*Notice For Workers:
- 100 Words will equal 1 Hour Of Work. Minimum Wage will be $5 but depending upon the manager one might raise the wages of one's cash intake.
*Notice For Managers:
- Input costs are to be bought in a separate thread prior to business work thread. On top of that the manager is to a lot expenses to purchase a set Recipe from the Materials board in the jobs section. The profits for the Manager are dependant upon how many Workers are included into the business.
- For each 2 Workers the Manager develops a 10% Increase to his/her profits.
- Once this maxes out to 6 Workers the Manager will receive 5% Bonuses for every worker past the 6th.
- For every worker past 10 adds a 3% Increase to profit.

Company Example:
Manager Starts up a company called Basic Armor Co.
Template looks like so:
From this point the manager must go to the Material/Recipe page within the Job Board. Here he will purchase the necssary Recipe(s) and materials
Now comes the part where you can work on your character's business profile, adding your recipe into the profile for permanant use. Now the manager may produce "Enforcer Brest Plates" without having to re-buy the recipe. *NOTICE* The benifits will increase the higher the item recipe you will buy.
Following this you may create your job thread. Open off with the place of work opening and your workers will surly follow. This can be used as a one-shot thread or become like any other thread. What must be done however is work. Social experiences can occur but under the circumstances that you are completing a given job. Moderators will be watching.
Once the thread has ended the manager must close the thread and message a moderator who will read over the job thread to distribute the money from the manager to the workers and will purchase the manager's items. Fom here the items the business has purchased are now void and have been used much like in the item's system. Thusly ending the cycle.
