(ooc: continues from here) He'd been through a bit of a rough trade, Jaus that is, his past a riddled mess of wars and solitude. He'd lived amongst a lost band of Templar knights, those men who tortured him and trained him into becoming a weapon but obviously it wasn't enough to stack up to the outside world. Alaska had been his first high school experience. Living there was toil and pain, brutally out casted by most of the people till he began fighting, he was a warrior in that instance true to his soul. He fought against everyone including the School Captain Lina Sabir. She even kept him as a close bonded warrior, no pillar but a warrior regardless. When her reign fell and the woman fled Jaus stayed to defend it, earning the respect of Keira. In her place as School Captain she promoted Jaus to the Varsity Captain, in this time he grew far superior to any other warrior, striping them of their pride and adding it to his own. That was until she left and the Captain position left to him, and he defended it till the last days. Now he stood alone in the grass field behind the school, steady, patient and above everything else in his own sense of power. He'd ascend and claim this Qi everyone had. Once there he'd ascend further and destroy them all in his wake.

grav sat in the one tree waiting for his pupil. who knew how long it would take. why he was in a tree nobody knew. including grav. if you were to ask him he would say
"felt like it"
he saw a shadow aproach and he stared to make sure it was jaus. and alas it was. he reached into his pocket and pulled out the rock he had gathered earlier.
he waited a bit for jaus to get on edge. he like messing with people. and when jaus reached the peak of everything he threw the small rock at his head hopefully landing it and pissing him off.
"why hello there boy! how are you this fine day?"
grav jumped down from the tree and waited for a response.
"shall we start our training?"
grav stood with his arms crossed.

Jaus was not to be taken a fool, as the rock was thrown Jaus simply shifted his arm and grabbed the rock inches from his head. Unlike Grav, Jaus had been on a training session non-stop since they'd last encountered one another, in fact he'd grown to a new level and unlocked his Qi, the power with it felt incredible. This time around Jaus wouldn't falter and get backed up, it was an empty field and Grav clearly hadn't thought this one through, though if he was trying to simply increase his own abilities without the use of his Qi that was indeed respectable but until he halted acting immaturely Jaus would assume it as such.
"Alright pretty boy lets go.."
Jaus got into a stance the still heavy coat at his back. He wasn't going to give up his weight training just yet there was still a lot to improve upon and he remembered the feeling it was when he relieved himself of it. Different to a grand extension. With it held back. Soon he'd seen what Grav would be learning.

grav watched as he got into a stance. it was funny. he thought that training simply meant fighting.... oh no. not with gravs training. he doesnt just make you stronger. he makes you smarter, more resourceful and teaches you how to pick your battles.
"get out of that stance. we arent fighting. not yet. first we need to warm you up for what i have in store."
grav smiled and chuckled.
"i want you to take 3 laps around the field, do 50 pushups and 50 situps. then come back to me. ill be sitting under the tree waiting."
grav sat down in the shade of the tree and waited

Jaus didn't move from his stance, he was defiant till the very end and would certainly not put up with this kind of mockery in his stead. He was a warrior not some camel jockey. Shooting him a fiery glance Jaus kept his ground planted.
"I came here for a sparring partner not to be pushed around by some lazy card dealer..."
Jaus smirked, "besides I'm doubting that once I take off you'll be here anyway."
That was a show of how little faith he had in humanity as a whole. He quite honestly hated them.

grav looked at him angrily.
"you came her to be trained. not to have a sparring partner. if you want one of those than leave. perhaps a local boxing ring would be more your style, but if you want to be trained as a fighter.... as a warrior.... as a human being then stay and stop disrespecting me. do you understand me? now im going to go sit down under the tree, if you wish for my training then do as i say and return to me when you have finished. if not then get out of my sight."
grav sat below the shade of the tree and waited to see what it was jaus would do.

Jaus chuckled, and this was the man who wanted to see Gabriel Seran. Funny it didn't matter, this only proved his weakness and immorality, sure Jaus could run around he could even sit in the tree and lay back but would that get him anywhere. It was perhaps best for Jaus to defy some authority here, show Grav just what it meant to be truly strong.
"You certainly have no idea what it means to be a warrior Grav... I suspect it's best we part ways here..." Jaus said simply with a hint of attitude laced in his throat.
"Gabriel will have no trouble training me... you on the other hand, I have doubts."
