Personality:

Cain can be passed on as your every day hyper active fighter. A young wise man who knows when to be cheerful and when not to, Cain is a man many would treasure as a friend. He is not exactly enthusiastic, but he is cheerful and does not exactly get irritated or depressed easily. A great company to have, to cut it short.

Though, he holds scars in his heart too. Having being born under an abusive father, Cain is not new to the hardships of life and has long grown used to them. One can notice that no matter what situation, Cain seems to be able to stay calm and always have something to say about it, whether or not his opinion was reasonable. Most of the time, it was.

Cain, however, is one thrill-loving young man. And there is only a few things strenuous enough to give him the adrenaline and the thrill he oh-so enjoys. Fighting happens to be at the top of the list. He fights for the sake of fighting it and for the enjoyment out of it, not for the chance to beat down on his opponent or for revenge. He finds the adrenaline pumping through his veins and the thrill his heart experiences most enjoyable, like a drug to an addict.

Having survived two years in 552, Cain has become quite a hardened man who would not be pushed down quite easily. He has also become quite ambitious and well-aware of how things work around him. More often than not, he starts to display how cruel and heartless he can be, especially in combat. Such a twist in personality could only be bred by growing in a world where there was only one rule; kill or be killed.

  Pimple-less and wrinke-less, Cain can be considered the epitome of manliness. He has naturally hazel brown eyes that look yellow under light and long dark blue hair. He was a well-shaped nose bridge, despite having being broken countless times. He has a perfect set of pear-white teeth that never seems to come off. His lips are considerably thin for a male, though it does not at all hinder or taint his appearance. He has a slightly square jaw that compliments his already-manly appearance, and stubs that stretches from his sideburns to his chin.
  
  Cain seldom wear headdresses, for he does not accessories that much. He is the kind of guy who just wears whatever he wants to, and still looks so unbelievably appealing in it. If he does wear an accessory, though, it would most likely be a pair of sunglasses. He wears no earrings or any other studs, finding it quite a ridiculous accessory to adorn yourself with.

  Packing with six well-toned abs, Cain's torso is well-built. He has chest muscles that are rather obvious, even when wearing a shirt. Although his body is muscular, Cain makes sure that he doesn't tone his muscles too much. After all, he wants to keep his body flexible enough to execute some of his rather complex moves, but not sturdy enough to withstand pressure. His skin is milky smooth, no bruises or scars evident on him.
  
  Cain has, so to say, a wide variety of choices in his closet, all matching whatever situation he finds himself in. He has clothes for winter, for summer, for autumn and for spring. And of course, he also has those special attires like a suit for those grand occasions that one would have to go through in high school. As mentioned beforehand, Cain seems to have the talent to look good in anything he wears, no matter how focused he was in in choosing his attire for the day.

  His biceps are averagely large. His bones are also somewhat steel-like, due to the large intake of calcium that Cain has almost every single day. Like his torso, his arms' skin is milky smooth, perhaps due to the type of shower gel he uses when he bathes, despite the amount of beating it sustains during his combat times.
  
  Cain would always carry around with him a pair of gloves he calls the Sapphire Fist, a souvenir from his time in 552. Other than when in combat, Cain would not be wearing these gloves.

  Like his arms, his legs are muscular, but of course, they are much more stronger than his arms. With bones of steel and muscles supporting them, Cain legs can inflict very high damage. Also, Cain being a speed-based fighter, his legs are strong and he has good footwork, able to move fast and despite his speed still be able to change direction almost immediately.
  
  Pants, jeans, bermudas, shorts; Cain is once more able to boast his large closet as he seems to come to school in all kinds of attire, be it famous or disasters. However, he rarely wears shorts, unless the occasion deems it, like a trip to the beach, or a basketball game. As for shoes, Cain has a wide variety of these, and most of them are either black, white or blue. He has Converse shoes, dress shoes, sports shoes and chuck shoes, all of different designs for different purposes.

Fighting Style: Sabre Fist

Having being grown up under the watch of his father, Cain has somewhat developed his own fighting style, a hybrid of techniques his father had taught him and techniques that he himself had developed. As it is his own style, it often comes out as a surprise to his opponents, which is one of the many advantages this fighting style provides him with. Some examples of techniques that Cain's hybrid fighting style has deprived its ideas from are Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai and Boxing.

