OOC: Jyo only please.
"Got a surprise for you."
Lost in thoughts, walking along the hallways, it was almost the same like every other day except the thoughts were a bit more disturbing than usual. Call it a flash back, but some moments were hard to shake out of your head forever. It made June uneasy, she got them occasionally, this was the first time actually at school getting them, most were from a nightmare she would get every once and awhile. On average, about once a week.
"You see, everything has been pinned on you, and knowing your parents, you will be forced away to be all alone."
They really were weird thoughts, the male voice echoing in her head like a song memorized and stuff, repeating over and over, and all you wanted was to throw it out. She turned her way around the hallway, not very crowded. Having more room, she distanced herself, and slightly spaced out during it all.
"I might be gone for awhile, but when I get back, I'm going to come after you again, make you mine again. When I do... I'll ki-"
"Hey, do you know where the English hall i-"
A sudden finger tapped on the back of June's right shoulder, the question asked from an innocent man, but being spaced out, she thought it was someone much much more dangerous. The fault wasn't on him at all of course, but some things June just can't help, especially under these situations. She quickly spun around on her feet, and then slammed her elbow hard into the guy's nose. He yelled out, in a fearful tone, but before June could help herself, she found her knee slamming right into the guys crotch.
Overkill!
He collapsed to the ground, and June looked down, an unconcerned sigh escaping her lips. As far as she saw it, even though it wasn't truly the most logical way to put things, he invaded her personal space, so he deserved what he got. Not many people were really around, so a crowd didn't attract. Still, this was Public High School #259, and by personal experience, June knew it would most likely attract at least one individual.
OOC: Adding some development in it to kill two birds with one stone.

"You definatly seem to have a way with people don't you. Said a familiar calm voice as Jyo walked up to June stopping about seven feet away or so. he had seen the attack and as far as he could tell the guy had done nothing but tap her shoulder and start to ask where the english hall was. "I wonder what spurred that attack. From our encounters I know you are a person who likes to have their space not violated. But he was only asking a harmless question." he said looking down at the guy cringing in pain and gasping. "I mean was that really needed?' he asked raising an eyebrow. Jyo didn;t much like seeing such acts. The last time he had seen her lash out he couldn't argue with the point. But this was different. He didn't really have any official authority here as he was not a captain or a pillar nor did he have any desire to be one of them. But he still didn;t just stand by when people who didn't do anything to deserve it got attacked. But of course he would at least hear what June had to say.

When Jyo came toward June and spoke, all June did was let a sigh escape from her lips. Once he finished speaking, she took a pause, and then gave a simple nod at him before taking a few seconds to make a short response in return to him.
"It wasn't, but it's too late now."
She said simply. In all honesty, she agreed with him, but she wasn't going to justify what she did, it wasn't his business. She was being straight forward, it already happened, apologizing to him was pointless, apologizing to the guy would be awkward at the moment, and there for, there was nothing else for her to really say. She kept a steady look over at Jyo, at least the haunting thoughts had escaped from her head. She still had that dull look on her face, the one where nobody could tell what she was thinking, and what she was already getting slightly famous for. With that she would get a shrug, and unless he had something else to say or made any sudden action, she would turn around and simply leave.

Jyo shook his head slightly and sighed as well. He had met several people with similar outlooks. Though June still stood out. A thought did strike him though. "I'm curious June. This is the second time I've seen you go against someone and they fell rather quickly. What would you say to challenging me. I'm not aiming to act out some fight for the better good. You've just piqued my interest now. " He said. He was making it clear he wanted to test her skills. Not to find out how she needed to improve and not even to beat her in any way. He wanted to see what she could do. When it came to how a person fought Jyo was unstably curious. He just HAD to know.

"Wouldn't that make you be challenging me?"
She asked, stressing the key words in the sentence in an attempt to correct what he just said. It wasn't that she was trying to make fun of him, she just wanted to sort out what he was saying. If possible, she would rather keep a clean a slate as possible, sure not going well right now, but she would like to avoid certain conflicts being caused by herself if she could though. If it was him being the one that did the challenge though, June could easily have an excuse for doing it, and would not oppose it at all. Her thoughts, he was most likely going to attack her anyways, though this was only from personal experience, so it was purely an assumption, she would at least like to fight on equal grounds.
Now June wasn't a famed fighter, she sucked, she was only doing so well because she attacked on the moment before the person could actually react, but she might as well give up a small effort and hope she gets lucky. And with that, she waited for the wanted response.

Jyo smiled at the comment. "Perhapes I misphrased that. I am proposing a challenge to you. I want to see what skills you have. The better way to have asked that would have been to ask if you wre interested in such a test. Regaurdless it is your choice. Either I get a chance to see what you can do. Or you walk away. I'm not a pillar or a captain. I'm just curious. No more no less. It's your choice." He said still making things clear that she had gotten around to making him wonder How she fought. "Though I do reccomend mabey heading to the roof if you accept. We are likely to draw a crowd here and I don;t like people crowding around during my spars. It's not for their entertainment." he said.

