--A Few Days Prior--- Kevala had been a nervous wreck all day long. Why? Because she was about to ask a favor from a guy that she was not entirely sure she trusted in order to do something not so very nice to a friend. But it had to be done. She had talked with Mitsu and had seen what was going on. She had tried for days to come up with something to fix it, but had only come to one logical solution. And it involved Sky. She was already unsure of the male. But what other choice did she have. So, she called him. It was not the easiest thing in the world to sell. But in the end he had agreed to help. If for nothing more than to make Mitsu stronger and perhaps indebted to him in some way. Kevala was unsure. Either way, this was how it had to be. No telling what the other personality would be like and she knew that despite the fact Sky seemed a bit.....well ya know.....heh....He was still the strongest person she could think of to control things from getting out of control. Not to mention for some reason she seemed to be drawn to the man. Not that way! Sickos! But .... something. Either way. Arrangements had been made and in just a few days time she would be in the most pain she had ever been in, in her life. ---The Day Of--- Kevala arrived at the training area first. Wearing a pair of loose black pants and a black tank top. Her long locks pulled back into a tight ponytail. Slowly she would make her way inside. Having texted Mitsu the directions and told her that something was terribly wrong. To get there as soon as possible. It had been the only way she was sure to get her there. Especially with the way things had been happening lately around the house. Walking into the area, she would look about, her eyes seeking out Sky as her stomach did a little flip. Please dont let her be wrong and him kill her just cause she tended to get a little sassy with him from time to time. Or because she was just too annoying. Arrangements had already been made for the kiddos, so that they were sure to be taken care of for a few days by the Nanny. Yeah, Kevala was planning on taking a massive ass whooping if need be for this to work. Lets just hope it did as it was planned to do. |

"You're late..." He'd say in that dark tone of voice.
A man the height of six foot two inches dangled in the rafters above without a sense of fear nor anger, nor any other fixation that may have been considered an emotion. Sky Dalten was of course unemotive. His life's ambition was to do nothing but to become stronger, in the life before there was someone much different. A hidden life that would have normally meant nothing at all had he been not activly searching it out.
The man would drop from the height of the building finding his descent to be slowed by the effects of his Qi particles taking to the air and minimalizing damage to his heels. The slight pat of feet grazing the floor.
"So where is this other?" he'd speak slowly, very rythmically indeed.

Mitsukai had been pacing in her room, a habit she had picked up since her lack of sleep when she got that text message. She didn't even hesitate to get out of the house. She didn't even bother to change out of her silk night gown, instead she just buttoned up her black trench coat and a pair of sneakers before running out the house.
Knowing how fast Kevala could get herself into trouble in the past there would be no time to have changed into something more proper now. Though it was a bit surprising to hear her in a dangerous situation since the birth of the twins Mitsukai didn't even bother to question it.
Within half an hour the girl had wandered into the meeting spot. "Kev?" she called out, looking out for her friend panic growing in her chest. She had no clue what was going on and she herself was unsure if she could do anything. She was tired and very weak now, nothing like how she used to be and even then she was not very strong.
Her gold eyes eventually fell on to figures in the distance. She recognized Kevala immediately but the other one.....her eyes narrowed at the sight of this stranger, immediately suspicious. She didn't know who he was but there was a good chance that he was the 'trouble' that Kev had bumped into.

"It is always so nice when things work out as planned..Is it not? Shall we?"
Soft words spoken so that only Sky could hear her as she saw Mitsu approaching. Those icy eyes already swirling with red as she anticipated what was to come. This was going to hurt her in the end a lot more than it was going to even phase him.
Of course she could do nothing about it now. He knew what the plan was and so, it began.
She lifted her right arm swiftly and let it aim right for his jaw. Not sure if he would stop her or not. But this was the only way she could see to start things without it looking suspicious to Mitsu.
If it did connect she would make some faint attempt to get away from him. Fully expecting him to catch her, knowing he would, but needing Mitsu to think something indeed was wrong.
"Mitsu!"
Not sure if she would even manage to get out the word before all hell broke loose here. Oh boy this was gonna hurt!

