing a Reich and it had still been his first day and already violence had seemed to be at a standstill. Probably because Gabriel knew the people; he'd been with them all this while and now he had respect of the majority.
"You're right they don't respect me it is my own fault I suppose, then again other matters are more pressing.." Gabriel started having been unmoved from his position whether it be spiritually or physically.
"The Black Knights are being dissasembled as we speak, being put to better use for the school. A less focused and controlled evil I suppose in your mind. As for that day David, I never challeneged you.... you dropped the title too preemptivly, actions speak louder than words David."
Gabriel said in a serene and calm voice. His "preversion" of the School Captain position was not of angst or hatred it was one of subtle control and moving stones. The epitimy of his reign would be short lived regardless of whether or not David retook it.
"I don't intend on keeping this title long, I plan on putting it in the hands of the people." Gabriel nodded keeping good to his promise, debts needed to be paid this was simply one of them.
"I can't promise you perfection but I can promise that I'll hold true to my word David; all I insist is that you help me... Your decision isn't in my hands and the game itself is over why do you persist on degrading this purpose? I know you're a good man and regardless of your choices I will not see you as an enemy."

David spoke simply and quickly.
"I gave up the title because what you wanted was obvious from the moment we met in the lunchroom, and again, Katsuri only re-affirmed my suspicion. As for your words just now-"
He stared Gabriel between the eyes.
"Actions speak louder than words, and your actions always scream of violence, manipulation, lies and pain. I don't believe a damn word you say, nor will i again."
And with that, his Qi activated, David disappearing from sight.
Conversation officially- over.