"I'll fight, but I'd rather not go out into the sun."
She said it simply, she would of done it, but she didn't want to waste sun screen, she needed it for her way home. It wouldn't of been too bad, if she wasn't albino, but since she was, it was bad to stay in it very long without the whole lotion that protects her. It was up to him on rather he still wanted to do it, June really didn't care, and if she was lucky, she could change this for the better. Anyways, with that laid out, she would wait for his response, the guy on the ground still moaning and crying in pain, being completely forgotten about, and another helpless victim in the school of Public High School #259.

Jyo gavea nod feeling a little bad about forgetting her being an Albino. It wasn't that he never noticed. He just didn't tend to focus on those matters. He saw people as who they were not by their appearence. "My apologies I understand your reasons." he said and looked around. Nobody but the student June took down were around and he was getting up starting to leave. "The english hall is on the next floor it's the hall off to the right after you go up the stairs." He said pulling off his shades tucking them in his jacket's breast pocket. His eyes squinted. he had beenn useing his Qi very often here and it was taking it's toll on his eyes. It was unlikely June would realize what was actually wrong with his eyes though.
"Very well I can start off or you can. Just give the word or come at me." he said.

"I'd prefer you making the first move."
All she wanted to do was a reference point on what level she would have to fight on, she had no problems with attacking after that. Besides, it seemed more common for the challenger to make the first attack. June slid her right foot back, keeping her left foot up front, and her hands up in front of her body, the hands slightly open, but closed enough to quickly form a fist if needed. A very basic defensive stance which would give her a wide variety of options toward the first attack of her opponent. To be quite honest, her vision was always slightly blurry due to the bad eyes most albinos have, though it didn't effect her as bad as it does her albino father, so it didn't effect her in a fight which involved hand to hand combat. She waited for his first move, not fully prepared, but she wasn't going to get much more ready than she was.

Jyo came in moving not quite at his full speed but definatly moving very quick. He darted to the left when he was in his own striking distance and his right leg swung in for a cresent kick aimed for June's shoulder. it had force behind it but he still didn't attack with too much strength. Mabey a quarter of what he could use. It was a basic attack. Clean and effective but nothing complex for now.

He's coming quick, no strange movement in the arms, closer, no strange movement in the arms, almost there, no strange movement in the arms. That meant he was going for a kick, it was the only obvious move, but which leg? Seeing the turn in his body, she instantly gathered the information it was going to be with his right, and there for, June stepped forward on her right leg going quickly to an offensive maneuver. The kick was going for her left shoulder, which was now the shoulder which had the most distance from him, with the step in a fluid and flexible motion, June would let her left leg swing backward, having the kick miss and she would then punch her right palm out to cause resistance to the in coming kick, aiming for the ankle. She would use the momentum off of it to jump back to Jyo's side, and be safe from any direct harm. Unfortunately, she was thrown off by kick to be completely honest, making her only be able to avoid damage instead of go for a counter.
She would quickly regain her composure, and go for a quick defensive stance most likely around the time Jyo would be recovering from the down time of his attack. She had to admit, just from that display, it wasn't going to be an easy fight.

Seeing June's defensive move and the palm coming in Jyo put more force into the swing to keep the kick from being stopped thus not throwing him off balance but he was now only concerned with letting his foot reach the ground. he gave a smile at her actions in approval.
He stood there not moving now. Just standing. It was clear. he was inviting June to attack him this time. if she didn't he'd move in again making sure not to have the next move be an easy one.

He stopped. Good. June used the time to rotate her right shoulder around, a small pop coming from it. She wasn't strong, her arm stung a little, if it wasn't for the fact that she only clashed momentum for a short time, she could of possibly had it dislocated. After that, she decided it was her time to go in, but she would approach this quite differently than Jyo. She would slowly inch her way forward, not too far, and her guard up on a high scale. It would only take a few movements to close the gap before they were in fighting distance where she would then quickly step in, going for a very basic jab right toward his chin. There was a high lack in power due to it being more speedy and easy to withdraw, but the chin was an area where it would still hurt anyways if it managed to hit.

Jyo watched with calmness as June came in. She was deliberate not a movement wasted. he liked that. He watched the punch come in and he decided to let it hit. He figued if it was stronger that he thought it was his own fault. But the best way to gauge someone's strength would be a direct hit. The blow hit his chin making his head rock back just marginally. He felt it but he didn't feel much pain but he untderstood why the other students went down. His response was a palmstrike to her gut as the punch hit him. it was more of a push than a strike though but it would get her back from him.
He gave a slightl quirk of the eyebrows. "Well that was perfectly on form. My compliments to you." he said.

The purpose toward a quick punch wasn't actually to hit, but to keep aware of attacks while she was attacking. With that said, while she was punching, she kept everything in a fluid motion, allowing her body to turn with her punch, and there for having the palm strike only scrape against her black t-shirt. The reason this was possible? June was significantly smaller than him, so her attack was raised upward quite a bit, but it gave her the perfect excuse to keep an eye on his elbows. She wasn't expecting a left arm strike due to the positions of their body and since it was impossible for it to reach her stomach due to her punch blocking it, that left the right one. Since she turned toward his left, it went right by her, and since she was smaller, it gave her that much time to move away and be safe. Still, she could sense that staying close would be dangerous, so she would still jump backward after the attack instead of going for another attack for the time being.
If he would still give the compliment even though she dodged his attack, she would simply give a nod of thanks.