Considering Cain's build, this fighting style is more of a striking-based style. Making full use of his speed and flexibility, Cain is able to strike and move away at ridiculous speeds, making it hard for his opponents to counter or capatalise on his mistakes. Sometimes, he can even do both simultaneously. This fighting style requires Cain to constantly attack his opponents with less-demanding quick attacks until he is able to create an opening, of which he would then exploit and attack his target relentlessly.

The reason why it was called Sabre Fist was how similar it was to how a sabretooth brings down a mammoth, which would be a physically superior and larger opponent. The sabretooth would relentlessly swipe and claw at the mammoth, while avoiding its large trunks and tusks, until the sabretooth finally have a clear path to the mammoth's throat. It would then dive in and sink its two large fangs into its throat, killing the larger mammal.

In the past, his fighting style had a large weakness, and that was when Cain was required to go on the defensive. As he lacks the knowledge of grappling, he would be unable to retaliate against attacks other than blocking and dodging. There is no chance of him grabbing the limb and stressing from there.

And since it is a style that was created by his own imagination, it will never stop developing into something even more lethal for his opponents. And such are the advantages of his fighting style.

Overall Strength: As mentioned above, this fighting style well compliments Cain's physical structure, the male being more faster than he is stronger. He is able to use his creativity and awareness to get the better of his opponents, and thus emerge victorious.

Overall Weakness: Due to the structure of his fighting style, Cain is most at disadvantage when forced into complete close-quarters combat. He likes to move around, and when he has no space to do as such, he is somewhat helpless. Grappling helps to put him in such a position.

Pre-552 History

Cain had already been cursed with a hard life since the day he was born. Something went wrong during his delivery and the doctors were unable to stop his mother from bleeding. It did not take long for the woman to die. Of course, Cain was clueless back then of what was happening, but events like this would scar someone were they to be smart enough to realise what they had caused. And it was what happened to Cain, but let's not jump through time just yet. Cain's father was a boxer who earned money from exhibition matches and also acting as big stars' sparring partners. He, however, was an alcoholic and a gambler, thus causing the young and innocent Cain to be prone to child abuse. And he suffered as such.

Cain, however, was a wise young boy and gave in not to the assaults of his dad, instead harvesting his anger into energy of which he used to train himself into being able to withstand his father's drunken assaults. For example, footwork, so as to better dodge his father's fast punches, and pain tolerance. Kinda self-explanatory for the latter. That was, however, how he grew up to be. Fast and tolerant. When Cain turned eight, then, he got into some trouble with a few of his schoolmates. They were a group of bullies who picked on random kids and when their eyes had been set on Cain, they found him more annoying than annoyed, his calm and collected reactions to their pickings not being the kind of reaction they wanted. As such, they resorted to more violent methods.

Cain, however, reacted as how he would when his father assaulted him and soon enough, the group of four bullies were beaten to the ground. The principal called up Cain's father and when he found out about this, he decided to make a better use off of the 'useless' Cain. As such, he started to train the young Cain. Normally, a child would be happy for he now had become significant to his father's eyes and finally spent time with him, but Cain felt far from relieved. He was mistreated, pushed way beyond his limits and given very little rest. In fact, he was pushed so hard he himself wished he had been insignificant to his father instead. However, he set himself a goal then. That he would indeed take this training and become stronger. And soon enough, strong enough to defeat his father and show him the mistakes of his past, of how he treated the young Cain, that Cain no longer needed him to live. He was going to defeat his father. That dream was enough to drag him through these hectic years.

However, when Cain turned 14, something happened to his father. During an exhibition match, he was struck hard at the side of his chin and his neck twisted. He died immediately and the news hit Cain hard. Not cause he loved his father, no, but cause his dream had been shattered. He had been deprived of the chance to get revenge of the man who had caused him to suffer ever since he was born. He did not grieve for the death of his dad dream for that long, though, and recovered soon enough to inherit his father's savings and get an apartment in the proud city of New York, where he was enrolled into the school that seemed 'kind' enough to accept him.

