The large man having been assigned Arthur, only to have someone chicken out.. when he was quite happy to be able to pummel him.. seems he'd have to pick his time better when no other Black Knights were around. Oh well. He would have glanced over to Alex, and nodded his head at him, as if signifying he would accept if he did. "Lets take this outside.. it could get a little destructive. " That, and he figured he would give the boy the benefit of having ample room to move around, as the eight foot man, with his reach, in an enclosed space? He would not need to move around, no, grappling would decimate someone. This way he opened himself up to hit and runs, which was the whole purpose of taking it outside in the first place.. no sense in taking a high field when you already had a size advantage on someone. Level the playing field as it were.

Alex had been ready to just sit back and wait for his turn to fight, only to hear the guy that had been matched up against the big guy say, well, more like mechanically say that he would withdraw from the fight, for whatever reason. Alex wasn't so inclined to get the details anyways. With that said, Alex finally learned the name of the big guy whom he had encountered a few times, Katsuri, many thanks to Victor. Which meant the other guy whom Katsuri was suppose to fight, was named Arthur. The big guy packed quite a punch, Alex having been on the painful receiving end of one of his kicks. He then noticed Katsuri glance over at him and nod his head, signifying he accepted, but only if Alex did. Alex nodded slightly back at Katsuri, accepting the challenge.
"... Works for me." Alex replied, as he quickly turned around and headed up the aisle and pushed the door open. In a way, it actually was better, seriously, the guy was huge. He wouldn't even have to take two steps and he would already decimated Alex. At least being outside, Alex had a chance of being able to evade and counterattack. With that said, Alex moved to the middle of the area, and turned around to face Katsuri. "... Let's get this over with." He simply said, as he went into his fighting stance. Standing sideways, is legs were spread apart slightly, his hands out in front, probably the only advantage Alex had was, he was light and agile, compared to Katsuri's size, but he knew, appearances can be deceiving. Let's get ready to rumble.

Katsuri had to give him some respect, he did not waste time running off at the mouth. A grin pulled over his lips as Alex slipped into his stance. Katsuri on the other hand? No stance. He just calmly and slowly walked towards him, capable of speeds far beyond someone his size, and yet, here he was moving like he was some kind of stone goliath. Stopping a foot shy. He would have arced back like he was getting ready to punch, in that it was telegraphed by his shoulders, yet, at the peak of the swing, Alex would have found his leg shooting up looking to catch him just above his left hip, looking to slam that thing into his abdomen and remove the air from his lungs.
This was when that telegraphed punch came into play, coming downwards and looking to slam the bridge of his knuckles right into the top of the kids skull, and if he hit hard enough he knew that he could split the plates apart and instantly knock him out cold.. Course. This was just striking, he was not going to play too dirty, just get it over with as he had a few other people he'd rather be fighting.

Alex carefully observed Katsuri as he slowly and calmly made his way over to Alex, although his size matched the speed he was currently moving, Alex knew that appearances were deceiving. He wasn't going to assume that just because Katsuri was huge, his speed was terrible. Stopping a foot away, he saw Katsuri rear his arm back, judging by his shoulders, but Alex was not watching just his upper body, he was watching Katsuri's lower body as well, which was a good thing, considering that he saw Katsuri's leg shoot straight up, aiming to bury it into Alex's abdomen. Not going to happen, not while Alex could still move. Dodging to the right, his speed significantly better since he wasn't wearing his weighted anklets, Alex's eyes shifted as he saw the slightest amount of movement coming from the arm that Katsuri had reared back into a punch come flying down towards him, aiming for the top of Alex's skull.
Alex however, wouldn't allow Katsuri to win that easily simply by knocking him out. Alex barely managed to dodge the second strike, though instead of connecting with his skull, the strike slammed into the side of Alex's arm, knocking Alex slightly sideways, though he managed to recover his balance rather quickly. Alex knew Katsuri was strong, but not only that, he was fast too. Alex was right to not judge Katsuri based solely on his appearance. He was going to have a hell of a time landing a strike on the guy, given that he would have to get in close just to attack, and he couldn't dodge forever. Wasting no time, Alex would sprint straight up to Katsuri while he was still in motion from his last attack, and rose up, launching a quick jab, since Alex couldn't even reach Katsuri's chin to begin with. Alex knew he was tall, but Katsuri was ridiculously tall. This was going to be one fight Alex wouldn't forget for a long while.

( OOC: Apologies for this, but I figure its best to let you get in line to move on in the fight since chad and his partner do not seem to be getting ready any time soon and the others are being held up.
If you want to fight sometime when I have more free time for threads though, I'd be happy to do it in statless manner just as here, just as a 'what if' deal. )
After the boy reacted and moved away, he could not help but grin. He was quick as well, but as was to be expected of a smaller stature.. still. He took a blow quite well on top of that. Still. As he went to counter attack Katsuri skated back away from him, far faster then he had been when he went to strike. That phone vibrating in his pocket, he'd have pulled it out, and with an answer, got Kevala's voice. "Mm.. sorry. Seems I have to go. You can tell Victor I give my loss to you. If he does not believe me. He can give me a call. "

Alex stayed calm as he saw Katsuri grin before moving back at a faster pace than when he had gone in to strike. Appearances really were deceiving. But just as Alex went in to strike, he saw Katsuri pull out a phone and answer it. Alex paused, slightly confused, the only sign of his confusion was him cocking an eyebrow, which quickly turned into a blank stare. Alex watched Katsuri head off, leaving Alex to wonder just what had happened here. One minute, Alex was ready to strike, the next minute, he was informed he had won his the fight. That was... interesting, to say the least. No matter, a win was still a win. Shrugging his shoulders, Alex turned and headed back into the building. Round one was over and done with.
(OOC: Winner: Alex)
