Kevala had not seen Gabriel since the night of the Regalia ceremony. She had been training, working, school, and all the other things she had to get through with in a days time. Her life was swamped, yet her mind remained on him. He was the last thing she would be forgetting. In fact, part of her actions over the last week or so had been to do as he had asked of her not that long ago. It in fact had been her top priority. That was part of the reason she was here this evening, she had matters to discuss with him and felt it best to meet him at his home than in some public setting. Things were definately different for her as of late. She had noticed that people at school really did not seem to recognize her since she had changed her appearance. Not only had she changed for the night of the ceremony, but had changed for good. Her attire from day to day having gone from the tomboyish look to that of a true female beauty. Today, she was dressed in a rather simple, yet alluring and feminine outfit. So unlike what she typically wore but something that she felt comfortable in and that seemed to make others stop and take notice. It was strange to her, and yet somewhat welcome. Approaching the door, she would reach out, turning the handle and stepping inside. He knew she was coming. So why waste time with such things. Now, she set about finding him. "Gabriel?" Speaking loud enough to let her tone carry, seeking him out where ever he may be at.

Gabriel hadn't realized his home was so easily penetrated as of late he supposed it was Kevala's recent attachment to the place that led the guards to assume she might as well be family now. The never checked her or if they did they'd often drop by to have a small conversation of course anyone close to Gabriel and treated well had it's benefits as most would assume so they kept at it, not only that but most of them came from their own broken homes and found Kev to be a light of fresh air in compulsion to the routine seminaries of a regal society that Gabriel kept up in his stead. It was tradition and though he was often one to break tradition this was his late parents tradition, one he grew up in and respected with all frailty.
In the stead he'd shared, whilst Kev was training with Jaus and whilst Gabriel managed assorting his own things, training and preparing for the next stage of life in particular Gabriel Seran found himself secluding himself to emptiness. Of course the meeting of Regalia was interesting to say the least, he already noted small ties. David's unwavering trust to Emily, Ryuu's still unwavering obedience to her, and Drea's fear something that'd lit a smile to his face. That old feeling he'd long forgotten, fear. It made him cringe in the utter excitement for more. But still waiting, timing was of the essence and he was nowhere near ready to propose a test of his abilities once more, he'd wait.
"Gabriel?"
The steadfast peace and emptiness of his solitude shattered by the tiny voice he'd recalled oh so many times in as strange a new form as he remembered, of course he'd never make himself forget her face, the new features that came along with it. Remotely different yet he tied himself down to the fact that she was still the same Kevala.
"In here.." Gabriel would utter shortly as he pieced together the last of a bit of paper work.
As she'd enter he'd greet her with a welcoming grin showing a bit of excitement on his features, yes it was indeed a good day, reason to celebrate even. "Well I've officially graduated."

Yep, still the same her. And though she knew that the change in her look did nothing really for anyone else other than the stupid guys at school who wanted to hit on her more now, inside it did something for her.
She was tired of hiding and trying to blend in with the rest of the people that surrounded her. She was starting to see that she was different and that perhaps being different was not so bad. Either way the man she loved would never give her the time of day in that regards, so, what did it matter how she appeared.
Hearing his tone, she would enter the room, leaning against the door frame as she let those eyes fall over him. Her slender arms crossing over her chest as her black hair fell down about her face slightly.
As he spoke she would grin softly. So, she was now stuck in that stupid place by herself for awhile. She was so close to graduating herself, but still had one class she had to finish up before she could move on.
"Well congratulations. I hope to be done with my own class soon enough and be rid of that place and onto more important matters."
She had outgrown highschool quickly it seemed. But then, when you were currently the girl to check out for the freshmen class of idiots.....it did tend to get old.
Stepping into the room now, she would move to take a seat across from him, her hand finally coming up to push back her hair from her face, delicate fingers running through it softly as she spoke once more.
"Though, it will suck being stuck in that place for however long I have left without you there."
She laughed softly. Yes, not like she did not see him enough out of school. But it would still suck either way.
"Anyways, I have been working on what you asked of me."
She would leave it at that. Letting him decide if they should continue on that topic or find something else. One never knew with him what he wanted.

