Okay, so... A couple of questions ran through her mind. He was obviously a mind reader because he knew her name before she even gave it to him - considering he was a transfer, or she assumed he was, she doubted her name would travel that quickly to him, unless she was wrong about that - and he knew the answer to the question she thought up of mentally about his grade. Certainly one can not simply know a question of a grade just by looking at her face. Maybe a look of interest or something of that sort, but Mitsuki already made up her mind that he could read minds a while ago.
It seemed that pushing back wouldn't have much of an effect seeing that he had pretty much more strength than she did, and could push back just as much, if not, definitely more. When he was expecting a verbal feedback, she automatically assumed that he actually read her mind and just wanted to hear her say it, and her wanting him far, far away from her, she would. Quietly, but definitely loud enough for him to hear.
"After school."
Her hand would still be pushing against his chest until he backed away. Personal..space...needed...

She really was thinking a lot, Jacob could see that, and it was making him feel quite accomplished deep down on everything that was going on. He kept his stare at her, and kept pushing inward for a few seconds while she was still speaking. If she thought he was going to leave that easily, he was going to give her another thing coming. He had a lot of questions to ask her before he could just part away though.
"Not so hasty. Where are we going to meet? Also, how do I know you will meet me?"
Jacob paused a few seconds then made a snapping motion right above her head, due to him obviously being taller than her, there for giving him an easy range motion with his arms even though she was pushing against him.
"I got it! School captain's have a special something that signify they are the school captain, right? Well, you can give me that item until the end of the day, and there for you can't ditch me because you have to get the thing back! We can also meet out on the court yard, and I can take you somewhere nice to eat."
Letting out a triumphant smile, Jacob would grab Mitsuki's wrist of the hand that was pushing him lightly, keeping a nice hold on it until he got her answer. Oh, and he was technically a mind reader, so he would know if the item she gave him would really be the right item that he needed to assure that she would come and visit him.
And so, the conversation was only growing more and more interesting by the second.

She would've given a mental groan, but instead, a different thought crossed her mind: What now? When he asked the questions, she arched a brow. The thought of ditching him never even-...okay, so it crossed her mind once, and maybe she planned on ditching him, but he had to be reasonable. Sure, he may not be able to trust her, but how was she to trust him? When he grabbed her wrist, she gave a quiet scoff. If it was one thing she hated, it was skin-touching-other-skin. Her palm pressed against his chest a bit harder, her chin tilting up to face him, her head leaning against the lockers.
"How do I trust that you'll give them back?"
Her eyes blinked once before she looked off to the side, a dull look in her eyes.
"Do you really have to invade my personal space to have a conversation?"
A mutter, almost, quiet, but audible. Sounded more like a statement than a question, but, whatever.

"Well, I sort of do, after all, the agrangement was I give you the space once you go on a chit chat date with me."
Quickly, Jacob would use the arm opposite of hers to quickly thrust her wrist up against the lockers, and use his other arm to pin her other shoulder up against it as well, using his full strength to completely disable her arms. He would also take a step forward, stepping his tip toes onto the toes of her feet making sure she wouldn't do anything tricky down low too. Due to having the clear strength advantage, this would most likely succeed, especially after she made the mistake of LETTING him grab her. He would only smirk if this was puleld off, and would continue speaking if all went well.
Yes, he was being violent, but he was going to make sure that she was going to see him. He didn't care about having to be a little bit rough now, he knew it would pay off in the end. Besides, it was nice messing around with peoples hates, and there for, he was only enjoying this more and more as the seconds passed by.

...
Arms now against lockers, his toes stepping on hers, a dull look on her face and a sigh. Not only did he not answer her first question, but he also got closer to the point where the term "personal space" is no longer existant. It was hard to look up when her face was possibly an inch or two away from his chest, but she did anyway. She watched his little smirk appear on his face... Yeah, she definitely did not know anyone with a bigger ego than his.
"I would like an answer to my previous question..."

"Well, how about I trade you my dog tags for it, there for we have to meet each other to get the stuff back."
Wrapped around Jacob's neck was a chained pair of dog tags, the name on it being "Street King", and was commonly referred to as the "Street King Necklace" back at where Jacob had attended school before transferring here. It was in fact a prized possession because Jacob had won it in a contest, and had cherished it as a prize to show his extended abilities when it came to combat. What made these dog tags special compared to regular ones was that the gold chain wrapped around them was expensive, the tags themselves held little meaning besides the title which they displayed. And even though he had sort of retired now from his thug days that he used to live, it was still quite valuable to his past life.
"I'm telling you right now though, if you even dare lose them or mess with their current condition, I will have to kill you."
Yes, and he WOULD kill her if he never got them back, he spoke in a very serious tone, the look in his eyes a look that no man could possibly ever dream to fake. After a few seconds though, he would crack a smile once more, and then would let her contemplate on his little offer.