And Cain's cursed continue even in the notorious high school. His freshman year had been quite uneventful, with Cain only getting into fights here and there. There was not much action, really. His fights were pretty much average and normal, which was becoming quite a bore to him.

However, in his sophomore year, he found himself going through a lot more than he ever thought he would. At the first part of the year, he found himself fighting even more stronger fighters, notably Nex Sevrens and Sirus McCleary. Also, he met a girl named Shu Ryorin who was actually conspiring against the educational system that ruled the High schools of not only in America, but the world too, where teachers were allowed to physically punish their students.

Soon afterwards, he met Narin Carter, a man who later became like a mentor to him. It was Narin Carter that taught him the ins and outs of the corporal punishment system, and also the basics of Parkour. And he had fought with the man thrice too, with Cain emerging the first one and the following two ending with a draw.

And then came the first part of his School Captain arc, as he met one of the pillars after returning from an exchange-student program with Britain. He had fought with the pillar, Jay, and was beaten down to a pulp in the process, but not after learning who the pillars were. Hunting down the other, he was also defeated, but was able to then set himself two targets to improve himself for. And he started training.

It was then that he met a blonde named Leanne, though they had a brief introduction with each other prior to Cain's departure for Britain. The two had met at a bar, where they spent the night with each other. I could not get any more redundant than that. Three nights after, Cain received a call from a multi-millionaire business man, Carlos Khundar, who was a graduate of 552 and was a pillar prior to its initial close down.

Carlos Khundar had hired Cain to be his emissary in New York and had given him his penthouse to live in, hiring Leanne as his housekeeper then. The two's relationship soon developed into a more deeper relationship than that shared between two employees. It even got worse during a Halloween Masquerade, where Leanne and Shu finally met, both of them seemingly fighting for Cain.

From there onwards, Cain's life was filled with drama, but that drama got worse as Cain received a call from the Headmaster, Jethro. Attending the appointment, Cain discovered that he had been promoted to become the School Captain. Reluctantly, he accepted. That day, as he was walking home, he saw Leanne on the shoulders of a man in a suit, supported by a squad of armoured soldiers. Knocked out, Cain soon found himself in an underground facility, where he was starved and tortured, both physically and psychologically, alongside Leanne and two other males named Farren and Allen.

After surviving the so-called evaluation, which had actually been set up by Jethro, he returned to school with a new personality, one that seemed more lethal and ambitious, as he challenged the pillar Jay to a fight for the titles. Were Jay to lose, he would have to step down. Were Cain to lose, Jay would be the school captain. The fight ended with a draw, and both fighters were dragged out of the big mess that ensued afterwards.

Leanne left him afterwards after Cain ignored her during the fight. And as if wanting to exact revenge, she formed the School Council, which had equal power and influence as the School Captain and Pillars. Her first act of war sent a part of the school into a riot, of which Cain had to resolve but allowed Leanne to get blackmail resources in the process.

Cain was heavily pressurised then, by both the school, the students and his employer, Carlos. However, the latter finally realised it and decided to pull Cain away from his life in New York. However, before he could, Cain lashed out at a few students and amazingly, cut their abdomens open. This rushed Carlos as he realised that Cain had a Qi ability. And he took him away.

He also started to train Cain in using his Qi after realising what it was, and even sent him to a school where he could continue studying and training his Qi without any consequences, for the school was filled with students who were gifted with it. And now, here Cain was, with a new appearance and a new life, escaping from his past life in New York reluctantly, in a school called...

Public High School 42.

Nothing much happened to Cain in 42. He did not do much in the school, staying only for 6 months. At that time, his Qi suddenly died out and Cain was left to wonder where his Qi disappeared to. Of course, he kept on fighting, encountering great fighters there like Gabriel Seran and Matrim Gallagher. Soon afterwards, though, the school was closed down due to lack of finances and Cain was once more left without a school. Of course, his employer, Chrynos, would not have this.

Chrynos sent Cain to California then, where he had been working at, as Chrynos returned to New York. Chrynos wanted Cain to pick up where Chrynos had left off, asking him to take care of his operations there while he was gone. And at the same time, he enrolled his secret cousin into the high school that Chrynos had come to take interest in while he was in California. And thus, Cain now lives in California, attending the school better known as...