Gabriel's brows rose with a bit of interest intended. She'd definitely been working hard, earning his second in command of his new founded army. There was still the certain sting of betrayal from Victor seeing him associate with "Unfettered" he didn't know the man's plans nor his train of thought since the times changed more pressing was his close proximity with Victor, what had the boy spilled of his notions, that he was doing Winter's goal? Or that he was the bastard child of the system? Regardless they were now press ganged as potential threats to his new ideal future.
"Yes, thats excellent.."
Gabriel said with a mix of boredom and interest as though he wasn't intending to go on that topic but shortly changed his mind soon after realizing its usefulness in the near future.
"Go on take a seat.." Gabriel stood to offer her a chair as he pulled one free of the table being a gentleman of course.
"So do tell me what you've been lurking about to?" A short lived sneer of sinister kinds that he held on his face predicting the pieces on the board and trying to play this game four spaces ahead as usual, or at the very least close to home there were still many variables he hadn't taken into account. There was the fights club the School Captain had set up, of it's relevance he didn't know but he knew shortly an army could be raised with the proper usage of charisma.
But from what he could tell of this school's students is they were broken up into two groups. There were the strong and the weak. The strong fought on regardless of foe, whilst the others cringed away siding with whoever found victory in their hands. Gabriel had his tricks and he was sure his opposition had their own but this time around he was prepared.

Sitting there in the seat he had offered she would listen as he spoke and then slowly let her mind run over the things she had done over the last week.
Still she could feel the small bits of her darker side starting to take hold in her mind. She had been doing well to keep that part of her locked away since she moved here. Having sworn that the last time she had almost killed somebody would be the last.
But then, that night here with Gabriel, he had broken some hidden barrier in her mind. Unable to resist the darkness that seemed to come from him in that moment. Her mood tied so closely with his.
Running her tongue over her lips she would finally speak, a little grin curling onto the corner of her lips, sinister in nature.
"I have gotten one girl. She used to train with Katsuri and though I personally do not care much for her, she had a lot of potential. Very little moral ethics and a willingness to train. I believe you have met her. Serenity Masterson?"
She would pause there, thinking over the other she had already went about setting her little claws into. Oh yes, she could feel the joy of being evil already starting to fill her. She loved this part of herself too much, hence why she had locked it away to begin with.
"I am also close to gaining Astrid Sudeki. She does not trust me yet, but I feel with enough manipulation, it will be possible. She as you know, has immense power that can be of great use with the proper training."
She would look up to him, those eyes showing her mood it seemed as slowly, tendrils of red seemed to snake into the blue and swirl about.

He sat there patiently with a bemused look on his face at the handy work his associate had provided, yes two already in under a week on top of her training as well. A woman with that capability was by no means a hindrance to his ploys, it'd take time indeed but there was a lot to be done in such a short time, or perhaps he'd have more after all there would be a waiting period he was sure. Curious of the moves of all those around him he'd watch with the patience of a predator.
"Yes I do, though I doubt there'll be much problem with gaining her allegiance and loyalty."
He listened more to her descriptions and analysis's of course she had to capture a Sudeki, that was of course the prize to his eager ears. Certainly a good tool in the future remembering the other potential threat, the Dragons and Leon. He settled in recalling how much was stacked against them at the moment. There was a goal nonetheless and everyone loved an underdog.
"A Sudeki, you've done an incredible job Kevala..." Gabriel let out a malicious look of satisfaction letting a hand straying towards her face clasping at her face playing idly with the new hair that suited her quite well but other than that paying little notion whatsoever.
"Then we shall proceed soon enough at this rate. Still I'd like to meet these people one on one, along with a few others if you could manage, I have my own following I've been tending to."
A smooth chuckle rumbled in his throat as he stood and walked away leaving her to the seat. His slowly fading golden eyes searching out the last bits of daylight and the dusk he kept at attention.
"In good time... there is much to be done."

She nodded as he spoke. She had done what she could thus far and would continue to do so. She had promised him she would.
"Yes, Astrid is not very welcoming to me, but I am sure that you can smooth that over. You have such a charming manner about you."
She would grin softly, those eyes settling upon his own as his hand reached toward her, his fingers playing with a lock of her hair. She read nothing into it, because she was not stupid enough to believe that he would ever look upon her with anything other than mild interest.
The thought of that causing her pain inside and only forcing out the evil she had locked away all the more. She was so tired of pain. But she knew well that to be near him she would suffer until her dying days. Whatever it took.
"I shall set up a meeting with Serenity if you like?"
Those icy and crimson hues following him as he stood and moved away. Inwardly sighing as she felt that longing flare up inside her heart. Why did life have to treat her with such malice and disregard? Ever since her birth the ones she had truly longed to have want her, had turned away from her.
She was never going to be enough for the ones she wanted to love her. Something she would have to except and move on. There was nothing she could do to change it. That was certain, she had tried.
"Also, if you like I can speak with Astrid and arrange something."
She nodded, reaching up and twisting a bit of hair about her finger. Eyes finding a window to glance out of. She had learned, that so long as she allowed her mind to wander while near him, the pain was not near as bad...and so, she did.
"Is there anything else you would have me do?"
Not bothering to look at him. Not trusting herself to be able to do so without her emotions showing in her gaze at this moment.

