She couldn't get away as Kevala had taken hold of her wrist, so she simply reacted. The leg that came toward her was shoved away, and backwards, in a way that would knock the other girl off balance, and, hopefully, make her fall. Still, she wasn't sure of what exactly would happen, so she was relieved when Kevala rolled away. She didn't want to actually hurt her on accident.
She herself set herself in a ready position once more, a grin firmly in place. She'd discovered she rather enjoyed sparring, no matter how silly or stupid it was.

Okay, we shall try this again. Standing up, she would let her feet balance out her weight once more. This time looking over the girl in front of her as she debated on how to handle this situation. Her icy hues swirling with red. Nothing to be alarmed about. I happened recently when she sparred. It was when the solid red came or the black started to cloud them over that one should worry.
Again she would advance, this time appearing as though she was about to deliver another kick to the side, when she would instead punch out with her right fist. It neither one worked she would drop down, falling into a crouching position in order to do a leg sweep and try and knock the girl of her feet.

Drea blinked at the sudden change in color that Kevala's eyes had. Instead of the usual icy blue, there were now flecks of red swirling within their depths. She shook her head to regain her focus, and just in time. Kevala was launching an offensive.
Drea immediately gauged the other girl. A kick... but she didn't believe if, because Kevala was someone who learned from her mistakes... It was a gamble, but she was pleased when it paid off. Drea caught Kevala's fist in her palm, and using her other hand to take hold of the other girl's wrist, quickly twisted.
She twisted in a way that wouldn't cause so much pain, but, rather, would force the girl to swivel on her heel to keep the bones in her arm from breaking. It was a conditioned and typical response to avoid injury in bones, so Drea wasn't too worried about hurting the girl. Even if she didn't want to, her body would probably react for her.

At this point Kev really could have cared less about being hurt, but the fact that she was not in the mood for a trip to the hospital caused her to turn when her wrist was grabbed, though that did not stop her leg from coming back, and striking a kick toward the girl's knee. Sure, it was not as strong as a forward kick would have been but if it worked then she would have at least inflicted some minor irritation. Enough to warrant the release of her arm.
Though a little cooing sound coming from the monitor on the table gained her attention. Causing her to focus there for a moment. Why?
Well cause if the twins were waking up then play time for mommy was over. Right? Not to mention she was not in the mood to get her ass kicked right now. heh.

Drea's knee, staunch, took the blow, but took it lightly. She'd recently noticed that she had more strength and speed - which was always nice - and she'd picked up on more of the cues that came before an attack. Still, she wanted to act as though it hurt - though it was more like the thunk of a knee against a desk - and released the girl's arm.
She took several steps back, uncertain, but then she heard some interesting noises from where they'd been sitting. A quick check told her it was the baby monitor... And a quick glance at Kevala told her she wasn't the only one who'd noticed.
"You know," she said, "I wouldn't mind seeing those babies right about now."

She would straighten herself back up and smile. Her hand coming up to push back her hair from her face as she nodded.
"Yes, if one is up the other shall soon follow and once Aiden gets mad there is not pleasing him."
She laughed softly and would then turn and motion toward the house.
"Come on. I will take you to their rooms."
She would then turn and head toward the house. Moving to grab up the monitors and turn them off as she led the way up the back staircase which led directly to her own private suite.
Opening the security locked door she would head leave it open for Drea to follow her in. First cutting through the small living room area and then heading into a room obviously made for a boy. Moving over to look at the already slightly grumpy Aiden.
She could not help but smile at the sour little face he had as she reached down and picked him up. The twins were now 4 months old. (Age I have stopped the rapid aging at Lol )
Though he looked to be more like 6 month or more. He was a big boy to say the least. But given who his father was. It was not surprising. Black locks and flaming red streaks covered his head, and a set of startling icy blue eyes looked at him Mother as he reached up to her. Another soft coo coming forth as she carried him over to where Drea stood.
Holding him out to her to take if she so desired.
"Aiden meet your Aunt Drea. Drea...This is Aiden."

Drea chuckled as she followed her friend up. She was a bit relieved that they'd decided to go up. She didn't want to hurt her friend.
They moved in and up, and soon enough, Kevala was holding out a large baby to her.
"Aiden, meet your Aunt Drea. Drea... this is Aiden."
Drea was surprised. Aiden, despite the fact that she knew he should be only four months old, looked as though he were six months old. She took him from her friend. He weighed it, too. She supposed those were Katsuri's genes kicking in, but knew better than to say that with Kevala's current temperament about the large man.
"Aren't we beautiful?" she said to him. "I like the hair," she said to her friend almost shyly. "It's very... original."

She would smile as she watched the two. She knew well where the genes came from and though she wished she could forget, she knew that in the end she would always be forced to think about Katsu.
"Yes, you should see Kazumi."
She would then move through the adjoining door and into the other room. This time very clearly a girls room. Moving over to the bed, the little girl looked up at her. She was small, looking more the age she was supposed to and cooing happily. Reaching down to lift up her daughter Kevala would laugh softly.
"Now this is Kazumi. Her hair is a bit more unique."
It was true, the little girl took after Katsu more in that department. With blood red hair and black streaks, and matching red eyes. But there was something about the infant that screamed of a gentle and kind soul.
Holding her to her chest Kevala would move over to where Drea stood.
"They do not seem as twins based on their size. But in their actions you cannot help but see it.

"Yes, you should see Kazumi." Kevala said.
Drea raised an eyebrow at that. Really? Now she was curious as to how Aiden's tri- twin looked.
She followed her friend into the next room, carefully carrying Aiden with her.
Drea watched as Kevala lifted her daughter into her arms. She smiled at the peaceful picture they made.
"Now this is Kazumi. Her hair is a bit more unique."
Drea smiled at her friend, noting the girl's hair. "I wouldn't know. I didn't know him that long." she said cheerily. "But she looks like quite a darling." It was a compliment - the girl was very pretty.
Kevala moved towards her, Kazumi within her hold.
"They do not seem as twins based on their size. But in their actions you cannot help but see it."
"They probably are. I wouldn't be surprised if they are, anyways. Besides, that just means they're not fraternal," she said, "And that makes it much, much more interesting. They'll probably drive each other nuts in the future."
She grinned.
