A smirk appeared on his lips, and then he turned around to face her with direct eye contact. He let out a chuckle, and decided he would give her a name. Honestly, he found her choice to be quite weird, but hey, if she wanted to call him "flee" so much, he might as well give her what he wanted.
"The name's Flee."
Of course, Jacob was a good actor, he made it seem like his name actually was Flee, and made sure not to add any stresses or anything to it. Of course, he didn't make it sound monotone either, that would be too suspicious, it was just that normal tone he has been having every time he talked to her.
"Now are you ready to go?"
He had some extra time to spare of course, but he would much rather rush her because he didn't feel like spending time in this blasted school any longer. He wanted to get over to his car quickly, so that way they could blow through the traffic and make their way to the very important place they just had to be at.

Flee?
Are you joking? With a mental sigh, she merely nodded her head when he asked when she was ready to go. Flee it is. Now that she thought about it, Flee sounded like that kind of name in those fighting Korean dramas; the sidekick, best friend, the..yeah, you get the point. Sweeping that thought away, she would follow Flee to wherever his car was at, and would get in when he opened the drivers seat.
...Flee, huh?

Jacob let her catch up to him, and didn't even get out of the gym before asking her a question that he wanted to know. He wanted to have a conversation, and that was what he planned on doing. It was a long walk through the parking lot, especially since they had to walk all the way AROUND the school to get to his car from the gym, which Jacob wasn't going to tell her about until they got outside for a joke. Hey, she was the one that decided on the gym to meet at anyways, and he didn't want to go throught he school because people were mad at him today, he didn't want to get into any fights.
"Hey, Mitsuki, do you have a boyfriend?"
Just a random question he decided to bring off, besides, knowing her, it might cause her to blush or something. The queit people were always nervous about boy troubles, and if she wasn't, then either she was just trying to prove his assumptions wrong, or she was a genetically made freak, which was possible, but weird, or she was the quiet type with a boyfriend, one of the three is what Jacob was assuming.

And so, when he started walking, she soon caught up to him. Not even a minute passed when he asked a question, which caused her to arch a brow, and shrug. No, she didn't have a boyfriend, because it would only cause trouble. Ever since puberty hit, her older brother would chase off guys who only glanced at her - hah, makes you wonder what happened to the guys who tried to do more than that. There was one guy though, that was an exception - other than himself, and family members - and that would be Andrew; the guy who died, and miraculously came back to life, and miraculously disappeared without a trace, as if he were dead again. Of course, in one point in their childhood friendship, they liked eachother, but Mitsuki, not wanting to ruin their friendship, kindly declined. Kindly.
Anywho, so to answer his question..
"No."
Bluntly put, pretty much.

"Eh? Well, I'm not surprised, I wouldn't date a chick wearing a mask either, you should probably ditch it, might get you some guys."
Jacob said in a casual, as a matter of fact tone, almost like he was preparing her for future events or something. Honestly, he was just trying converse with the girl, he didn't really have any plans on making fun of her, and it wasn't like he openly insulter her, he just said he didn't like the mask. He looked over at her, and gave a normal smile, to show he was only trying to be helpful.
Once they reached the door, he would let himself grab onto the handle, and would pull it open for Mitsuki to walk through first. Hey, why not be polite? He was wearing a suit, and had his hair out of his eyes for a change after all. He would let her walk through, making any remarks to his comment, and once all that was done, he was act accordinly after that.

Mitsuki would be one of those people who overlook certain things - like when a guy likes her. Knowing very little about the male gender - other than what they teach in health class - Mitsuki was, and is, oblivious when she caught someone's eye. Unless they bluntly tell her that, which has only happened twice - Andy and Dionysus. And even then, she had a hard time just accepting that information.
"I'm not exactly interested in finding a guy right now."
In other words, she didn't care what other guys thought about her mask, nor did she want a boyfriend. Nor did she want any "guys", since she already had other "guys" wanting her head on a silver platter.
When the door was held open, she stepped through and would utter a simple, 'Thanks', then stop walking for a minute, wait 'til he passes her, then start following him again. Well, she honestly didn't know where he parked his car, so it was only natural that she would follow him and not the other way around. And so to keep this conversation going without letting it fall into utter complete silence, she would return his own question.
"And you?"
Of course..her voice would sound very dis-interested, which is true, since she doesn't really care about his social/love-life, and Mitsuki does think that silence is golden but whatever. She doesn't even know his name for Pete's sake... Flee... Bah.