Was this a relatively neutral meeting? It was strange because thats not what he'd come into accordance with, she was getting a bit too comfortable with him staying here in the present, being normal and predictable it was time perhaps he changed this around a bit simply to put that edge back in their "Relationship" in other words.
A calm sedated smirk as he strode back utterly calm with what he was willing to do. "That will be all fine... See that it is done."
The formalities beginning to bore his jumpy mind ecstatic with new ideals creative and pressing nonetheless. The stage one was coming along quite nicely but now he was bored and waiting not in his arsenal of offenses. Though there were other weapons to which he was capable of extorting.
"When did you change ma belle?" He cooed in a seductive voice trailing across the room till he stood approximately over her tilting her chin up to look at him.
"You are absolutely stunning," He'd say near inches from her lips before receding and walking into the other room for something to grasp onto, damn he was being a tease now.

She nodded, making a mental note to get ahold of both girls over the next few days and set up a time to meet with Gabriel. She was sure she could figure out something to get Astrid to comply. Even if she had to offer the girl a free shot at her she would do it.
Eyes still trailing out the window when that tone hit her ears. Instantly her heart jumped.
"I found no reason to hide anymore....."
Not able to really finish the sentence..not sure how to reply without letting her guard down again.
~Stop it! Do not let him....~
The voice was cut off as his touch was felt upon her chin, lifting her face to look at him. Those eyes, still laced with bits of crimson looking up at him.
Instantly unable to hide the affection in her gaze as she heard him speak to her once more....Then, just like that he was gone.
The pain hitting her all the more as she got up to follow.
Finding him in the other room and standing in the doorway, those eyes falling over him as she spoke.
"Why? Why do you do this to me? You know how much I long for you and yet you tease me with hope that you could want me."
She did not speak in anger, nor in hurt....she only asked out of curiousity. He could do this all he wanted, she would never leave his side. Something she had a feeling he knew.
"I changed the night of the Regalia ceremony because I knew that no matter what I act like or what I look like, the ones I truly love will never want me. I will never be good enough. I can only be me. So why hide anymore?"
Watching him and waiting now. What was he up to now? What more could he hope to gain from her?

Gabriel felt the heart beating dagger fired at his back as he entered the room, it was as he expected because somewhere down deep he needed to feel himself in some sort of pain. Somehow he was essentially masochistic to no ends and desired little above being taken inches from death only to experience it over again, yes he enjoyed this pain it was as much his as it was her own. They shared the very same pain and it was oh so real.
His hand clasped around a wine bottle as she went on pouting over lost feelings and how she'd never find love, her heart being stolen from her time after time to no end. Wasn't that his very same vice? It was because secretly he enjoyed heartbreak, it gave him a reason to continue living on for maintaining that heart meant nothing after it was whole to have a black pit was something that kept him alive eating and eating as if went on.
His vice grip shattered the bottle spilling the red wine to mix with his blood as it drenched the counter top. Not more than a second later he was behind Kevala a hand around her throat and pressing her into the wall roughly with his frame closely pressed to her back everything jutted against her.
"How very wrong you are, we are all tortured souls..." Gabriel's grasp loosened at this point having hopefully succeeded in giving her heart a race of it's life.
"The one's you love, are but demons." He said referring to himself before walking away slowly grasping for a paper towel to cover his wound.

As that wine bottle shattered, she raised her brow, not sure what to make of it. But before she could say or do anything, he was there, his hand about her throat and pinning her against the wall.
Then just as she thought she had done something to earn another ass kicking his body was pressed into her, the heat of him, the scent of him filling her senses as she indeed felt her heart race faster than it ever had.
His words hitting her and causing her to sigh softly.
Then he released her. Turning to walk away once more as she turned to face him.
"Do you think that matters to me? Do you think I care that the ones I love are demons?"
She would follow behind him, catching up and letting her small hand reach out, grabbing his arm and turning him to face her as she looked up at him.
"Who is to say that I am any better?"
Her hand now gripping the front of his shirt as she held her gaze on him. She had her own inner demons, dying to be free....she may come across as being good, but deep down, evil ran through her veins.