Once he mentioned his dogtags, her eyes moved over to his neck, where she assumed where it would be hanging. Mitsuki, not really knowing what was real or not - for jewelry - she thought the gold chain would be fake. However, after noting his huge ego, she set that thought away. Eh, and the fact that the killer look in his eyes actually meant that he'd attempt to kill her if she lost it, noted to her that it was important to him. So, it was a deal. He'd come meet her for his item, and she'd go meet him for hers. They'd go on a chit-chat date, and hopefully they'll never have to see each other again. Hopefully.
Her eyes looked over at his hand that grabbed her wrist, where she wriggled her hand slightly. The item she was going to give him were her studded gloves - the school captain gloves - that he mentioned earlier. Not the glove, but the "special item" he spoke of. While her wrist wriggled, she'd speak in a low tone.
"I'd like my items back exactly as I gave them to you."
Just like him, her voice held some deadly position where she would literally go after him and cut his throat with a scapel whether or not it was against the law, but her eyes gave no back-up to what she said; but was she joking...? Whether she was joking or serious was up to him. Once her wrists were free, she would pull off her gloves, revealing her creme colored hands, her slender fingers giving a slight twitch because they were no longer hidden by them. If he was still two inches in front of her, she'd take the gloves and press it against his chest and push, to get him away from her, but if he wasn't, she'd just hand it to him, expecting back the item of his in her hand. During this time, she'd tell him where to meet, and when.
"Twenty minutes after school in the main gym. Please, don't be late."

OOC: Sorry, I thought I posted, but I guess I never did the last time I wrote up something for this thread. I just realized now... my appologies.
Jacob snatched the gloves out of her hands, and then backed off a few feet giving her personal space looking at them. He listened to the location they would go, and then nodded before turning, pulling the dog tags off from around his neck, then tossing them backward perfectly where she could catch them. He didn't even bother to say anything else, but he walked off with a very cocky smirk on his face. He took strides to go away, not even bothered with talking to her anymore for the time being, no, no, he was going to do that later, he had other matters to attend to now.
"Who would of thought I would actually run into the school captain here!? I mean, I was expecting to eventually, but that was easy! She did seem quite weird for a captain though, she didn't even bother attacking me. Oh well, we all have our flaws I suppose."
Yes, Jacob was debating about the type of person this girl was in his head, trying to get used to what style he would need to play when he saw her later. He couldn't just quickly change personalities, but he could pick up some nice quirks over time to help win her over in the future. And NO, NOT as a girl friend, that's just gross. More of a friend with benefits use for a 'you scratch my back, I scratch yours' type thing in the future.
"That mask is weird though, she better take it off when we go off, I will not be seen going to a nice restruant with a freak wearing a mask!"

Of course, she didn't see his smirk, nor did she him taking long, prideful strides away from her, because the moment she caught his dogtags, she turned around and slung them around her neck, and walked away. Usually always having her gloves on, it felt a bit awkward to have them taken off. Anywho... Back to patrolling the halls, then onto English, then... Off to the talk-date?
--After School...
Uh..huh... Anyway, all her belongings were in her locker, and there she was, in the main gym, sitting on the bleachers, leaning her elbow on her legs and her chin leaning on her hand. The dog tags were hanging from her neck, dangling in front of her chest, looking exactly the same as she first got it. The gym was fairly empty, and Mitsuki assumed everyone, or nearly everyone, would be home or on their way home. She was probably five minutes early then the time Mitsuki said, but that's only because she got to her locker faster than she thought she would've.

A minute before he needed to get there, Jacob was fashionably late seeing as to how this girl was there before him, and he could instantly tell she was there for at least a few minutes. He gave one of those charming smiles of his, glad he could once again be reunited with his new pal. Both feet were traveling at a slow pace, letting Jacob take his time getting over to her, a grocery bag being held in his left hand. Inside the bag would be her gloves, he could of worn them, but he didn't want to be mistaken for the school captain, he had given that career up, or it least that is what it seemed. soon enough, he was up to distance with her, and he paused just a few feet away.
"Catch."
It was spoken in a dull voice, and Jacob tossed the grocery bag at her in a calm fashion. Due to it being calm, that meant it calmly went into the air, not harshly, just calmly, like it was slowly drifting waiting for the hopefully calm hands of the owner to calmly catch it in a calm manner of calmness. He held out his right arm, obviously signifying that he wanted back his necklace, and once that was done, they could go on their little chit chat date! Of course, they would need to go through details first, but Jacob was planning on going to a fancy restraunt where they could eat fancy chow!
Still, first they had to trade everything back to their rightful owners, that was the customary way to go about things.

