It was the first day of school, and so far Astrid had been taking it easy. The classes she was signed up for were a breeze for her and given that she had gone through most of the literature beforehand, she was not that overwhelmed.
If she kept this up, then school would fly by with ease. At least it always had before. Why should it be any different in this place?
But right now it was lunch time and though she would have preferred being able to get in a bit more studying, she knew that it was important that she let her mind rest. So, it was time to do a bit of exploring. After all, one could never be too familiar with their surroundings. Right?
Today's attire was anything but the norm for her. Usually she would have been dressed up in some dress or something. Always trying to look the part of the girly girl for her Mother.
Honestly she was starting to think her Mother took things a little too far with the whole, trying to attract a good man. It was not like such a thing was gonna happen any time soon after all.
But anyways, today was a pair of camouflage cargo pants and a black tank top. Her long blond hair falling down about her form in soft, thick curls. Her brow eyes, deep and hypnotic scanning the halls as she walked from her class.
She had been told that there was a stairway leading up to the roof, so that is what she looked for now. It took her awhile, and having to stop to ask for directions once...but finally she found herself at the base of such. Slinging her backpack onto her shoulder she would begin the trek upward. Keeping at a brisk pace as she did such.
Well stairs were good exercise right? So why not take advantage of such? Yeah she was slightly obsessed with the whole training thing at the moment. But it was not really a bad thing. Or at least she did not think so.
Making her way to the roof, she would push open the door and step out onto it. Her eyes going over the entire area as she looked for any signs of life up here. Drawing in short, deep breaths to control her breathing from the quick run up the stairs.

It was lunch time. Instead of being in the cafeteria like most people, Jason was on the roof reading a book. The book had to unmistakable words printed on it. HOLY BIBLE. The reason behind reading it was simple. He hadn't read it since he a kid and was curious why he believed so much as a youngster and not as he grew older.
Hearing the door to the roof open his focus shifted from the book to the beautiful girl that had just step out onto the roof. Wanna guess where is mind went upon seeing her? I'll give you a hint, the book he's reading wouldn't approve of it. Closing the book and moving it to his side Jason used a finger of the hand he was holding it in to keep his place.
"Hey beautiful."
What? Well he wasn't lying and it wasn't like he knew her name anyway.

Her eyes shifted toward the sound of the male's voice. A little smile coming to her lips upon hearing his words. It was nice to be spoken to in such a way, she would not lie. Any girl would like it. Or at least she thought they would.
Turning to face him, she would take a few steps closer, a single blond curl falling into her face as brown eyes roamed over his form, glancing once at the book he had been reading.
"Well hello to you to handsome."
Her tone was soft and yet full of confidence. It was just how she was. Never one to doubt herself. There was no room for such a thing.
Another step taken toward him as she let her small hand extend outward, a gesture to shake hands...if he so chose to accept.
"My name is Astrid Sudeki. You would be?"

Reaching out Jason grasped her hand.
"Jason Harris."
Bringing his hand back he thought to himself about something. Her last name. Sudeki. He had heard it before, but couldn't place where. Deciding it didn't matter that much he pushed the thought aside and spoke.
"So are you new? I'ma go for yes cause there's no way I'd forget seeing you."
Given he wasn't in school as much as he should be it would be possible to just have never have seen her, but he felt it unlikely. And as he said there is no way he'd forget seeing her. She'd stick in his mind... although maybe not for the right reasons. He was just a man though, you might be expecting to much to think otherwise.

"It is nice to meet you Jason."
She would let the corner of her mouth curl up into a soft grin. He was quite the charmer. In a very blunt and honest sort of way. She liked it. Giving a soft nod she would cross her arms over her chest as her brown eyes fell over him.
"Yes, I am new. Sent here to train with my uncle. If I can ever get a hold of him."
She rolled her eyes and sighed. One would think such a thing would not be so hard. But it was. That man was always so busy though she supposed it was not really a surprise.
With that she would move to take a seat on the ledge of the roof, throwing one leg over the edge and the other staying planted upon the top of the roof so that she was not straddling the ledge.

Tilting his head a look of curiosity came across Jason's face.
"Does he not know you're here?"
It didn't make sense to him. Coming here to train with someone, but unable to find them. Shouldn't her uncle know she's here and shouldn't she know where he is? Then again nothing is never that simple. There always has to be curve ball.
"Care if I ask who's your uncle?"

"No, see it is tradition in our clan to be sent forth and find our own way. If we cannot then we are judged weak and unworthy. This is sorta my test you could say."
She would shrug softly as she looked out over the grounds of the school. Her mind running over the information she had learned thus far and trying to put it together to form a solid lead. Then to his second question she would turn back to him and smile softly. Lighting up her elegant and beautiful face as her eyes seemed to sparkle.
"Oh, Leon Sudeki. Yeah, that is him."
She nodded once more and then turned to look back over the grounds.