"Do you think that matters to me? Do you think I care that the ones I love are demons?"
Gabriel continued walking only to get torn from his solitude frame of thought everything focused in a narrow stream of consciousness. Everything focused into his singularity of realizations. Broken all broken down now fueled by the passion that'd been locked away behind a mask of solidarity.
No he didn't care, nor he suspected she did, fore he was the only demon here near this school, the rest were merely impostors living up to what the stories and old horror movies built them to be no life blood instilled in them.
"Who is to say that I am any better?"
Gabriel would grin, "I do.."
He sneered clasping her chin with a small amount of force but never too much to impose that she couldn't break free as he tilted her face up to meet his, a small breath of fresh air as he kissed her with the lightest touch. He'd have her begging for more as he inched away not giving into a second instant, his own hovering mere inches as he pressed a minimal distance close to the lining of air itself.
"I'm the one who decides..." His crimson glare melting into golden hues fiery in their own way.

She continued to look up at him as he spoke, about to say something in protest but the words being cut short as his hand once more was felt upon her chin. His grip tilting her head up to meet his own.......
The warmth of his lips felt against her own......
In that instant, her heart seemed to stop...everything seemed to stop for that matter.
Then he pulled away, her eyes finding his own once more as her grip tightened upon his shirt, pulling slightly toward her. Instinct driving her to desire him closer to her. Needing him more than he could possibly ever know.
Her free hand reaching up, delicate fingers brushing against his jaw as nothing but pure and undying love filled her gaze.
"You are the only one who holds the power to decide my fate..."
Her tone soft and breathless.....Though deep down, she feared his answer, she asked....she knew better than to hold hope, but some part of her could not help but want more and pray that he did as well.......
She could say all she wanted that she had power over her own life, but when it came to him, there was nothing she would not do for him....Anything he asked was his for the taking.....

Gabriel leaned in once more as if going for another kiss but shifted at the last instant. His mouth forming a low purr almost like a coddled cat but that only meant he was pleased to no extent he was pleased. Kevala proved her worth once, but he knew that when the hammer came she'd still be loyal till the very end, that was good now he had a great many more to convert to his means soon enough. His lips brushed her hair before whispering shortly in her ear.
"I know." The brief mummer sending an inhumanly chill up his spine.
The sudden power feeling all too close to home at this point, surely someone else understood how it felt, the thing was this was a delicate process that took time and he knew this time around how the game was played. Risks were involved.
Lifting Kevala by the waist he'd set her atop the table like a doll, fragile and under his complete protection, very soon he'd rely on her to treat him as such, he'd expected a great turn around here shortly. Gabriel wouldn't be able to live the end of that story down of course. His knights would be all he has when the time came.
"You stay here..."
Gabriel picked up the pieces of glass clearing the floor easily of the sharpened materials and wiping away the splattered wine. His bloodied hand not healed by the use of his Qi. For now he wanted to have a souvenir of this night. With that came a bit of pain.
"Now, are you quite alright ma belle?" He'd say slowly caressing her cheek with extreme caution.
He was bad in many ways, taking advantage of her more than he should be, if he was anything of the man he'd been before Moral Crest he'd have taken this girl for his own long ago, but rather his heart was made empty for the world, cold to everything he knew the shackles binding towards his own soul and the torturous nature mended to tear her apart for his own amusement. The Dark Lord held nothing close but now his Dark Princess.

Her eyes closed as she felt the heat of his breath against her as he spoke to against her ear. Breathing in his scent, her hand gripping his shirt all the more. Every sound he made sending a chill down her own spine and making her that much more weakened to him.
She would be here til the end. Standing beside him and daring any who dared to harm this man. She would give her life to make sure his continued on. No matter what, she would never allow another to harm him.
Then she was lifted up, placed upon the table. Those eyes following him as he moved to clean the glass he had broken. Not moving. Not simply because he had told her not to, but because honestly she was not sure that she could.
When he was done, and once more before her, those eyes would cast a loving glance up to his own, unable to stop herself from leaning into his touch as his hand brushed against her cheek.
"Why would I not be? Have you not learned by now Gabriel that I am never happier than when I am with you?"
It was the truth, he knew how bad she was at lying.....Even when he threw his worst at her, she was still happy to be around him. Happy to be near him and gain whatever affection she could from this man.
If she was any other girl, she would have demanded more from him long ago or turned away from him when he refused. But she was unlike most. She had a heart that knew no limit in its love for him and would suffer any pain to be near him.
To some it may have seemed foolish, but to her, it was what one did when they loved somebody the way that she loved him. She would do anything and suffer anything to make him happy and to see that he was okay. For nothing else in this world mattered.
