"Hospital..." Emily said, before breaking out into a harsh, but necessary cough. Of course, even though Emily was now able to breathe, the air was simply not pure -- that was the nature of the air in the city; just plain disgusting. "No. Call Layla Clavering. Please..."
Emily's request was simple, but it was important. Layla took a path like this once, and despite Shinichi's death having not been her fault --- bereavement was taking over her life.
Emily only chuckled darkly, tears still flooding her eyes though not as violently as they did a while ago. It was thanks to her friends that she managed to pull through her own weaknesses. She owe it to them that she didn't self-destruct as she thought she would.
It was just that Emily couldn't manage guilt of the things she had done, even though she only did as much as---

"No. Call Layla Clavering. Please..." her sister gasped out, blood still spilling from her lungs.
Without a word, Drea left gently set her sister's hand down, not realizing that she had blood down the front of her own shirt despite the cares she'd taken to avoid it.
"A phone," she spoke to a maid. "And open the doors to Dr. Layla Clavering when she comes. Lead her to the room I brought my guests to."
She fixed the maid with a firm stare until the maid nodded, immediately running off to return with a phone.
"Thank you," Drea said, feeling a bit guilty for bullying the maid. Still, she'd apologize later. She had bigger fish to fry. She remembered snagging her teacher's phone number from her after realizing that Layla and Emily were connected. It only made sense, after all.
Dialing the number, she waited for the phone to be answered. Whether it went to voicemail or not, Drea would recite a simple request.
"Dr. Clavering, this is Drea. My sister... My sister's stabbed herself in the lung because of some medical term I don't know about. Please help."
She'd listed her address and returned to the room, setting the phone down on the table in the hallway.
"I called," she said to her sister. She realized that her own faux sense of calm was priceless in a situation like thus.... No matter how much she wanted to scream and cry.
As it was, in the back of her mind, a part of her was stirring, thinking about how to capture this... "Unfettered."

Kevala would simply follow along. Not really sure what if anything she could do at this point. She was there, more as a form of moral support than anything. She knew a general idea of who Unfettered was and of the situation that had been happening between the two.
It was eerily close to the situation she found herself in with Gabriel. Only difference was, as far as she knew...that Gabriel in some way returned her affections.
They had their own weird, strange and twisted relationship that to others seemed out of place and a pain and yet to them seemed so normal and everyday.
Heh...
Eyes always following Emily, making sure the girl was okay as she listened to Drea call for Dr. Claverling.
She had never personally met the woman, yet she had heard tale of her. She only hoped she would get there in time to save Emily from whatever ailed her.......physically at least.