Jason eyes shot open and it all clicked in his head, remembering where he knew the name from. Leon Sudeki. His middle name might as well be motherfucking just to show how badass he was. Jason knew of him for a few reason's actually. He was a teacher, a legend to every fighter, and he knocked Jason around a bit on the field the other day. Although he didn't know at the time who the man was, he learned later.
"You gotta be kidding me."
Letting out a sigh Jason closed his eyes and shook his head slightly. He felt bad for her. He had already experienced a small dose of his training and doubted it would fun to say the least. Opening his eyes he'd look back at Astrid as he spoke.
"Well I can tell you this. If he ain't teaching he'd be either punching someone in the face or training to punch someone in the face..."
Not much help, but it's true.

Her head snapped back around to look at him, those brown eyes lit up as she smiled.
"You know him?"
She was more than excited. This was the first person she had spoken to who actually knew Leon. It was better than nothing. She knew he was tough. He was legend among her clan and he was her uncle after all. She had seen him and her Father spar off a few times growing up.
It was always amazing to see them both in action. She had no intention of him going easy on her. It was what she lived for. Girl or not she was a Sudeki and within all their blood ran the heart of a warrior. The need for battle. It was just the way they were.

Jason returned he smile with one of his own. It was always nice to see an attractive girl smiling, but unfortunately he wasn't the source of information she was looking for.
"Not really."
Jason knew about him and had in fact meet him, but it wasn't like they were buddies or anything like that. The only thing he really knew about him was that he was freaking obsessed with training and getting stronger. The best way to describe it was that it was his crack.
"I was over by the track field one day. Saw him setting up some obstacle course one thing led to another and were sparing. He's crazy strong. Threw the ground at me like it was nothing."

She would not deny that she was dissappointed by the fact that he did not really know Leon. But it was a start. To his words she would nod softly. That smile still on her lips as she looked at him.
"Yes, he is by far believed to be one of the strongest if not the strongest member of our family. My father would always tell me of him. And I remember the few times that I did meet him he was always the type to seem to emanate power. My Father was always very proud of his little brother."
She shrugged. She did not know if it was common knowledge or not. But that was what she had always seen growing up. She sighed. Memories of her Father coming to mind and clouding her thoughts for a moment. But soon enough she would push them back. There was no time for such things. No, she had to keep going and find her Uncle. It was the only way. No other option.
"Well, if you should happen to find out anything about him. Just by accident or something..."
She grabbed a paper from her bag and hurried to jot down her number. Handing him the paper.
"Could you please call me? It would mean so much. Of course you are more than welcome to call me for anything else if you want."
A smile once more given as she pulled her hand back..Assuming he took the paper that is.

Reaching out with a smile on his face Jason grabbed the piece of paper placing it in his pocket.
"Sure thing. Not like I'ma turn down your number."
He'd have to be crazy to turn down a beautiful girl's number... or maybe gay. That was beside the point though. He'd do what he could to help her find Leon. After all Jason could probably get a hold of him, it just might be a bit difficult depending on where he was and what he was doing. But it was on to more important business.
"So you're new... you know your way around town yet? Cause if you don't I think I might want to use the excuse of showing you around just to see you again."
Straightforward? Yes. Smooth? Not really. At least he was being honest though.

She could not help but smile as he took the paper and then continued to speak. His offer to show her around only getting her to tilt her head slightly and nod.
"I would like that. I am having trouble getting around this place. It is much bigger than the last school I was in."
She had to admit, deep down, this guy did have a certain charm about him that she found rather appealing. She would have to be insane not to take him up on his offer to show her around. It would go against everything she was raised with and well, though she may try to put that part of her behind her, she really could not.
Running the tip of her tongue over her soft lips she would let her hands settle on the ledge, between her thighs. Those brown eyes continuing to scan over him as a few blond curls fell down into her face.
"So, what do you do around this place for fun?"
She was curious. All she had been able to think about was finding Leon, not much else. This seemed like a good chance to try and get her mind on something else and he seemed like a good person to ask.

Jason would great he question with a smile. Standing up he jumped up on the ledge holding the book over his head until he saw someone close enough to hit. Bringing his hand down he let go of the boot sending it flying nailing someone in the side of the head. Bringing his hand to his mouth he placed his around it so he yell would be louder.
"Get some Jesus in ya life!"
Yup the Christianity recruitment program had just stepped it's game up. No seriously though that was part of his answer. Jason was well known for doing stupid things like that when bored. It was just one of the many ways he passed the time... that and it gave him a laugh.
Turning to face Astrid he spoke finally answering her question.
"Depends on what gets you off."
Did he have to go through all that to answer? No, but there was a point to it. You could really do about anything you had a desire to. That and imagine the look on his face when he got hit my a bible. Priceless.

She could not help but raise her brow at the way he jumped up and then threw that book down. Just like she could not help but laugh at the way the guy looked when it hit him.
Then he turned back to her and spoke. Whatever got her off huh? Well that was one way to put it she supposed.
"I honestly dont know what gets me off. I have pretty much been sheltered my entire life."
Yup....At least until the Katashi clan murdered her family. Now she was on her own. Heh. She honestly did not know what to do for fun that did not mean getting into trouble. She was raised to behave and do things the right way..
My gods she was still a VIRGIN for christ's sake!!!
Yeah which in this day and age was a big deal!!! She had never even made it to second base.....
Fuck she didnt even know what second base was really.
How sad!!!
