As soon as his foot planted on the grounds of that school, he knew that destiny was speaking to him. Now, many people would wonder why he was choosing her, why he wanted to pick on the small fry. Fear? Cowardice? Yeah, he knew the thoughts that would go into it. But in truth, he would show nothing, no fear, no anxiety, nothing, towards anyone. Apprehension at the beginning of his plans. The start of something wonderful, something beautiful. He would begin his work on 259, starting from the bottom, and working his way up. He would stop and touch someone on the shoulder, a kid who had been intentionally avoiding looking at him.
"Go and get the Captain of the school newsletter. I wish to see her."
Then he would wait, sitting on the cement in the middle of the walkway, watching the front doors in earnest.

She was seated in the library, going over a few things for work before she would head off to Gabriel's to train. Then over to the studio to get some commissions done and then home to take care of the twins. Fun fun.
She was so tired, the stress of her "title" doing little to ease the burden she already felt.
It was then that she felt a hand on her shoulder. Growling softly at the touch she would turn around to face the kid. Raising her brow as she heard him speak. So, somebody wanted to speak with her?
Okay, well fine with her. Even though the whole thing already have a bad feeling to it. But, hey, what could she do?
Pushing herself to stand, she would gather her stuff and follow the kid back to where the guy was waiting on her. Instantly she recognized him.
It was the one who had caused so much hell for Gabriel when Gabe had been School Captain. Mixed emotions filling her, but she said nothing and made no outward show of anything being amiss.
"You wished to see me?"
She set her bag to the side. She had a very bad feeling as to where this was headed....Might as well be ready for anything.

Perfect.
"Hello my dear, i am Scene. I wished to give you an opportunity, one i don't give many people."
He stood, towering over her, his neck cracking as he smiled and tilted his head.
"I'm going to give you the option of giving me your title, or having me take it. I have no quarrel with you, and surprisingly wish you no harm. But i will take it by force if i need to."
He waited, grinning from ear to ear, a malicious glint in his eye.

She would look up at him. GODDAMN TALL PEOPLE! Those icy hues scanning over him as she ran her tongue over her lips. Hmm..how to handle this situation.
Stepping back so she did not have to look up quite as much, she would shrug softly.
"Part of me would give it to you, part of me would not simply because of what you did to Gabriel."
She was more talking to herself, playing it out in her mind.
~Oh just give him the damn thing.~
~Yes I know that is probably the most logical thing to do~
~Then do it!~
She would shrug softly as she crossed her arms over her chest, speaking up once more.
"I have to say, that if you take it, I will end up with it back. Matrim will take it and hand it back to me."
She did not say this in a threatening manner. In fact her tone held a bit of irritation about it. She had already lost it once, only to be given it back.
No, she spoke now only a way of informing this guy of the situation. Only fair he knew where things stood right?

Scene's smile widened.
"You leave that to me, girl- i'll handle your fearless, all powerful leader, okay?"
Matrim was a rather stubborn individual- they had crossed paths a few times. However, unknown to both Kevela and Matrim, was that the title of School Captain would not be held by the boy forever. The fellow did nothing with his power, and even if he did, it wouldn't matter. He had little to no allies, save those on his little team. Now, some might ask- Scene, if you plan on being on his team, why say this shit? Well, it was all part of the plan. To free the world, to free the school, to put everything under his inexorable control.
"Now, what do you say girly? Don't let my past crimes hold you back- its much easier this way, for us both."

She did not like being called girl, the voices in her head taking offense to that. She did have a name you know? The crimson creeping into her eyes in a swirled pattern as she looked at him, forcing back the evil that had been set free only recently.
She had tried to lock it away, but it was failing miserably. But she would fight to keep it in the dark where it belonged.
"My name is Kevala. But yes. Take the title. I do not care. I may not like what you did to Gabriel but I am not stupid enough to think that I could beat you."
She would shrug softy and continue to keep her eyes locked on his face. The crimson once more starting to fade and leaving those icy hues in its stead.

Suddenly, Scene would grip her hair, pull back, and force her to look into his bright, bright green eyes.
"You have a look in your eye, Kevela. A look that speaks to my soul..." He giggled, releasing his grip. "I would love to have some very...very...very intimate alone time with you, if you feel rather...up to it. Not now but...soon."
He would begin walking away, his new title giving him a glimpse into the soon-to-be future.
"Thank you Girly! We will meet again, i'm sure!"

She growled as she felt his hand in her hair. Trying to fight back her natural reaction to such as her eyes looked up to his, that crimson starting to slowly seep back into them.
As he spoke, she would narrow those eyes at him, unsure what he meant by his words but knowing instantly that she did not like them. More intimate time with him? Something inside her cringed at the idea. There was something dark in those words..she could feel it.
As his grip was released she would say nothing. Watching as he turned and walked away, those final words only increasing her anger. She hated when people refused to use her name.
But she would not correct him. No, it was best to let this go. Perhaps she would not have to deal with Scene again. Though something now hung in the air.
~You will see him again. You know this.~
~I know....How well I know...~
Turning, she grabbed her bag and headed off to her car. She needed to get to her studio. Much work to be done.