Hearing footsteps that seemed to have belonged to none other than..holy sh-t. What was his name?! Giving a mental sigh, she stood up from the bleachers and made her way down, easily catching the plastic bag with her gloves on it. When caught, she would take them out of the bag and slip the gloves back onto her hands - feeling the tight leather bound gloves against her skin felt nice. Once down from the bleachers, she approached the anonymous guy and took off his dog tags from around her neck, and handed it to him. Once he took the dog tags back, she would spread her legs shoulder width apart, and rubbed the back of her neck, a habit she picked up a while back. Looking over at him, she blinked once, before parting her lips to speak, slightly muffled behind the mask.
"Name?"

"Sorry Mitsuki, but I'm going to have to ask you to take off your mask before I give you any answers. It's for... well protection issues."
A smile was given upon Jacob's lips, now would be a good time to explain how he looked like. He had his hair tied back into a fancy pony tail, and he was wearing a fancy gray suit, with a black button down shirt, and a white t-shirt, accomponied with of course, black dress shoes, completely fancy. He had sort of struck it rich before he returned to school, the details are messy, but let's just say he wasn't a good and honest business man to get it all. For all this girl knew though, perhaps he was just rich, and out of place for a school like this.
Now the reasons why he looked fancy weren't going to be explained just yet, not until she took off his mask. You see, Jacob liked going out to places looking nice, it was for an image he had going on for himself, he was already slowly getting famous around this school, and he was going to make himself known soon enough. How he changed attire? Well, he skipped a class, it was commonly seen to be done from people at this school anyways.

..protection issues? Right..
Her left hand moved up towards her right ear to unhook the string, and pulled her mask off diagonally, revealing her creme colored skin. One would've thought that with the mask always on her face, the lower half would be more pale than the upper half - well, it's not. For one thing, Mitsuki doesn't wear her mask 24/7, just during school. When she goes home, the mask goes into the pile of clothes to wash, and the next day, she has a different hospital mask on, even though it looks the same. Now, Mitsuki had her reasons for having a mask, but we'll tell that story a different time.
She had to admit, this guy looked a bit...over dressed for school. Not that it was a bad thing, it just wasn't a common thing you see in school; then again, neither is seeing a girl with a mask. While he was dressed all nicely as if he were going to some business meeting, Mitsuki was dressed in her usual attire - black button down blouse with two tank tops underneath it, the colar neatly folded down, and dark blue jeans with plain white sneakers; and of course, the leather studded gloves. Underneath her blouse and around her neck would be the necklace that belonged to Andy, or Andrew, whom she has yet to find. Who would've known that her childhood bestfriend could disappear so quickly? Or better yet, fake his death?
None the less, Mitsuki pulled off the mask, and she was now waiting for him to tell her his name. Deal's a deal, right?

"Good, I got invited to a fancy dinner party and I had the choice of bringing a date. I at least wanted her to look half decent when we get there. Just keep off your mask for the time being, and all will be well. And yes, we're going to be going as friends only."
Jacob had forgotten to say his name, and it was purposely that he forgot it as well. He gave one of those smiles of his, waiting for her little response toward the situation. She would definitely be in a surprise when she found out where they were going, but Jacob was planning on keeping it a secret until they actually got to the place.
Anyways, he was hoping that she was ready because he wanted them to kick off and get going soon. Sure, they could stay there, but time was wasting, time that could be spent on driving time to get to the actual location. He would let her have time to ask any last questions of course, and if she didn't he would fill in the blanks about the rest while they made there way out of the gym, once he found out she was ready to go.
"This one thinks too much, you'd think that the school captain should at least be social, seriously... This school is weird."

....okay? So, what the hell is his name? She waited for him to speak it, but seeing his smile, she somehow knew he wouldn't tell. Or maybe he forgot? Or maybe he didn't want her to know. Whatever the case, she stood there, waiting for him to answer her question. She disliked it when people never answered her questions when asked, especially if it was a simple question like this - she was only asking for a name, whether it be a nickname like Bug, or a last name like Smith, she was just looking for something to call him. If he didn't give her a name, she'd just call him Flee, and stick with it even if he did give her his name; dead serious about calling him Flee too.
"Name?"
If he didn't answer, she was going to call him Flee even after death. If he did, then..she'll know him by his name. After that, she'd wait for him to lead the way, seeing as she didn't know where they were going, other than it was some fancy restaurant.