Sky knew the plan, only briefly. The goal was to unlock some girl's hidden talent. He hadn't known of course that it was Mitsukai. He didn't flinch as Kevala swung at him, rather he shifted rapidly in a bolt of aggressive speed to duck out of the way of her fist.
Another burst of speed and Sky was in front of her. His elbow jutting back violently into her face probably crushing her face on impact. Lots of blood. Plenty to show to the incoming challenger.
"Don't Blink..."
Sky did so for only a moment before dropping a leg behind Kevala and attempting to trip her up his attention fully on Mitsukai now.
"your move."

Mitsukai watched the fight, her anger flaring instantly at the sight of Kevala's blood being spilled. This was bad, very bad if she didn't jump in soon Kev would get seriously hurt. There was very little hope she could win this fight. The opponent was very fast, faster then herself and all Mitsukai had was her speed. Her frustration grew as she realized exactly how weak she was. She was tired of feel hopeless all the fucking time and unable to help those that needed her the most.
"your move."
Instantly Mitsukai bonded into action. Feinting to hit the man in the face while sending a true blow to his stomach, applying full force into that hit. If she was successful she would waste no time into hitting him again, slamming her foot into his knee to limit his movements before sending a fist aiming for his face.
She knew that because of her current condition she wouldn't have as much strength behind her blows as she should and that angered her but if she could keep him distracted long enough then at least Kevala would have the time to flee as she took on the damage in her place.

Oh yeah, it connected alright, she did nothing to stop it and doubted she could have at that point. Feeling the break in her jaw and nose. The blood pouring out of her as vision fogged for a few moments. Long enough that she never saw the kick from his leg which sent her down to the ground.
She drew in a deep breath, the pain not as bad as she had initially thought it would be. But then when you spent most of your life with a pain close to that of dying hitting you at any moment, it was hard to top that. Heh
Spitting out a bit of blood which had run into her mouth, her hand came up and pressed against her face, whimpering softly, again for show of course as she reached back and attempted to drag herself away from the two.
She was such a good little actress. In reality she would have been content to stay there, but she knew that any wrong move and Mitsu would be onto her.
She had to help her friend and this was the only way. So, she did what was needed.

Sky saw the first his comming his hands bolted up into a shield for his face only to feel the force burst at his stomach, the combination of both running and lunging into the punch added to her overall strength forcing Sky to take a step back. The short whiff of his breath exiting his ribcage. The step back had saved him from a second blow quickly as he jolted back at the girl.
A hand would vice up around her throat in an attempt to strangle off a bit of control. He could smell her anger, everything was heated and fiery but not at it's breaking point. He knew he must do worse to her before the demon could be released.
"You are utterly worthless, your friend here will die simply because you can do nothing..." He'd say bringing her in close and whispering it.
A force enveloped his arms as he'd drop the gril from his tight embrace and fire a strong left kick hopefully sending her into an adjacent wall.
He knew the girl had far more than the first move told, something in Kevala's words that evening had told him. It would be like drawing blood from a stone but it would be necessary. A necessary evil.

Her first strike had been successful even sending the man back a step from the impact which was as much as Mitsukai could possibly hope for in this state. But before she could land her next assault he had quickly recovered, grabbing the little thing by her neck strangling her so she couldn't even breath.
"You are utterly worthless, your friend here will die simply because you can do nothing..."
Those words pierced her heart, they were thoughts that were already swimming through her head every waking moment but hearing them out loud had stung. She couldn't let him kill her. She would not see her nightmare become a reality but yet what could she do? Even in her best condition she was not very strong. She had no hope of beating him either ways.
His grip loosened as she fell to the floor. Not even having the chance to catch her breath before being slammed into a wall. Her vision was already fading and she couldn't even get back up on her feet. She was too damn weak right now and it was killing her inside.
"P-please let her go......if you want someone to kill......then kill me..." she pleaded. She couldn't let this happen, she refused to see her friend die on her again. If she couldn't defend her physically then she might as well sacrifice herself.

Hmm...what to do? Well first thing was first. She would push herself up to stand, her hand coming up to wipe away some of the blood which flowed from her face as she shook her head, trying to get her senses about her.
She heard what Mitsu said, but she also knew that it would not be enough. She was surrendering to herself being killed. She would only be pushed if Kevala was the one in danger.
Yay...more pain. She drew in a deep breath, taking a step forward.
"Mitsu please....Do not speak like that."
Attention shifting to Sky as she drew in a deep breath. Time to act once more.
"Sky, leave her alone. It is I that you want."
Of course drawing his attention back to her. She had to get that other personality to break, it was just going to hurt like hell to do so.