"No I don't have a boyfriend, I'm straight."
Jacob said plainly with a wink, before making a turn, and moving around the sidewalk which bordered the school. He would go slow, there for meaning it would take even longer to walk around half the perimiter of the school to get to his car. He was in no hurry, he wanted to just take his time and relax, letting him soak in this bonding time he was having with the school captain! Of course, silence didn't last long with Jacob, someone who liked to talk, and he would once again barrage Mitsuki with more questions that he hungered answers for.
"So... how fond are you about this school?"
Yes, he might as well know her loyalty to the school, it seemed like something worth asking for the time being.

...maybe next time, she should re-phrase. It just might help.. She noticed how slow they were walking, or slower than how normally Mitsuki would walk, but whatever - she won't complain. She had to try and know quite a bit about Flee; why? Well, so far, he's pretty much an acquaintance right now, and one that's not exactly on her good side either. Their first impressions were sorta...not normal? And Mitsuki, for now, wasn't sure how she felt getting into a car with this guy. For all she knew, he could be leading her into a trap, and BAM! Bye-bye for Mitsuki. So before they came out here...she text messaged her brother saying she'd be out for a while. Luckily, today was not one of those days where she had to go out and buy him ice cream. Or maybe it was a bad thing that she couldn't get Reita's ice cream today... Then she'd have a reason for not going with him to this...party-thing, but..
"Neutral. Don't hate it, but I'm not necessarily loving this school either."
And she said that without much thought either, 'cause it was true.
"What's your opinion on the school?"

"Well, this place is kind of boring to be honest, and the school captain still doesn't seem to trust me at all. Still, I can't complain, beats having to deal with the annoying drama of my old school back in the days."
Another swirve, they passed the first corner, and Jacob of course showing off his ability to read minds without really giving actual proof he could read her mind. She already assumed he could, and he was cool with that, he was still playing it nice and simple for the time being though.
"Do you have any close siblings, Mistuki?"
This was just an attempt to find out more about her brother, since nothing really did get past him. He would wait for the answer, content with simple stuff for now, and to be honest, he wasn't planning on going deep. He just wanted to know this girl as a personal, butting in too far was never a fond hobby of Jacob's, too much stuff heard that isn't wanted to be heard. He just wanted to keep at the surface for everyone.

See? See!? This is what she meant by him being able to read minds. She didn't know how, exactly, he was able to do that, but everytime he mentioned something she was thinking, it bothered her, because not only was he capable of ruining her personal space physically, but mentally as well. And she was bothered by the fact that someone could go digging in her mind about personal information. And you know what? That pretty much sucked.
"Yeah, a twin."
A much taller twin, who also looked much older, and treated Mitsuki as if she were a year or two younger than him, when in reality, she's only four minutes younger. That guy had major mood swings, which was a real problem if you didn't know him. One minute he'd be all happy going because he got his ice cream - by the way, which he is obsessed about, and might, just might choose ice cream over Mitsuki's own safety and well being - and then be all emotionless much like Mitsuki the next. He was a better fighter than Mitsuki, a better musician, a better cook, smarter, faster, and the likes. Heh, just what a Korean parent would expect from their child. Although the two spent a lot of their childhood apart - her brother in Japan, and her in Korea - the two managed to keep a strong, ongoing relationship none the less, up to the point where they can throw metal forks at eachother at three a.m.

"Nah, I'm an only child, and my parents died while I was at a young age. I had a cousin, but I don't keep in contact with her anyways. Life was hard back before high school, but things began to brighten up when I got an acting role for a few commercials."
Yes, Jacob had no problems being open, and he acted like the acting for the commercials wasn't much a big deal either. They really weren't, he was in local programs for the city that he lived in for a few months while he was off at his father's best friend's funeral, where he also got part of the will which consisted of even more money. It gave him enough to where he could truly support himself, and didn't have to free load off other people drifting from house to house.
"So why is your twin so special to you?"
Yes, Jacob already knew, he could read minds, he was good like that, but he still wanted to hear her say something. He used the ability to read minds as an advantage for him, but the last thing he wanted was people getting lazy on him in conversation! No way, and besides, that would make someone really whacked out when they were accusing you of being a mind reader. He hadn't given proof, and so far he has made everything seem purely coincidential. Only once has he given solid evidence, and he had a feeling she didn't even remember what it was.
And another turn made, wow, they were almost half way over to Jacob's vehical! This was going smooth!

