Sailor Moon/Tsukino Usagi
Tsukino Usagi is a klutz and a crybaby who is actually the reincarnation of the Daughter of the Moon Goddess Selene: Princess Serenity. She hates many things that require mental effort despite being arguably cunning herself. She has a lot of willpower and is largely optimistic when driven with the right cause.
Sailor Mars/Hino Rei
A Beautiful Miko who reigns over fire. Rei is ambitious, hot-tempered and aggressive. However, her temper is equally matched by her passionate soul and caring heart. She has this distaste for the masculine gender because of her father.
Sailor Mercury/Mizuno Ami
Rumored to have an IQ of over 300, Ami is a soft-spoken genius who is good with computers and everything that requires mental effort. She excels in her studies greatly and takes pride in being studious.
Sailor Jupiter/Kino Makoto
Usually disliked for her unusual height, Makoto can arguably be called masculine for being good at fighting. She is the strongest of the inner senshi, and is also the best in terms of Domestics.
Sailor Venus/Aino Minako
Minako can be called as the lesser "klutz" version of Usagi. She is compassionate and graceful, albeit sometimes clumsy but very well driven with dreams. She is a good leader and enjoys the fun things in life. She is also the sports-oriented person of the bunch.
Sailor Saturn/Tomoe Hotaru
Hotaru is a soft-spoken young lady with a mysterious persona. It is difficult to gauge what kind of person she really is because of her personality changes. Generally, she is very kind and gentle, in contrast with her ability to destroy the world with one blow.
Sailor Uranus/Tenoh Haruka
The soldier of wind; basically Haruka can be called the "Masculine" senshi. She is described by Michiru in the manga to have the strengths of both the male and female genders combined. But yes, she's lesbian.
She's also an F1 race car test driver and apparently enjoys risks.
Sailor Neptune/Kaioh Michiru
The solidier of the sea; Michiru is the more careful and refined version of Haruka. She is very ladylike and is quite careful with her words. She can be quite calculating, and prepared to make painful sacrifices for the completion of a mission. She loves classical music and plays the violin often.
Sailor Pluto/Meioh Setsuna
The solder of time, Setsuna is technically the oldest Senshi rumored to have existed since the start of time. She is very motherlike and holds duty above else. She is loyalty personified and is loyal to the royal family. With her ability to stop time also more or less is being a loner to protect the time-space gate from intruders.
Sailor Chibi Moon/Tsukino Usagi/Chibiusa
Sailor Moon's daughter who takes up her position as "Sailor Moon of the 30th Century". Affectionately called Chibi-usa, she is sweet, bubbly and childlike without the clumsiness. Her dream is to become a fine lady.
Helios/Pegasus
Helios is the priest Guarding the Golden Kingdom Elysion, where Endymion ruled over the earth. He governs the world of dreams.
Tuxedo Kamen/Chiba Mamoru
Also sometimes argued to be the "senshi of Earth", Mamoru is the reincarnated Prince Endymion of the Silver Millenium. He doesn't have very special powers, but possesses foresight unequaled by any of the senshi. He usually uses BOMBS and explosives to fight.