He took two steps forward imitating the final finishing blow. He wouldn't be killing anyone today, it was all simply an act.
Kevala's word sshuddered behind him and a burst exploded in the contained room. His fist backhanding her back to the ground violently.
"To become stronger you must face down even the impossible..."
Having let Kevala down towards the ground he would tower over her threatening to finish her first in a simple act. His hands wound in her hair lifting her by that alon. Real blood on her face. Anything fake would not do. And this was indeed Kevala's will, Sky hoped Mitsukai would break or he'd need to take the next step which wouldn't be pretty for any of them.

Mitsukai struggled to get back onto her feet just as Sky made his next move. Fuck it she didn't have the time to be taking this long to react but her body just would not listen to her. That anger peaked up again, that annoyance over the weakness of her own pathetic state, how could she not do ANYTHING!?! At this rate Kevala would die and it will be all her fault.
A sharp pain struck her in her right eye suddenly making her hiss out in pain as she she drew up a hand to cover that spot. Her vision for a moment faded and she had to struggle to fight it off. There was no way she was going to pass out now, not from that little love tap she received.
"To become stronger you must face down even the impossible..."
Once he picked up Kevala again, attempting to finish what he had started Mitsukai gathered enough strength to move. Lunging at him again attempting to tackle the man so he would release Kevala before she would aim a blow for his crotch. If she could make him angry enough he might just change his mind on who he would kill, and a low blow was the only way she could think of.

She cried out as she felt that hit level her back on the ground. Seriously, she had to wonder what his obsession was with laying her out. The pain from the blow once more threatening to get a sick little grin. But instead she whimpered out. Attempting to move away only to feel his hand wrap into her hair. Letting out a little cry of pain as she lifted her up.
Her eyes, swimming with tears that came as a natural reaction to the pain that was inflicted onto her face she noted Mitsu.
FUCK!!!
She had not fully broke yet. Now trying to attack Sky once more.
Shit! This was going to really fucking hurt. And this time it was not going to be the good pain. Her small form threatening to trembling lightly, only because she knew what was next. But she drew in a deep breath and pushed the thought to the back of her mind.
Her eyes flashing red as she let the pain wash through her. Might as well get it over with huh?
Now it was up to Sky. Gods dont let him be enjoying this too much!

A small sense of enjoyment, though the fight was in all not to his liking, he wasn' the person to enjoy beating those weaker than him. In fact he feared that part of him that got the sick pleasure. He wanted to fight those stronger than him.The only ones left were David Blaze and Leon Sudeki. Each incredible in their own right he had to put them down for a time.
On the other hand Mitsukai finally lashed out at him. Balls suddenly feeling endangered Sky dropped his knee to crash atop the girls' upper torso cutting her blow shot and stabbing his bony knee into her side pinning her against the ground. Feeling suddenly wrapped up Sky had so many options to dispense with but he'd need to move fast.
With one hand he'd toss Kevala away towards the other wall freeing up a fist.
"Now that we have that anger I want to see you control it.." A fist fired at her face violently having an easy target this time. Perhaps under this stress her Qi would channel into a single manifestation as his did so long ago under pressure of the battle.

That blow missed but it certainly caught Sky's attention as he blocked it. Pinning her to the ground and tossing Kevala away. At least now if her friend had any sense she would take this time to run before he turned back over to her.
The pain in her right eye had become even more intense making her cry out not in the pain of Sky hitting her but in the intensity of that burning pain within her. It was so painful it was making her pass out from it but why? What was causing it?
"Now that we have that anger I want to see you control it.."
In that instant as she saw that fist coming towards her she knew it was over. She was probably going to die a pathetic meaningless death now. Unable to accomplish anything because she was too weak to stop it.
The pain in her right eye tripled in an instant, something stirring with in her screaming to be released and she gave in that moment. Fall into blissful unconsciousness. In that instant Mitsukai's right eye turned blood red. Her hand leaped out, grabbing a hold of Sky's fist to block it. Claws that were not there before digging into that fist as her other hand snapped out for his jugular.
"Play time is over boy, now the real fun begins." That voice was much different from before, it was dark, smooth and menacing. A twisted smile crossed her features now as she would try to rip out Sky's throat, shifting the balance of power so she could roll on top of him now. Intending to finish this one off quickly.