Turning at a corner, she paused to think as she stared straight ahead, momentarily forgetting about his freaky mind-reading powers - which she assumed he could do, and because she believed that he could read minds, she actually thought that he really could read minds, literally...which leads back to her assumption. Anyhow.. She wasn't exactly sure why the two were so close to eachother, especially since she and her brother spent half their lives apart in different countries - and at such an important time as well. Now that you think about it, Mitsuki would find it odd if her brother just randomly came back from Japan, but she didn't. Giving a slight shrug, she answered his question.
"We spent our childhood in different countries. I guess we're just close to make up for the time we lost together."
The first couple of years together were a blast with her brother - but when he went to study abroad in Japan, things sort of went down hill. Although they kept in contact for a good number of years, and she was well off with good education, it always felt like something was missing, and the answer was always very obvious.
...
Okay, Mitsuki now noticed that they've been walking quite a bit to get to his car. Was the parking lot really that far off...?

Nodding at her little comment, even though he already knew the gist of things, he suddenly stopped in his tracks right when they got into sight distance of the parking lot. He put his arm out to stop Mitsuki, and then let his dull green eyes wander around cautiously. It was clear something just happened, and Jacob was intent on finding out what it was. Most likely Mitsuki didn't know about it because the noise was very very small, like something tipped over really close to them. Turning his head around behind him, there was nothing there, he looked around, nothing there.
"God dammit! I almost stepped in some gum on the ground!"
Finally being able to focus in onto the thoughts, he could tell someone was plotting something. He didn't know who it was against, probably both of them, and he knew that this wasn't going to be good. They were wanting them to actually go near the hallway, but now the thoughts were stirring because they thought he was onto him. Luckily, the comment he recently said just made them almost chuckle like he was stupid.
Jacob pointed down toward the ground, and then let his eyes look over at Mitsuki in an annoyed way. There was a pile of gum there, and it took some quick thinking for Jacob to utilize this little fact. He already knew it was there to be honest, he kept a good sight for the surroundings near him.
He let his eyes drift over toward Mitsuki.
"Which makes me wonder, do you have any gum you could spare?"
Jacob would give an innocent grin, no need on worrying about them yet, he had his focus in onto whoever it was near them... wherever he was. For now, he would just stall conversing with Mitsuki like she was a normal person until he had everything settled.
OOC: Just so you know, I'm just sort of wasting time to stretch out the thread super long. ^^

What? Why'd they stop? Curiously, she looked over at Flee, an eyebrow arched. He was looking around, and subconcsiously, she looked behind them as well, wondering what, exactly, he was looking for. Brown curious eyes blinked before they directed towards the floor when he mentioned he almost stepped in gum.
...
Right.
Which brought them onto another topic - did she have any gum to spare? Tch, no? Mitsuki wasn't one to really chew gum; sure, there was the occasional mint gum she got from her brother, but most of the time...nah. Though, she was curious - did he really have to stop and point out that he almost stepped in gum? Did he really have to just randomly declare that to the world? If he noticed it...why not just step around it?
Aish... I think too much.[/color]
Bored expression on her face, she looked over at Flee, and shook her head.
"Can we go now?"

"We could go, but you never answered me if you had any gum, ya know?"
Jacob pointed out bluntly at her. Actually, he was more of expecting she wouldn't, even if he couldn't read her mind, he already knew how this girl operarated. He was just stalling for the greater good, and Mitsuki was just a puppet in making sure that they both stayed alive. Of course, he didn't even know if she did have gum or not, he couldn't actually read her mind at the moment of time. All he was waiting for was her to say rather she did or not, any longer, and she would get too supsicious about why they were standing there.
"Ha! So that's what they're up too! Aw... and here I was making such a big deal about it, they just thought it would be funny to throw eggs at us! Oh well, I can easily deal with that."
Anyways, now that Jacob figured out what they were doing due to his awesome detective skills that no other person could have, he now waited for Mitsuki to give the answer, so that way they could once again walk. Jacob couldn't walk now if he didn't get the answer, otherwise she would definitely expect something was wrong, and if that happened, she wouldn't be surprised by the eggs, and Jacob thought that would be a hilarious sight to be perfectly honest.
